Mobile snap was great. Optimal customer service. I went there to get my screen fixed on my phone and it only took 45 minutes to an hour at most. And I even got a discount on a screen protector. If you haven't been here to get your phone fixed, purchase a case or buy a new phone you're missing out!

Had a battery issue with my phone. Turns out it was more than a battery issue. Mobile Snap was extremely accommodating through out the whole process. Totally transparent and everything (Price, timeline) was exactly as discussed. One hundred percent will go back either for a new phone, or any other phone repairs in the future

They have replaced screens, batteries and charging ports on both iPads and cell phones. LOWEST prices in town. Everything comes back working like new everytime! And the customer service is AMAZING! He always goes above and beyond.

I had 2 recent visits to Mobile Snap with my failing iPad…both times I received prompt and polite service, with a temporary fix the first time, and a clear diagnosis on the second visit. There were no charges for these 2 visits, since I chose to not have the device repaired. I highly recommend this business!

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. My phone wasn't repairable but owner/manager tried everything he could and my cell phone company even said they would have tried all the same things he did. He explained everything well, and was super patient with my kid who was hyper while waiting with me. He did not have to, but he even gave us store credit for certain things he tried that didn't work.
Will def try this place again for accessories and repair when needed!

I've had a few phones repaired here each time the service was professional and friendly. The repair was done in speedy time and turned out pretty much like brand new when it was done. I went to this please do you have a battery replaced in my iPhone. I waited over a week for them to order a battery. When I went to get the battery changed the guy says oh someone was in your phone before but no no one’s ever been in my phone except him. Then he decides I need a new screen. There was nothing wrong with my screen before I went there all I needed was a battery. So I get the battery and screen up the battery only holds a charge for about three hours and it goes dead. There isn’t any sense in me complaining to them because they’ll only charge me something else for something else that they broke I honestly believe that they break stuff or they don’t break it they just tell you it’s broken so they can charge you more and that’s sick. Don’t waste your money going here just don’t. They might be friendly but they’re not nice

Horrible place to get your phone fixed! My fiance's screen needed to be fixed, took it here and waited about 2 weeks to get it back. Day after day he said the new screen would be in tomorrow and then fixed the same day but wasnt. Finally got it done and a WEEK later the screen broke again! Not cracked, the screen wasnt even glued down all the way and it just sent a green line straight up the screen and the whole bottom of the screen was black. Brought it back and got told he wouldent do anything with it without a receipt. He said he apparently dosent keep the receipts for his customers so unless hes trying to do some tax fraud he was lieing about that. Would deffanently not reccomend bringing your phone here to get fixed!

I've honestly never had a problem with any of the staff or there repairs jobs, these gentlemen have saved me 100s $ on phone repairs by being as honest and hard working as possible I would highly recommend there service to anyone in the area fixed multiple phones for us zero issues. Amazing service:)

Technician gave me a good price. Though he was running behind for the repair but he managed to make the phone like a brand new one.

I had an A50 Samsung phone with the screen broke same day. Went to store downtown and they said they would fix for 110$ but no guarantee. Year later I gave it to my son and brought him to Mobile Snap at Pembroke Mall. The guy wanted 214$ to replace screen and said it was guaranteed. My 13 year old son had saved the money. He had to try 3 times at store to login using fingerprint while staff was watching. Three days later screen went black. We returned to store, the guy took phone and immediately bent down in corner with it in back room not at his work table. He came out minute later and said screen was broke. No guarantee because of physical damage. Me and my son both checked screen before we went to store and seen no damage. I think this is horrible. My 13 yr old son worked for that money and they stole it. All he could offer was pay another 112$ to replace screen again. I was so upset I told him to keep phone. They seem nice but they are not. My advice stay away

Just got my phone fixed by this guy. I had one shot to fix this thing and he stayed late on a sunday at 5 to take care of me. Super nice guy did a beautiful job as well. Mad props to a guy that should have been at home with his family.
