They can't fix my phone, they don't even have parts for my phone, really bad experience.

The technicians were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They were communicative throughout the process from diagnosing my issue, discussing the solution and letting me know when I can pick up. The prices are reasonable and I feel I trust their judgment and expertise. I've tapped into them for replacing broken iPad screens on multiple occasions and fixing dead iPhones and iPads.

Really easy place to get a quote and high quality work. Cracked my phone screen and texted to get a quote. Got asked a lot of good questions to ensure proper work done. Dropped off the phone this morning, and went through to confirm the work that was needed. Was very clear about what needed to be done and another issue that could have arose. Once work was agreed upon, the work was done in less time than what was approximated. After confirming function, even was able to put on a screen protector in a flash.

Overall very happy with the work and will come back for other phone needs

Went in with an unusable screen on my s22 ultra. They got it fixed super quick with a great price.

I usually don't review but really had to for this place! I had to get an old phone's battery replaced and was strapped for time. The phone recognized the charger was plugged in but wouldn't go past 60%. Had I not gotten it replaced, I'd have had to buy a new phone altogether. I discovered this place and I was able to drop off my phone and they had the battery replaced in 30mins. They showed me how it began recharging with the same charger. What's more, it was only $50 for the battery and labour costs. Quick, cheap, and overall great service! Will definitely come here again.

I have been to these guys 6 times (as well as other family members) now over the years to get phone unlocked, cracked screen repaired, and now fixed issue with my Samsung A71 not charging. They have never let me down and very reasonably priced. I drive from Mississauga to Markham.they are my go-to for any cell phone issues I have. Without any hesitation I highly recommend them.

Came here to fix my Samsung S7. The battery was draining extremely quick after about a year of use. They offered me 2 types of batteries and took the time to explain to me the difference between the two. They warned me about my water resistant and anything that might go wrong during the repair, which scared me a bit. However, everything was done fast and turned out perfect.

My phone doesn't drain fast anymore and I am extremely happy with my phone again, and impressed with their service. I definitely recommend anyone to come here with any problems with their phone.

PS: The waffle house next to them is equally awesome!

I have had 3 phones serviced here in the past 4 years. In that time, the prices have stayed the same, and the service has been absolutely top notch. Always affordable and the best value available. I recently got my iphone screen fixed, a screen protector, the most premium phone case they have, plus a thorough diagnostic from the owner (done right in front of me) and it was still about $200 less than what another store offered me for just the screen fix and screen protector. Seriously, this is the place you need to go.

If there were a rate for zero star, I would have rated it zero. Just left the store attempted to fix my Huawei mate 20 screen quoted me 150$. When I asked him if he could give a better deal since I was referred by a friend, answer was a cold “NO”.

Then he requested for 50$ deposit to order a part no problem I asked for a receipt. I was told if you lost the receipt I will lose the deposit. Come on, if I don’t ask for a receipt how would I be able to prove I have paid you 50$ deposit.

The Asian male employee said he doesn’t speak mandarin when I greeted him in Mandarin but when he was checking my phone settings he read Mandarin faster then me.

I went to replace my cellphone screen and I was provided the best price (cheapest in GTA) and I did not had any issue after screen replacement. It's been more than 3 months and it's working great. Wish they were near my place.

Great service. I brought my a70 in for repaid as it was not charging. I saw online people pushed the back and it worked and i kept doing it and pressing it hard to make it charge and then it didn't work so I brought it to mobile square. They told me I shouldn't touch the back and o could have affected the motherboard and told me straight forward that they are not responsible for anything that was caused by me. I understood and trusted that they can fix it and they did. After a month it stopped working again and I brought it back for warranty and they told me it could be the motherboard and still fixed the charging problem again. I will take care of my phone better next time and I was happy with the service and honesty and also honoring the warranty

Just got Samsung Galaxy S8+ battery replaced. Very professional service, diagnostics before and after battery replacement to make sure all was working as it should. Replaced battery while I waited - approx. 45 minutes. Great value for the service - as listed at their website.

I went to Mobile Square at 3: 00 on a Saturday afternoon with an iPhone 7 Plus for a screen repair. Tom helped me and explained the options, $55+tax for low end display, $80+tax for better fit. Tom sanitized my phone and checked to confirm the condition it was in. He told me it would be 45 minutes, and it took only 35 minutes. Tom then demonstrated the working screen and many functions to show they are still working. I got the $80 option and the screen fit like original. I appreciate the 60 day warranty. Mobile Square were easy to find at the top of the up escalator on the second floor above T&T Market.

Had Samsung A5 chargeport changed here. Prompt service and my phone charges perfectly well. Reasonable price. $80 to replace charging port. Will use them again.

Passed by on 2021-08-29 to find out about smartphone repairs.

The male who greeted me sounded pretty irritated when he asked me to present my smartphone for him to inspect. It was akin to having a cashier angrily tell you to remove the cover and straw before handing over the cup for a soft drink refill at the fast food counter.

Then when I asked a simple question about a defective part, this male started lecturing me about it in an angry tone.

So after getting the information about the price and how long it would take to repair, I said I'll think about it. I didn't like his customer service and didn't feel like I should give him my business.

The guys at Mobile Square always treat me fairly and are reasonably priced. Their understanding of my device surpassed any of their competitors that I've visited before. I hope my doesn't break for the foreseeable future, but if so - I'll know where to bring it. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs a repair that doesn't want to shell out a fortune with their cell phone provider or manufacturer.

My One Plus 7 pro charging port was repaired in 30 mins and the price is fair. They also gives 60 days warranty to it.
For my other phone Samsung S9+, even though I was not satisfied with the new battery they replaced for me, they offered me a full price refund. Very responsible and patient.

Reasonble price, professional and prompt service, but quality of the part is not good at all.

I had iphone 5s battery replacement by Mobile Squre in 2018. Job was done quickly within 45 mins. The replacment battery is an after-market battery, which worked ok. But after 3 years, the battery suddenly exploded during an overnight charging in May 2021, which almost caught a fire in my home.i'd rather pay higher price for a quality battery.

Pacific mall? Nope! This is my go to place for anything and everything phone and electronics related. An amazing experience everytime.

Came to mobile Square for the first time to fix the rear camera on my phone. They were quick and efficient with Excell customer service. Best of all they were affordable. Received quotes from 4 other cell phone repair companies that were easily 3x more than what mobile square is charging.

Amazing work and service. What I appreciated the most was that after calling around, and physically going to Pacific Mall first to get quotes, everyone was just looking at my screen and quoting me 250 for and upwards for a cracked screen on a Samsung S20 FE. At Mobile Square, they actually tested the phone right in front of me, and realized that the phone was working and it was just a cracked screen, they charged me way less (over 100 savings from the previous quotes), and once they were done they re-tested my phone again in front of me. I appreciated their honesty and workmanship. Definitely recommending and definately worth the drive to Markham/Unionville.:)

I'm very disappointed by the low quality replacement parts offered here for my OnePlus 6T.

I had come here originally to replace the screen on my phone, the battery and the rear glass. After picking up my phone in just an hour (wow!) I was very pleased by the overall experience.

That night, as I sat on my phone in bed, I noticed that upon certain dimness levels, the replacement screen was not able to display black correctly. As you can see in the attached photos, all black colors start to display as a blue/purple. I returned to the store today to show this issue to the staff, in hopes that they'd replace my screen with a functioning one, or provide me with a full refund ($160 for the screen). I showed the issue to the staff, and, although they said they didn't see any issue, they agreed to replace it with a new one. They opened my phone back up, plugged in a new display, and asked me to test it. Exactly the same issue. It seems the replacement parts they source are very low quality.

While looking at the issue, the staff told me that they don't see it or that it's my wallpaper, this and that. I asked for them to turn off the lights in the store to take a look, and while showing very clearly that the screen is not capable of displaying black at a certain dimness level, the staff member still tells me, to my eyes, that he can't see the issue. He said that he "understands that I feel this way" and assured me that he can't see it. C'mon man - not cool. At least admit it and don't lie straight to my face.

Then, when they asked me what I'd want, I said that I either want a functioning screen, or all of my money back. They instead offered me $60 (apparently all they could offer) or to replace it with a third screen from a third supplier. I took the money, but won't be coming back. I don't have any confidence in the parts that are being used here.

I'd go elsewhere.

UPDATE: to respond to the reply here. They offered a full refund only if they removed my screen and gave my phone back without a screen entirely. I can’t believe you actually thought that’s an option. What a joke.

This response should tell you all you need to know about this shady store who still refuses to admit that they install very low quality parts in customer’s devices.

Found this place while shopping around for price bc I cracked the screen on my s10+. Got the screen replaced here in an hour and cost was less then half of what other places were charging. Regarding phone functionality after screen replacement, everything is fine so far.

Fast and professional service with 60 days warranty.
I had a broken LCD glass in my Samsung s8+ they change it about one hour
they test it and back to me like new.

I inquired many many places and they ALL told me that its impossible to change my cracked glass without breaking the LCD so its $380 because there are no aftermarket LCDS at the moment because the phone is too new.

These guys did some magic! And changed the glass without damaging the LCD and charged me accordingly! HALF the cost of everywhere else!

Ok so they somehow did some magic.now the customer service was way above and beyond any phone repair store I've ever been to in my life!

They had a sheet with a checklist of things they check before giving it to the customer. 1 by 1 I saw them meticulously check the phone and check it off the list. Like wow they spend TIMEE checking the phone before they hand it to you AND THEN they go through the checklist AGAIN WITH YOU!

Seriously the service, speed and workmanship is 1000000%

I've been coming here for years and never had bad service. Normally it's to fix phone screens but just recently got a tablet battery replaced. I always recommend them to anyone who has a cracked screen.

If you ever have “I don’t know, the phone’s just acting weird” type problems, they will diagnose, and repair it, At exceptionally low cost, often within minutes!

The staff are friendly and helpful, and they have a nice assortment of phones and accessories.

Even if you don’t live in the Northeast end of Toronto, it’s worth the trip for Mobile Square’s quality and attention to detail.

Price provided on Kijjiji says " Repair for S4 = $39" but once there it costs $100. Looks more like a scam

I brought in an inexpensive Xiaomi smartphone with no IPS rating, that suffered water damage and would no longer turn on. The representative I spoke with set the right expectations because they don't typically work with or have spare parts for Xiaomi phones, but was willing to try to get it working again. He quoted a very reasonable price if they were successful in getting it working again before he took the job and provided a one hour timeframe.

At 55 minutes, he called me back to provide the good news, he got the phone to power on again, all major functions (eg.wifi, mobile data/calling, charging, etc) were tested and still working.

Mobile Square provides excellent customer service and professional mobile phone repairs, I would definitely recommend.

I fixed Galaxy S8 screen glass for my wife in this store. However, we found black spots near the volume button, on the side of the screen. My wife is not a sensitive person and doesn't know well about any electrical device.she didn't realized there are black spots on the edge of screen. I found it once I used her phone 3 weeks after we got the service and I took the phone to the store to resolve this issue instead of my wife. People worked in the store told me it is a physical damage. (the guy told me the damage is cause by pushing volume button hardly.), and they can't provide warranty for the phone. (They also told me they could cover this by warranty if I brought within a week after from the original service date, 3 weeks are too far from the original service date. Then why they indicate 30 days warranty in the receipt?)

This black spots are hard to get by other reasons without any damages on the screen as you seen the photo and there is NOT even single scratch on the phone AT ALL. She always put her cell phone in her front and back covered flip case and put the phone in the extra soft pouch to protect phone when she put in her handbag. (That's what I asked her to do it once she dropped the phone before.) I and all my family members are using Galaxy s8 series and used several previous versions of galaxy, we never had any experiences or heard about broken screen with pressing volume button.

The service guy told me they don't fix only glass in his store when the customer bring the phone for the glass replacement. They send files of broken glass LCD from previous customers to warehouse and get them back after top glass replacement done. It means they use recycled LCD from other customers instead of customer's original LCD.

Few days ago, I did my research and contacted Samsung service centre after this happening. They don't recommend me to change glass of LCD only, especially EDGE screen. This is caused by not properly installed glass on LCD and the curved part of glass push the LCD and make black spots in that particular area. They told me the replacement must be a whole part of screen (Not only top glass part of LCD)

I also don't recommend to replace screen glass in this store following reasons.

1. Because glass on LCD requires very accurate fit or perfectly attached, usual private store cannot make this and they are not able to install properly.
2. We don't know what kind of recycled screen from where they use.

They needed to tell customers they will replace a whole screen with recycled one instead of using original customer's LCD before their work.

Now my wife's phone has black spots beside of volume button instead of broken top glass. They made the cell phone worse than before we fixed. The only reason I am writing here is customer make sure the screen is new or recycled one from other devices before they get the service. After I talked to them with this issue several times, this guys offered me a new replacement screen at $150 instead of $200. However, I realized it after, the LCD screen is not a brand new one, it was returned by previous customer, has black shadow on the screen. (They told me it is a defective screen, not able to sell at original price, but again they didn't tell me that at the beginning.)

I hope I am the last person get involved in this unfair situation and find the original service centre to fix your phone properly.

Hahaha. Are you kidding me? It is a physical damage caused by your improper installation of used screen.and your employee told me you use used screens for replacing glass only option, not the original screen the customer bring in. (means not sometimes.) don't pretend to use new screen or don't try to offer something to me to show off in the public. If you are really sorry for this situation, you should recognize your fault and take care of this issue. Anyways, I will fill out the complaint form and I will share my experience to protect other customers. By the way, Thank you for a fake apology.

These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable about their products. They take the time to explain what's wrong with your phone, how it could have happened (eventhough most of us already know), and what they could do for you. They will thoroughly check your phone in front of you to make sure they do not surprise you with extra charges.

Just went there to see if they could repair my phone from water damages, guy said he would look and if they could it would be $30. I said ok, came back 30min later to a bill for $165! Ok as long as they can fix it, asked him to make sure the camera works before he does because otherwise there would be no point and I would rather purchase a new phone. Turns out the camera wasn't working, as I figured. I said ok, I'll just buy a new one. He put back on the water damage screen & battery & charge me $30 for doing NOTHING! Just to show me that the phone can work with a new screen. I'm not even sure if that's legal. In conclusion, don't waste your time and money.if I could I would give them half a star.

My Samsung S6 Edge's camera had not been focusing correctly for quite some time. I finally decided to get it fixed at Mobile Square as their prices were by far the best and I felt confident based on their reviews. For a very reasonable price the camera was replaced in less than half an hour. My phone now is able to take pictures properly and I no longer have different areas of a photo that are in/out of focus. I hope highly recommend Mobile Square for anyone looking for cell phone or tablet repairs.

Brought my Nexus 6p in for a battery replacement as the phone's battery's health was deteriorating. I filled out a form and they let me know all of the details of what they are going to do, and of any risks involved.

I handed them my 6p and after an hour, they gave me the phone back with a new battery. As of now (1.5 months ago), my phone battery has running smooth and really well. 5/5, would recommend for any phone repairs.
