Mobile Storage Rentals

Great to work with. I required many different sizes and types of storage over an 11 month period of time. Carla worked with me over phone and email and everything worked seamlessly. Although I have never met anyone there, I feel like I know them. I would highly recommend if you have storage needs. I hope to not need again, but if I do they will be contacted.

Mobile Storage Rentals was easy to set up and came when they said. Unit came clean and in great condition. Easy to have it picked up when we were finished with it.

There's no way to contact anybody outside of office hours. I had to unload a truck full of furniture into a storage unit and we lost the gate code so couldn't get in. We tried calling multiple people and no answer even to verify or help.

It needs to put up bigger sign in a better area saying not to enter unless you have a storage space on weekends my mother drove in well the gate was open so one would think oh ya we can go in so she did then we got stuck inside because the person who was actually keeping it open Left so we had to call everyone trying to get out legally

Highly recommend MSR. I had a wonderful experience. Had to change my pick up date 3 times due to unforeseen circumstances. The Customer Service rep was very understanding and was a pleasure to deal with. The driver Rob was equally polite and courteous. Give him a raise! A+ company, will be using this service again.
