I came in today to mobile care and I needed the gentleman to help me clean the port of my phone which he did without hesitation. The gentleman's name was usama and he was excellent in his professionalism and overall care of my phone. I highly recommend him if anyone is looking for cell phone accessories at the upper canada mall.

I always forget to leave a review for this place. Mobile Care kiosk at Upper Canada Mall. I’ve been here a few times. Looked after my family’s phone. With my phone, at least 3 or more times. They always looked after our phones. They installed our screen protectors and a few times bought phone cases as well. Always ask to see if they can help you with pricing if you’re getting more than one item. They do such an amazing job with the screen protector install. This time around, shout out to Bhavin. Thank you. I came for a screen protector, I ended up getting a case again.

My wife's business phone (older Samsung galaxy a70) suddenly stopped accepting a charge. Osama very clearly communicated the process of what needed to be done. Not only did they have the parts in stock, but her phone was repaired within 45 minutes at a very affordable price. Refreshingly outstanding service. Clear, concise, and effective. They even let us peak partway through the repair to show us what was being done. 10/10:)

My phone was absolutely destroyed and I had needed a new camera, a new front and back screen a new front fixture on the camera. I went here to see if I could get it all done in under a day and it was done in around 2 hours, it was done properly and looks as though my phone was brand new. Highly recommend! Workers were also very polite and very helpful.

I am very satisfied from the services, I got screen protector and camera protector for my new S22 Utra, they have verity of options on their stor and also they are very friendly and able to recommend me what I need, their price are good and quality of their service are great. Paid $20 extra ($50) for a screen protector for a Pixel 6 Pro. They didn't mention that they didn't have one for that specific model, but 'jerry rigged' one for another phone. Peeled 1 day later. Took it back and they trimmed a jagged edge to the new screen along the bottom. The worst screen protector and the worst job since I have owned phones. I peeled it off because I couldn't stand it anymore!

Really needed a screen protector for both my son and I. Usama took the extra time to make sure he applied the protector with care. I will be returning for all my phone accessory needs.
