I am immensely pleased with Mobilia's customer service, especially the exceptional work of their highly skilled leather technician, Dragos Ivan.

My experience began with the purchase of a floor model sofa. Upon delivery, I discovered that one leg wasn't properly aligned with the floor, and there were minor scratches on the leather. Naturally, I was quite distressed to find my new sofa flawed, a detail that wasn't disclosed beforehand. Given it was a final sale item, I feared Mobilia might decline any repair request, a concern stemming from similar issues faced by a friend. Nevertheless, I reached out to Mobilia's customer service and was promptly assisted as they sent Dragos to address the sofa's issues.

Dragos proved to be not only adept at repairing sofas but also demonstrated commendable professionalism and ethics. He meticulously fixed the reported problems and, upon closer inspection, identified a loosened support board at the back. Without hesitation, he informed us and escalated the matter to Mobilia. To my relief, Mobilia agreed to rectify this significant issue, despite it not being part of my initial complaint.

This experience has reinforced my trust in Mobilia. Sometimes unforeseen issues arise, but it's how they are handled that truly matters. Mobilia's approach to after-sales support, coupled with their commitment to employing technicians like Dragos who are both skilled and ethical, assures me of their reliability. I am confident in continuing to shop at Mobilia.

Great place to buy your furniture. We bought a few very unique furnitures from this Mississauga showroom. The store employees are nice and helpful. Rachel was very polite.

The store change return policy. You can’t to return any items: delivered, not delivered after 3 days. All sales final in 3 days. So be attentive

Reshma was amazing! She was personally texting me photos of all the images on the floor for items that we wanted to buy. She was helping us find the perfect items at the right price. I would definitely buy there again things to her! We love our mirror.

Mississauga location was dirty and most of recliners was not even connected to the power. Only good to see how furniture will look in few ears if neglected.

Really struggling for over a week with Mobilia online. A glitch on the website made us think the payment didn’t go through so we paid again and we got charged twice for a duplicate order of over 5000$! Been trying to call customer service through phone and email and web message since last Friday and unable to reach anyone at all. We just get told we are first in queue but then get stuck on a loop of hold music for 10min and then we get hung up on!

We visited Mobilia store on weekend just 5 min before closing time and sales rep- Reshma was calm enough to show all our products. We purchased one king bed and one dining table. Reshma handled our request in professional and timely manner. The king bed is very nice, and bigger than normal king bed. The bed is sturdy and lower height which is excellent for my parents.

The furniture is amazing. I bought couches from there and all are fantastic and comfy. Reshma is a very pleasant and helpful sales person. She advised me to choose the right product. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic selection, quality products and the last chance/ clearance section had some amazing pieces. Make sure to ask for Lara; she was incredibly knowledgeable of home decor, furniture, materials, measurements, etc…and offered customizable solutions to meet our needs.

I bought Canto sofas from Mobilia. Reshma was our Sales Rep, she was attentive to our questions, knowledgeable about the products and gave us a great price on the sofa. I love the quality and comfort of my sofa. Highly recommend this place.

As soon as we arrived at Mobilia Reshma was eager to assist us. At first I was reluctant to accept assistance as I just wanted to look around. Eventually I asked Reshma for assistance and I'm glad I did as she knew the products I was interested in inside out and was able to answer all our questions. We were so happy with the assistance she provided that we ended up purchasing a few items. I would highly recommend working with Reshma as she is kind, approachable and really knows the products. We will always go back to Reshma for when we are in need of beautiful furniture.

We have now received the wrong side of our sectional not once, but TWICE! And Mobilia has done nothing to rectify or to even ensure the second delivery was correct. How hard is it for someone in the warehouse to check the box? Before it’s delivered a second time. Our lovely delivery drivers did all they could. You know who else has done nothing to help us? Our sales rep Lara at the Mississauga location. She was more than happy o take our money and get her commission, but has been completely silent through our struggles to get someone to help us.

I like the store you can get some nice pieces. I got a glass side table for my condo with some good quality stools. The stools were really good value. The staff could have better customer service.

I bought Wayla sectional from Reshma, very accommodating and hardworking lady. Responding to my text even past working hours and her off days. She even gave me a rebates as the couch went on sale twice. Very honest and I’m loving my couch -so comfortable and can put my feet up while watching TV. You can never go wrong with any Mobilia products.

We live in Pickering but we go to Mississauga specifically for the kind and expert advice provided by Reshma N. Her customer service is top notice and her decorating advice is amazing. We trust Reshma. We recently bought a new dining room buffet and the wall mirror Reshma suggested looks fabulous. Thanks Reshma, we'll be back again soon!

Mobilia is not just a furniture store, I consider Reshma (the sales in Mississauga location) is an interior design consultant. We appreciate her expertise and outstanding customer service. With her help, we have two places almost fully furnished with Mobilia products. And Mobilia offers diverse options to meet our different needs of style, such as European/contemporary and Japandi as well. Thank you, Reshma, you made a difference for our furniture journey.

They tried to sell me a used table. Never shop at this store ever again.

We purchased the Rockland sectional (black, left facing) from Mobilia Mississauga and could not be happier. Working with Maria was great, as she was patient, informative, and was responsive to our questions. The sectional is made of very good quality leather and feels comfortable, not to mention how amazing it looks. Lastly, the delivery went well, and the sectional was even set up for us by the delivery company. Considering that the item was shipped from Mississauga to Winnipeg, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

All went well until delivery time. The warehouse mislabeled one piece of the sectional so it went back. The correct piece was backordered 4 months. The loaners they offered were terrible and rather than a rebate on the sofa i purchased they offered an extremely small store credit. Head office was even worse as nobody responded at all after multiple follow-ups over a month. This company does not plan for the inevitable contingencies required for any retail and logistics operations.

Awful service. Ordered a breakfast table and waited for it 3 months. They sent us the wrong color then 2 weeks later they sent the correct color but completely scratched and damaged. Have been waiting for more 4 weeks since then. Zero respect for customers. Very bad customer service. Will never buy anything from them again

We got delivery of the bedroom furniture from Mobilia yesterday. It was all a very pleasant experience. Especially our sales representative Reshma was extremely friendly, professional & helpful. She also followed up after the sale. A special mention about the delivery people too. They were also very professional, polite & friendly. They made sure not to leave any mess in the house. All in all we are very happy with the purchase & the service.
