We bought a bunch of office furniture. Told that if there is any damage to report it ASAP.we left messages about a chip (no one answered calls) and sent an email, over a week and NOTHING back. We just found half of the desk will come in April, 5 months away. They will gladly take your money, and apparently don't care one bit about customer satisfaction - look elsewhere!

They bend over backwards and promise anything to make the sell, but after selling completely ignore you. Bought over 6k worth but they had only 5 pieces in stock and one coming in a two weeks and on top of that agreed to pay for shipping and install as well - which was not even offered for free at that amount. Although at the time they promised they'd send the 5 pieces asap, a few days later refused to send them and dragged it on and on for a month. It's been over 4 weeks now and nothing shipped. How would you feel to pay that much for a bunch of furniture you know they have and not have it?

We had a wonderful experience with Mobilia and their staff, especially Linda! The customer service was great, the delivery service was also great, well organized and a breeze! There was no damage made to any of the furniture while delivering or assembling!

Overall a great experience! We will be going back shortly for our other furniture needs!

The coffee table that I bought two years ago just exploded today. It was very horrible. Luckily, nobody was close to it while it was exploding.
I called the customer service, but nobody answered and called me back. Consequently, I got to this store where I bought the table. The manager told me that there was nothing she could do for me except wrote a email to their customer service and she also told me usually their customer service need SEVERAL WEEKS to reach back to me.
I think the most ridiculous thing is that we never even put anything on the table. Only sometimes my 5kg cat was staying on it. The quality is absolute trash.

Why buy a $5k sectional from Mobilia when you will throw it away after 5 years because of it's quality.buy something cheaper if you are going to replace it anyways. I don't recommend buying furniture from here based on my experience.

Excellent service and great design advice. A sofa bed arrived damaged. But they replaced it without question and let us use the damaged one while we waited for the delivery of the new one.

Worst customer service. Buyer beware.

Purchased 2 rechargeable outdoor lanterns 17 days ago. Charged them completely and they lasted approx 20 minutes.
Their policy says 15 days for return. I was wanting to return at 17 days. However, I called ahead and someone said it shouldn’t be a problem. I drove almost an hour in traffic.
The atmosphere in that store is toxic.
The manager told me that I may have purchased floor demos and she can’t return. I told her if I did I definitely did not agree to purchase demos. Not by a long shot and not at that price. So they sold me used goods without my knowledge.

One second she says the extra couple of days is not why she can’t return th lanterns and the next it is.

She continues to say that if the lanterns are defective it no longer their problem but a customer service problem and the store doesn’t deal with that.

All to say, if you purchase with them, be cautious.

Worst service experience! We recently purchased a bench from mobilia (Ottawa location). We made sure to ask for a specific delivery period to have the furniture arrive and were assured the product will come early December with the promise of receiving frequent updates as to when delivery time can be scheduled. Early December came and gone and no one called us to let us know there has been a delay. Despite the promise of frequent updates which had been nonexistent, we have been calling to get updates as to when the product is arriving at the warehouse and delivery can be scheduled. Called the store recently and found out that the item is now arriving end of January! The sales associate who processed the sale, Fadia at the ottawa location, was super rude regarding the whole process and after asking for why the product is late and when it could arrive, she suggested that a product that was supposed to arrive early December, is now scheduled for end of January or early February. The lack of assurance, rude tone of voice and lack of service was frustrating to deal with. After asking for additional information about the delivery date/period and what could be done, she proceeded to suggest that nothing can be done and instead of explaining the reason for delay, she brushed off saying that if the delivery is not completed by January, then it will be February, and if not then cancel the order as if this is a totally acceptable level of service That was very frustrating to hear as a customer! It’s not the first time we purchased from mobilia, but it will sure be the last time.

Different from before, customer service became way below the expectation!
Last November, I bought 2 accent chairs from mobila. Upon delivery I noticed a defect in them. I emailed the customer service and they replied to me offering 3 options, since then no action have been made and no response to my emails and calls after that!

Bought a bed frame in December and were told we would get a call when it arrives (expected late January). Slept on the floor of our new home for over a month, no call. We called Mobilia in early February to find out the product was in stock and nobody reached out to us to schedule delivery. Waited another week for the delivery, supposed to be between 1-5pm on Saturday (11th). They arrived at 6pm. Kept their boots on, leaving dirt on my carpet and hardwood. They asked me to come assess the damage to the headboard to see if I still wanted it, any damage is unacceptable, so we refused the product. Before they removed any boxes from my bedroom, I was asked to initial that they did not damage my property, so I did. Within 2 minutes of me signing, they dropped a box and chipped the hardwood of my brand new house.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Mobilia. I purchased a chair online on Nov 16th 2022. It was finally out for delivery on Jan 6th. The delivery driver arrives, and tells me he cannot bring the item into my house because it won't fit. Obviously I am disappointed, as I have waited two months for this chair to arrive. He tells me, it's no problem to return and I will receive a message from Mobilia on Saturday with information about a refund. I receive no email and no call on Saturday.
I call on Monday to follow up and am told they will send the refund information off and I will have a refund in 2-5 days. It is now day 5, I have to call Mobilia 3 times (the first time I was hung up on and the second time I left a message, no one called me back) before I can get through to speak with an agent. The customer service agent has now told me that she will email the surpervisor about the refund and that I will hear back tomorrow. I am losing hope that I will receive any information about my refund, as I was already told it would be done by today.
Really disappointed in the service, I will not be purchasing from Mobilia again.

We recently purchased bar stools chairs, a bed and 2 accent chairs from mobilia (Ottawa, hunt club location). We made sure to ask for a specific delivery date to have the furniture ready for us when we move in. Having a young family we were relying on the chairs for the kids to eat on the counter top until we purchase a table we like. On the delivery day no one called us, we waited hoping that the delivery people would show up but no one came. I called the store, left a message, no one returned my call. I called the delivery department and was told that no delivery was scheduled by the store and the next delivery date would be in 12 days! That was very frustrating since I was relying on those bar stools! When the store finally called me they wouldn’t admit their mistake and didn’t remedy the situation. All I had was an apology and nothing else …
It’s not the first time we purchase from mobilia, but it will be the last time that’s for sure …

Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a manager. The store manager for the ottawa location, Jean, was no help at all. He was rude and not willing to help. We bought a sectional from the store less than a year ago and it started rusting. Thank God it was still under warranty. However, within the span of that year, sofas in general increased drastically in price. We bought our sectional at $2500. It was now $4500. Something we couldn’t afford and he was not willing to even give us a discount on a new piece. I know very well that anyone coming into the store can generally get 20%. Jean was not willing to help us. Called Jean’s boss at head office and she didn’t even call me back. Weak service from top level associates. At those prices, go somewhere where you will get top notch service. This is definitely not the place!

UPDATE:
Mobilia responded to my review asking me to send them an email. I sent them an email on Tuesday and they still haven’t responded. The people on here who say customer service doesn’t get back to you are correct!

*UPDATE** I was hopeful when I got a reply from Mobilia that they would resolve my issue even if the sofa is beyond warranty. Well, I was WRONG! Sure, they sent a technician who all he did was take photos. Then Mobilia came back to me with “Unfortunately your sofa is not covered as it is beyond warranty”. Now I could no longer contact them nor are not replying to my emails. Please dont spend your hard earned money with them! Go somewhere else! *** I bought the Neal sofa and loveseat last year and 3 months after it already showed signs of sagging. They sent a technician to assess it and he said it was normal. Now after a year the leader started peeling! Because its 5 months after warranty, they cant do anything about it. Cant even call their customer service. I had high hopes with Mobilia products as they are on higher price points. The couch that I bought from The Brick lasted 10yrs! Dont buy the Neal sofa!

Terrible customer service. OK products. Their products about twice as good as Ikea at 5 times the price. I don't have a problem with this. The problem is they don't deliver their product when they said they will. The biggest issue is they don't answer the phone, do not return voice messages and do not return emails. Their customer service is pathetic.
I see they finally responded to my review, but not my customer service calls. Still have not returned my phone calls. It's been over a week. My experience stays the same. Zero customer service. If you want to buy something (helps them) they answer on the fist ring. If you want customer service (helps you) they let it go to voice mail and never return your call.

The HuntClub (Ottawa) location has the most amazing sales person. Linda Saleh was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, extremely proficient. It would have been an easy 5 star review had our experience been with her all the way through delivery of our purchase. SADLY, the delivery crew was the worse I have ever interacted with. They stank (terrible body odor in addition to smelling like an ashtray), they did not put on protective booties, they left all the garbage from the packaging of our sofa, they did not put our sectional together - they just ripped off the packaging and left. So after spending thousands of dollars we were left with mud on our carpet and a basement that stank like an ashtray/BO with plenty of garbage for me to take care of. Absolutely nothing professional about who this store uses for delivery teams. Too bad, but Linda gets FIVE STARS!

My wife and I purchased our sectional and bed from Mobilia. The quality of their products is top tier. Moreover, our consultant, namely Zaniab, was informative, respectful and patience while we were going checking all of our possible options. A good quality that you see here is that the salespersons do not judge you based on your appearance and happily spend even more than an hour with you so that you can find something that best fits your taste.
Unlike some of the other reviews here, I was generally happy with the customer service as well. Initially, there was small issue with our bed making small cracking noise on one side, not a really big deal, but we tried contacting them and they fixed the issue without any additional charges even though it was a minor issue. (Basically changed one side of the bed completely for free)
All in all, I am happy with my experience here and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for buying good quality furniture.

Bought items in January and still not available. The client service is horrid and they just say.next month. Management is argumentative and aggressive.

Bought what I needed from a competitor. Delivered to my door in under a week. This is not a supply chain issue, it is to do with client services and finding a solution or alternative product while working with the client.

Incredibly poor service. I purchased a new home office and had installation included. After waiting months for materials to arrive which I was more then willing to accept in the current environment the components came in with manufacturing holes on the wrong side of the furniture (holes on the front side are present). The installers pointed it out to me and took the materials back with them. New parts were in stock locally I was told however I was forced to the back of the line and had to wait another month for them to return. I took another day off work as they only send you the 4 hour arrival time the night before. A new set of installers arrived and once again the same issue and I still have no furniture as they took it back again. 3rd time was the same as the first two times, I would hope maybe they would inspect it by that point before having me go through this for a 3rd time, but apparently that's not the case. Customer service is a phone number that rings forever, no one ever answers. If you call the store locally but they only refer you to that number as they can't help. My recommendation is to simply avoid the store, if someone was to at least reach out I could understand but they choose to make it next to impossible to find a solution / repair / or even simply apologize for the experience and rather try to hide from it.

Store salesman wasn’t able to confirm how the frame of the sofa was put together (glued, nailed, etc.), delivery guys weren’t wearing masks, walked all over my hardwood floor with dirty, muddy boots and broke part of my storm door. Sofa is decent, but will see how long it lasts.

Honestly the worst customer service experience! I had a great experience purchasing the item, but as soon as I came to pick up the item, everyone couldn't be less friendly! First, the lady got upset at me and started complaining that I made the order over the phone (even though I was told to do so by the sales representative) because it would be "so hard to find the order papers", it took her less than a minute. I then drove to the back to pick up the order, where the employee scuffed at me and said that the couch was not going to fit into my minivan, rolled it to the top of the loading dock and turned around and walked away without saying a word. I had to yell thank you because he turned around so quickly and he ignored it. The couch ended up fitting with plenty of space. My parents and I were honestly so surprised about how everyone could be so rude. I love Mobilia products but I would never return to this location to purchase mine.

I ordered two carpets and one glass coffee table, l from the Ottawa store. I was supposed to receive my order in 3 to 4 weeks. They gave me ETA for 5 weeks maximum. After 5 weeks, they gave me ETA for another week. I called the store several times and left a couple of messages. Unfortunately, They didn't answer my calls. To be honest, their customer service is good at all. I had to drive 50 km each time to go in person and check my order's status. Finally, I cancelled my order. However, it seems the Manager was upset about cancelling the order. He was the one who was upset. I thought I should apologize instead of him!

When you want to buy something, they do their best to offer the best customer service. However after you order something, they don't care anymore.

I believe their store is one of the best furniture stores in Ottawa but they made me disappointed. I know someone may reply to this review and mention the pandemic and less supply as the reason for delayed deliveries. I would suggest do not PROMISE and don't give people optimistic ETAs. Please respect people's time.

We always many questions and hesitations when making a substantial investment. We were very pleased with the design consultant's, Linda Saleh, approach to customer service from the moment we came into the store.

Linda greeted us shortly after our entrance in the store. She caught on right away that we needed our space to evaluate our own needs. She didn't hover insistently. When asked, she gave us precious information about the item's country of manufacturing and it's history.

When we were ready to decide, she helped us narrow down our options in the store and furthermore over the phone. She adapted to our reality, giving us all the options for style and payment schedule.

She had the presence of mind to write us up a quote before we left; giving us time to reflect at home while securing the price which she honoured when we purchased. All these things might seem to "go without saying" in this trade. To us, they are becoming a fine (lost) art in the retail business which we seek out when we are ready to invest.

Thanking you kindly Linda! Looking forward to picking up our purchase in March.

We're super pleased with our purchase and the 'white glove' delivery.

We chose the JURA 110" table - fantastic - with two matching benches to pair with 4 dining chairs we had. The table is especially nice because it's length allows us to sit up to 10 for family gatherings, but the two of us can dine intimately because of the relatively narrow width. The acacia wood is very thick & organic, and the bases are strong and solid.

Overall the pieces are beautiful aesthetically and ergonomically, and the price was very competitive (we searched for a lot of tables!) - thank you!

PS Many reviews are complaining about excessive wait times - trust me, this applies to all custom and import providers at this time. We had a custom couch from EQ3 that took almost as long and it is manufactured in Canada. I've recently even waited several months for restocking of items at IKEA, and Leon's told me this weekend an item would take several months if it's not already in their Canada warehouse.
So, yes, out-of-stock items may take months, but I believe this is common with most stores at the moment. Be prepared.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I wish I could say Mobilia’s products were good quality and I wish I could say Mobilia stood by their products and provided decent customer service, particularly as according to their website Mobilia prides themselves “in offering the kind of customer service that emphasizes [their supposed] commitment to cultivating a long-term relationship with [their] clientele. While [supposedly they] recognize that sometimes things do go wrong, [according to their website they supposedly] make it a priority to help [their] customers find the best resolution possible to ensure their satisfaction. ” Their website also states that Mobilia’s furniture comes with a one year warranty on parts and labour against manufacturer damage (both website statements have proven to be blatantly wrong as the information below will illustrate). All I can say is stay away from their furniture and their lack of care and service for customers.

We bought six items, 4 of which were Evora stools in May 2021 and they were delivered in June 2021 (delivery delayed without notification). Only two stools were used maybe a total of 5 times since May. Less than three months later I contacted Mobilia because all four stools appeared to be damaging at the exact same location, evidence of a product defect or manufacturing defect. Based on Mobilia’s “commitment/pride” quoted above and their supposed “one year warranty on parts and labour against manufacturer damage” as stated on their website, We contacted them less than three months from receipt of the furniture. We provided Mobilia with all the information they requested and pictures as requested, they told us they would send a technician. I was first told technician would come on a Sunday and then he didn’t show; then we got a call to schedule and technician came just last weekend. His inspection lasted less than 5 minutes and he asked no questions, he told us they all look the same hence a Mobilia technician pointing to same conclusion - a manufacturer defect. Somehow today we got a call saying no refund would be issued as it was household Damage. My husband got upset because how could we damage four stools in an identical spot in the same manner and he was told to proceed to write reviews about the company, that response depicts the quality of customer service and the pride and care they take on their products and customers. Sadly I had been looking at additional furniture from Mobilia but their care for customers (or should I say lack thereof) has made me second guess and I will now look elsewhere.

I purchased a couch a year ago through the e commerce site. Arrived late October. We love our couch but I have been disappointed with the service. We purchased a 5 year extended warranty and within a few months the zipper pulls fell off (yes, fell off) so I contacted support in May 2021 (Sonia Demirdjian) and after multiple emails back a forth they finally sent someone to replace the zipper pulls. The individual came all the way from Montreal and unfortunately, didn't have the exact size of zipper pull required for the couch. Fortunately, we had one still and he was able to put 1 of 2 back on. He told Mobilia and I was told that they were ordering more for us and would be in contact once they arrived. The zipper pull that was put back on has fallen off again. I wouldn't care too much but it's a sectional and the zippers keep the couch cushions on the sofa. I followed up with them a couple of weeks ago with no response, followed up again last week with no response. Doesn't seem like they care about their clients or their product once it leaves the facility.

I never post reviews but in this case, I have to. Never, Never will I be back at Mobilia. Purchased a sofa in Sept 2020, yes one year ago. Initial delivery was expected in Jan then pushed back to Feb, March, June, July and now it apparently arrived in Ottawa in Aug. I say apparently because I'm now struggling to actually get it delivered to my house. Delivery was supposed to be yesterday and nothing. No customer service, unreliable salesperson (mine was Linda) and just overall horrible experience. Will never go back.

I recently purchased some furniture for my living room from Mobilia and my experience was exemplary. From the moment you step into the store you are made to feel like a priority. The store manager and his staff are courteous, friendly and thoroughly professional. They are dedicated in their endeavour to make the experience of purchasing furniture for your home extremely fulfilling and satisfying. And the store provides you with a wide variety of up-to-date, modern and trendy furniture. The quality of the furniture seems to be top notch as well. I would highly recommend this store to anybody looking to furnish their space with something classic yet versatile.

I would advise against buying furniture at Mobilia due to delivery wait times. We ordered a couch in November 2020, sales person told us it will arrive within 2 weeks. Called back in 2 weeks, and it was delayed to January 2021. Called to confirm in January and then it was pushed back to March 2021. March was then delayed to April and now we just checked and it was delayed to June 2021. Don’t waste your time checking the estimated delivery date because they mean absolutely nothing. Nice furniture but what good is that when it never arrives. First and last order from Mobilia for us.

In August of 2020 I paid $1400 down on a couch, and was told it would be delivered December 2020. I called December 2020 and was surprised to learn they moved our delivery to March 2021, and never let us know. I called at the beginning of March 2021 to ask about when the couch would be delivered, and was told April, without being notified again. It has now been 8 months and we still have nothing. I did get a loaner coach from them after asking, I find this highly unacceptable and will never be back. Other custom makers like Upper Room had no problem making custom furniture and having it ready so the excuse from Mobilia about not being able to function is an issue on their end that you will pay for.

5 Month ago, I Purchase a pretty modern stylish leather sofa, to realized with my Physiotherapist that the sofa was the cause of my back, so much pain. I called, first, I left a voice mail wait 3 days and no return of call. I had to call again and no way to help me, no solution, nothing could be done. I been told that only 2 weeks after purchase could be exchange. Be aware clients. Still leaving a 3 stars because Amir the vendor was very nice back then 5 months ago when I placed all my orders because this was just not this purchase.

Bruce at the Merivale location is straightforward and honest with you. Got my delivery on time as expected and they even brought it through the balcony when it couldn't go up the stairs. Recommend Bruce and this store.

When I paid deposit in November, they said delivery before Christmas. No one follows up, until I sent email, no one reply. Finally I called them, been told the delivery will be January. Have no faith now, if I know delivery will be delayed I would have purchased in a different store.

Recently replaced our dining room chairs with Mobilia on Hunt Club. Had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Linda. Her patience in assisting in our selection of chair was admirable. Her knowledge, experience and advice was truly appreciated. The expected timeline of arrival of the new chairs was right on. Great level of communication throughout the process. The store manager Jean was also involved and assisted in the finalization of the transaction. Great team! Great experience overall! If shopping at Mobilia on Hunt Club, be sure to ask for Linda.

I purchased a mattress and a couch from mobilia and have had issues with both. The couch developed a tear in the fabric and is supposed to be covered in the protection plan that I purchased. The mattress I have is also defective as it is firm on the edges but drastically sinks in the middle. I have been trying to contact Mobilia for weeks and I never get a reply. I have left voicemails, called multiple different locations and even the customer service line and I never got a reply or a resolution. Worst experience of all time. There is no point in purchasing their protection plan since if there is an issue they will never respond and are impossible to contact. HORRIBLE service and I am extremely disappointed.

Do not order from Mobilia. The service is the worst. We ordered a sofa from there that was supposed to be back in stock at the end of August and was pushed back to November so we had to cancel. It has been 3 weeks and we haven’t received our money back. We’ve been emailing them and they keep saying we will get our reimbursement and we haven’t. It is not worth buying from them because if you have problems, good luck with their service. I rarely put a negative comment but this time, we are very disappointed.

I am super-happy with my overall experience at the store, delivery, and product. We bought a round love seat and glass top coffee table, and both the products are unique, well built, and stunning looking! I love their design and the delivery aspect was smooth. Look forward to buying more!

The only thing that put me off a bit was the instruction to assemble the table - It was Terrible! I think you guys to need provide an "EASY TO FOLLOW" instructions. Though, it ended up being failry easy to set up, it was bit annoying to figure it out ourselves.

You should hire a good technical writer and QA to do it!

Very poor customer service.

I bought a TV unit and a bed frame on Cyber Monday 2019 with two separate invoices as I bought them in two different times. I was planning to pick up the TV unit from store but the sales man told me that I can combine the TV unit to be delivered to home with the bed since I have paid for delivery for the bed. Stock were there, according to the salesperson, and I should be receiving them in mid December. I received a call from Mobilia store informing me the TV unit is ready for pick up in store. I told them it should be delivered with the bed. The caller told me, then the delivery will be rescheduled to be later by end of December. We refused the bed because the headboard has many holes. A sales person called asking if I need to cancel the order, I said no, I still need the bed. He told me someone from the delivery team will call. Nobody called. I called and left message, no body returned the call. This took a couple of weeks. We visited hunt club branch and met the manager in Feb.he said delivery will be scheduled soon. No body called as well. We went again to the same branch in early March and met the manager again. Eventually someone called and said that we can only do contactless delivery because of COVID19. That means dropping off the delivery without assembly. The delivery was by end of March 2020. I agreed because I was desperate that it will take months to be delivered. All that time I was sleeping on a mat on the floor. After delivery, I assembled the bed but there was a problem with one bolt that I could not assemble plus I wanted to replace one night stand. So, I called Mobilia delivery who said once economy open we can replace the night stand and fix the bolt. I confirmed the date of delivery to be today plus fixing the bolt. The delivery guy was coming just to replace the night stand. He had no idea of fixing the bolt. He refused to fix it when I told him that I confirmed that with the delivery team. He insisted not to fix it.

I am very disappointed and not satisfied at all of customer service.
By the way, I have said all this story on my feedback on the survey call that takes place automatically after delivery. No one cared. It seems that those calls are just routine check just to log it in the system pretending to have a professional customer service. I doubt.

Poor customer service at the store and the delivery.
I like the furnitures, and always recommend to my friends as well. But the service just horribly poor.

Sales persons maybe nice when you are buying, but when you called ask about delivery, attitude shows. Regretting purchased from your company. Definitely not recommending to friends anymore.

Purchased dining sets in May and told should be contacted and delivered around June 15. Nobody called until July after I emailed, and called the store multiple times. Then I was told delivery is on July 9th morning. And someone will take my balance on the 8th. A lady called multiple times for the payment since I wasn’t available. Payment for the balance was made, and she said someone would call me around 5 yesterday to let me know the delivery time frame. Nobody called. And I waited at home in case they showed up in the morning as what I was told. Nobody here.

I've been to Mobilia a couple times since I moved to Ottawa, and I can tell you each time seems to provide the same experience. It is a very confusing environment with the salespeople, they are almost anti-sales people. From the time you walk in the door, you would expect someone who works there to greet you or ask if you need help with anything. After you've been in the store for 10 minutes and have passed sales people numerous time you would hope to elicited some kind of response out of them, but nothing, and sadly it's a degrading experience.

There are plenty of pieces of furniture I would love in my home. In fact, my most recent trip I approached a salesperson (the same one who walked by me 3 times and ignored my presence) and inquired about a kitchen table that I loved and it turns out it was in stock. I thought to myself, if I have to work to get the staff's attention, and they couldn't care less if I was in their store, then there's no way I'm going to reward them with a sale for the negligence of potential customer (even if I did love that table). Honestly STEP IT UP Mobilia, you certainly are not the only furniture store in town, and you have a reputation for your sales staff's attitudes. Do better.

We bought a bed from here and product is amazing but when the delivery guys fixed up the bed, they didn't tightened all the bolts properly and the bed kept cricking, especially when I told them to make sure of tightening. My husband take out our mattress and tighten all the bolts, some of the bolt were about to fall out, not very happy about the bed installation.

I could spend hours in this store! The furniture and accent pieces are so unique and the way things are displayed brings me so much inspo for my future home. Prices are affordable — if you are looking to buy long lasting pieces (save money in the long run). Staff was lovely and extremely helpful. My fiancé and I loved our many experiences there. Thank you Mobilia!

I'll admit I was skeptical of this location but i have to admit for such modern furniture its very comfortable furniture. I was thinking it would be extremely expensive but actually prices at completely within the realm of what you'd expect. The styles are very different. Some are a little out there but quality is definitely the goal.

I visited mobile in November buy my bedroom we receive it at December with alot of hole's than tell them to exchange it as I like it.but till now I didn't receive my bedroom trying to reach the customer service left voice mail and no one return back calling me am like more than 2 month waiting for the bedroom.so dissatisfied with their customer service

Purchased a sofa a few months ago which we financed. It went on sale at 10% off. Went to meet the manager who informed us the discount had been automatically applied to our invoice. Saved us over 200$. Fantastic service.

Recently shopped here at Mobilia. They had some good products, but unfortunately almost no customer service. If you will shop here please expect to constantly follow up with everyone, check if you purchase was shipped, if it's ready for the pick up.

They carry some highest quality furniture in town, modern design with European style. The price is high but justified by the quality.

I recently bought sofas (nova) from Mobilia and their service was outstanding. Doug, in particular, was very courteous and helpful. He took the time to explain things and answered all my questions in a thorough fashion. The products at Mobilia are beautiful and high quality. I will definitely recommend shopping at Mobilia to all my family and friends!

We purchased some furniture this month, needless to say, the experience was amazing, the staff - Amir & Rehan at Mobilia made it so easy and were with us every step of the way.

Their honest feedback and design suggestions made the whole process painless.

Juan from finance, made the whole financing process a breeze, i highly recommend this store for everything they have to offer.

Spent close to 1500$ for two chairs and an ottoman. Almost everything on my bill was entered incorrectly - from the number of items purchased to my name and delivery address.
Delivery had to be arranged by the customer by calling the company.
A lot of work and double checking for a customer! I prefer shopping at places where things are done for me, given the money I’m exchanging for goods AND services.
***A week after posting this comment, a customer service representative called me back, offered compensation without me having to ask and upgraded my delivery. WOW! Setting the standard for customer service excellence!
