We bought our RV here 23 years ago & the experience was terrific. Since then many miles logged & we still will only come back to Mobilife for all parts in their well-equipped store & service. Carolyn's entire team (special shout out to Bryce, Sharon & Jeff in service!) are outstanding, wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly. & often do.

They know their stuff when it comes to RV's. I'm getting some work done. They charge 125 an hour. Friendly.

The staff is professional and helpful - Sharon was very pleasant on the phone. The service work was easy to book, explained to me ahead of time and done on time. This is my preferred dealership for sure.

We recently purchased a travel trailer from Mobilife and must say the service was excellent. Everyone in sales, Adam, Sherri and the whole service dept, Mike and Sharon, provided us with a full walk walkthrough to ensure we understood the workings of the rv. When connecting the electrical it was discovered the workmanship at the car dealer was below grade. Mobilife redid the connection on the spot for less than 1/2 what we paid the car dealership. They sent us on way confident with our pururchase. Thank you everyone at Mobilife.

We had a wonderful experience having our used RV looked over before our first trip. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and we appreciated all his practical advice. We love having access to such a well respected business in our own community.

I needed some extended warranty work done to my trailer and mobile life did the work quickly (within a couple hours). I would highly recommend them for work to be done to your trailer. We didn't purchase the trailer there but we will be using them for any future work.

On a recent trip to the southwest USA the hot water system in our 2001 Roadtrek failed. We called Mobilife service dept got help with the diagnosis and scheduled a service appointment on our return. Turns out we had a bigger problem as the sub-floor had rotted. This was not a problem for the folks at Mobilife. They determined the extent of the problem and devoted their full time attention and resources to fixing it. We are back on the road and I am confident our Roadtrek will continue to function for many years to come.
At Mobilife RV, their knowledge of the Roadtrek line of products, their access to parts, and their level of service is exceptional. We will continue to enlist their help as we move into our 20th year in the same Roadtrek.

I was in a jam and took my trailer out to Mobilife for a quick fix. They accommodated me at no charge. To me that is service and a good way to create a loyal customer. I have always had good service with them

Steffen at Mobilife is great! My boyfriend and I went in with an approximate idea of what we wanted in a travel trailer, and he showed us only trailers that met our criteria to a tee. We fell in love with a 2021 Dutchmen Astoria and he was able to give us an unbelievable deal on it. So happy with the service here, can't wait to pick up our trailer next week:)

I don't normally write reviews, however I feel this is important.my trailer was in for service from Sept 12 2022 to Sept 29 2022 and was broken into while on site. MobileLife did everything they could to make this right, and have since added additional cameras and lighting. Police department said there is a homeless camp living in the Bush behind Mobilife. I would not recommend leaving your trailer here overnight for service. If you have to I would leave it unlocked with no valuables inside. The rest of my experience at mobile RV was great!

Love this place, been coming here for years. The staff is nice to deal with and very knowledgeable. They have just about anything you need for your trailer/RV.

I have just purchased gasket for windows. I was going to phone, but from experience it took me numerous times to speak to someone. I recently bought gasket for windows, i paid for 18 feet and i only got 15 feet.so for anyone purchasing this kinda thing.check before parting with your money. At $8 per foot its not cheap!

My wife and I have just purchased a small travel trailer from the wonderful staff at Mobilife RV Centre Kitchener. The experience could not have been more positive. From the no pressure, professional demeanour of Adam in sales, to the unbelievable patience and knowledge of Mike in service, it was probably one of the best buying experiences of any major purchase we have made. Definitely a 5 star family business.

I’ve had nothing but great service from sales, financing, parts and service all have been awesome. When it’s time to upgrade my trailer I’m coming back, even if I move out of the region. Keep up the good work.

Great place if your shopping for a camping trailer. I tried another place before mobilife and walked away mad. Never a straight answer hidden fees a horrible payment plan but was never told the interest rate lengths of loan etc.
Went to Mobilife found an even better one with same features for 25,000 less. Didn't need to ask the price, everything was up front and was told not to really buy until you find a lot first. They weren't in it to make a buck, they wanted to make sure we were making the right choice at the right time.

Awesome experience. They know what to do and they do it right. Folks are helpful and knowledgeable.

We had water damage to the inside of the trailer, more than originally expected, and Mobilife staff did a great job fixing everything. Brad was very thorough, showing us all the existing water issues before starting work, and once started did a great job in a relatively short time. First off Id like to say WOW! Its hard to find honest and good working people these days especially in sales. BUT at Mobilife RV Centre that is NOT THE CASE! The folks there are awesome! My wife and I had been looking for a while and glad we came across them. Adam the sales manager was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable about the trailer we bought, and he went out of his way to make our buying experience as easy as it gets! Our walk through of the camper was above expectations. They went over everything and explained in FULL DETAIL! Also there service department was super nice in giving us a FULL demonstration. Overall a very pleasing experience and WILL DEFINITELY do business again in the future!

Last week, my husband and I went to Mobilife to look at tent trailers. Adam Weber dedicated a lot of time showing us the models, discussing the features and answering our many questions. He also volunteered a lot of additional information - things someone new to RVing may not think to ask. We were really impressed with his knowledge. This was in stark comparison to the experience we had with one of their competitors earlier in the day. In this day and age, good service is rare and refreshing. It was such a pleasant experience. Right from the beginning, as I was considering the purchase of a new Class C motorhome, I sensed a very professional yet friendly atmosphere at Mobilife RV centre.
All staff were helpful, knowledgeable and competent through the whole process starting with Adam in purchasing the unit; to the business and finance side with Sandi; and by the excellent teaching of Mike L in the service department. The three of them made the whole experience very smooth and pressure free.

I bought a tent trailer from Mobilife 20 years ago and was very happy with the staff and service. When it came time to buy a new trailer no other place compared to Mobilfe I can't say enough great things about Mobilife. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Just purchased our first trailer and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable. Steffen was our sales person and he was amazing and knew every inch of our trailer inside and out and was able to answer all of our questions. We feel confident in our first summer of trailer camping and highly recommend going to Mobilife if you are thinking of purchasing a trailer!

The support from the service staff at Mobilife RV after purchasing our trailer last fall has been fantastic. I have had two small issues that can happen to anyone, one was a fan control and the other was the battery not holding a charge. The service department resolved both issues under warranty with no problems. It is great to get this level of support.

Sandi at Mobile Life RV really went above and beyond when assisting me with some Service Ontario challenges. I was transferring an ownership when selling a preowned rv and Service Ontario insisted I required a dealer letter to complete the transfer verifying the VIN of the coach coincided with the VIN of the chassis. I went to Mobile Life expecting to be denied assistance because they were in no way involved in the transaction. What I experienced was the complete opposite. Sandi was very empathetic and willing to help. Mobile Life quickly resolved my challenges expecting nothing in return. This level of service is hard to find these days. I recommend everyone to deal with Mobile Life for their RV needs; I know I will!
