Mocan promised to build me a home but never delivered. I invested all of my money in them and they just took it, they don't care. I'm happy to be sharing this with everyone to let them know that Mocan won't keep their promises.

I got scammed. Our house was a total disaster and they said they would fix it, but the job was never completed and I lost all my money. I tried to contact them and they did not respond. Not to mention that the house is still in terrible condition.

I had been seeing ads for mocan on my social media and I was impressed with how they were building these beautiful homes. So, I invested some money to build a home in Orleans. WORST DECISION EVER. This company is a complete scam. They took my initial deposit and never build anything. Always full of excuses. Terrible service and company! Buyer Beware!
