I was referred to Marisa by a friend, although it is a bit of a drive, it was well worth it. Marisa was fantastic, she explained everything in detail and you felt very comfortable there. The staff was amazing!

My first eye exam since I was a teen! Dr. Marchionda was amazing and walked me through everything she was doing and had time to explain everything to me. Didn't feel rushed at all. Incredible customer service and beautiful office environment. So happy to have found Marissa!

My son needed glasses and the ladies were so nice in helping him chose the right ones. They explained everything they were doing while making my son feel comfortable during his eye exam today.

I have been going to Moda Optometry to see Marisa for years. Each time is an absolutely wonderful experience! Marisa explains everything in such a clear and direct way while making sure you receive the best service possible. The appointments are always timely, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The shop has a vast variety of products to choose from if you're looking for glasses or sunglasses. Overall, it is 5 stars across the board, in all regards.

Dr. Marchionda or Dr. M as my daughter refers to her is amazing and so is her team! They always look after us even when we have odd questions or when I thought I lost a contact in my eye, she's always patient and willing to help. They also have an awesome selection of frames but its not overwhelming that you don't know where to start. Highly recommend Moda Optometry and the entire team there! This was my first time attending this Optometrist. We were screened for covid immediately. No one else was in the business except for us and workers. All of them wearing surgical masks. Very perfesiononal.
Dr Marchionda was great very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Also answered all my questions. The selection of eye wear is awsome! Designer names glasses at very affordable prices. All types. I definitely recommend going.

We don’t typically write reviews but Moda Optometry deserve some attention and recognition. Their frame and lenses selection is great. My wife and I acquired two pair of glasses each and found exactly what we were looking for. The attention to details and expertise offered by Dr. Marisa was second to none as well as the service provided by her support team to ensure proper fit and functionality. We were taken care by Jamie and Roxanne who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

Moda Optometry you are a gem and we are so lucky to have you in our community. For those outside of the Niagara area in need of great and honest vision care Moda is worth the drive I can assure you.

Dr Marchionda is so knowledgeable and kind. She takes time to explain everything in detail and doesn't make you feel rushed when you have questions/concerns. Her staff are just as wonderful, and extremely helpful. I had an appointment this evening and didn't feel pressured into buying the most expensive frames (like I have at other optometrist offices). The ladies gave me feedback on certain frame shapes and colors that suited my face shape and skin tone. They also asked about my insurance coverage and were very transparent of what the frames with lenses in would cost. I found new frames I'm SO in love with. Highly recommend Moda Optometry!

The after care is an important part of the business. All the staff want the customer to have the glasses that will meet their needs. I have progressive lenses and find it difficult to position the distance and other divisions correctly. Moda offers an exchange policy that will make my new glasses work as they are intended. The staff will work with me until WE get it right!

The business has been very busy the last two times I have been shopping. To me, this indicates the word is out about the quality of care and service Moda offers.

Dr. Marchionda is a fantastic optometrist! I went to see her for a second opinion and I will never see another optometrist again. She is knowledgeable, thorough and explains exactly what is going on.

The opticians are helpful and knowledgeable. If you want a particular frame, they can find it for you. The best part of this is that there is no pressure on you. They realize that a good shopping experience is important and that even though you may not be a customer on that day, doesn't mean you won't return to become a paying customer a few months or a couple of years down the road.

I highly recommend this for good value and great service. Not to mention Dr. Marchionda is one of the best in this profession and truly cares about her patients. Would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Used to go to a large chain optometrist for years, it was always very impersonal and a quick in and out. My experience at Moda was a complete 180 from what I was used to. Friendly, not pushy or trying to rush me out and super informative. I will NEVER trust anyone else with my sight. Better than 5 stars.

Great staff, my husband went in to get his eyesight checked and picked out a perfect pair of glasses, the doctor even helped him pick!

Hands down the best of the best. The Professionalism, the service, the dedication to customer satisfaction. EXCEPTIONAL!
