Modern Nails Salon

Didn't use acetone to remove my nails. Charged me $10 for removal when they could have just said they don't do that. When my nail beds was exposed, used unclean and non-sterile equipment. Like, just use acetone what the heck

Excellent service. I have been to many nails salon but none can compare to the service or quality. They make sure you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Modern Nails

The staff doesn’t listen to the customer need. I got my pedicure from this place, normally a pedicure takes 30-45 minutes but they just wrapped up in 20 minutes, on top when I asked the lady the nail paint isn’t right, she didn’t listen. I will definitely not recommend this place at all.
They should understand that every customer is important specifically the first timers.

Please do not go here unless you want to take the chance of getting an infection. They used the most disgusting looking nail file i have ever seen. It was used and had stains on it, and not to mention it didn’t look like they cleaned any of the other tools either.

I am not sure if all the woman were using dirty nail files as i was not beside others but mine was so i wouldn’t put it passed them all to be using dirty ones.

A new nail file should be opened for EACH client. So gross.

If i were you, i wouldn’t risk it.

Hanna, Sally and all the girls do a great job on my hands and feet.their prices are the best in town and their quality work lasts for weeks at times (for me). They are always busy, which speaks on their dedication and customer retention. Also love to sing to their playlists while getting pampered: P

Honestly, WORST EXPERIENCE ever had in getting my nails done. I visited this place today, first of all they dont understand what you try to make them understand. Since the time I stepped in the salon the lady was very rude with me. I told her I wasn’t really sure which color I wanted she literally gave me no time to decide on my own and kept yelling at me saying I am confused. The nails are also not in proper shape this time. WORST NAIL ARTIST I would say. Then after I decided a color but it didnt turn out the way I wanted. So I asked hee to change it instead of being patient she started talking in her own language and started being loud. I got my nails done but honestly I hate the color and the way she handled me today.

PLEASW HELP YOURSELF BY NOT VISITING THIS PLACE AND WASTING MONEY IN THE QUEST OF SAVING FEW BUCKS. Go a proper professional salon where they understand what you are asking for.

Great bio gel manicures. This is my go to place. Pedicures are hit and miss depending on who does them. I think I will just do polish change there and clean my own toes, I am a little more thorough for what the cost is

This salon is under new management, and it definitely shows! All of the staff there is absolutely so friendly. I highly reccomend this salon to anyone and everyone. They truly care about the customer. They always have a smile on their face when someone walks in. They always accommodate me.

They are nice ladies and do great work. I unfortunately changed salons only because I seemed to always be waiting 10 or more minutes past my appointment time (which sometimes doesn’t work for a busy schedule)

My husband and I went to have pedicure and manicure. Everybody there was super attentive and efficient. We are pleased with the results.

I never had any complaints with them ever. Been going to them for 2 years. But had a horrible recent experience. I callee them to book an appointment for eyebrows waxing and to remove my nails. I asked for 5: 30 pm they told me to come at 7. I was there by 6: 56-6: 57. Bit of a wait time, but not a big deal. They removed my nails, by the time that was done it was close to 8, they closed at 7: 30 (i get that) but they told me they can’t wax my eyebrows because someone else is there and they are closed and told me to come back tomorrow. I didn’t say anything. Paid and left but very disappointed! I didn’t drove 25 mins just for my nails to be removed. POOR TIME MANAGEMENT. If you are asking people to come at 7 then make sure you provide all the services they asked for at the time of booking the appointment

I went to this nail salon a few days ago and let me tell you I was in shock. There are piles of clutter behind the desks where they sit. It's all over the floor and a huge mess. I didn't see anyone sanitize the tools after each use which can be a huge cause of infection. It's extremely messy and unprofessional. She did an ok job on my nails except for the fact that I asked for coffin shape and they look like rectangles. I had high hopes for this place as I haven't got my nails done for a long time. She did a great job on my eyebrows however is not be back there until the can step up their cleanliness game.

My sister went to this salon to get her nails done for our family vacation and in less than 24 hours three of them lifted and fell off. She returned to the salon to have them repaired, however, was blamed for the nails falling off due to her being too “aggressive”. She was told she would need to repay the full amount to have her nails redone which is absolutely ridiculous. She asked for the remaining nails to be taken off so she could take her business elsewhere. Upon doing so, the other salon she visited assured my sister that this incident was not her fault as the technician at Modern Nails made an error during the application process. I am writing this review because my sister came home crying because of the service she received at Modern Nails. I can confidently say she will no longer be visiting Modern Nails for future service of any kind as well as referring all of our friends to other locations not associated with this business. What an unfortunate start to our long awaited vacation. SO BAD!

Cheap nails but not worth it! Very unprofessional. My nails were all cut uneven, my friends were done uneven so bad that they actually took the whole acrylic nail off twice before she said it’s fine just leave it. Nail polish looked like it was done by a child, not to mention there is barley any variety in colour. Either of the 2 staff members could do designs or anything besides regular plain colour. And my nails peeled off all 10 of them within a week! Never again save your money and go elsewhere!
