Modo Yoga Hamilton - Dundas

Been with studio for over a year now and have had a great experience. Wonderful staff, instructors, and environment. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to start practicing yoga!

This studio is so well run and I really enjoy the variety of classes they offer. The space and amenities are very clean and well kept, and I have noticed a huge difference in the way I feel after taking classes here. Worth every penny! Thank you Modo Yoga:)

Amazing yoga studio- both Dundas and Stoney creek. I like that there is a great variety of teachers because each class is different. Also, love that they have many different types of classes and time slots. I do wish the class sizes were a little smaller as it is too packed to enjoy the class at times.

I love Modo yoga. It's such a peaceful experience. I leave feeling calm and renewed every time.

I rediscovered Moda Yoga Dundas Studio after a long absence and forgot how much I missed it. The studio is welcoming, instructors are excellent and even though Moda follows the same yoga pose format, the classes and teaching styles are different enough that it remains engaging.

I am very impressed with the yoga instructors and the cleanliness. My friend and I have enjoyed the classes, although she is only able to attend 7: 30 or later classes because of her work schedule. Would be nice if flow and weights were offered twice a week at later time. Love this studio! Highly recommend!

Moved to dundas in September. Found this studio in October/November. Committed to a 12-month membership in December. It’s everything you need. Clean, challenging, hot, addictive. Big shout out to Michael and Caleb. They are amazing guides!

There are plenty of classes to choose from and each of the instructors are different. Krista is great and every one of her classes feel unique! I love how the Instructors don’t push you into getting into a pose or holding a long time, really stressing on the importance of listening to your body!

Very relaxing atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff. Studio is always clean. Owners and staff do a really great job of fostering community at the Studio with fun events each month.

Modo Yoga Dundas has wonderful instructors and a great culture. The room is large and even when full it feels spacious. It feels really good to be back in hot yoga spaces again and this studio has great energy.

I love this studio. The facilities are beautiful and clean. The instructors are lovely and always available to answer questions or concerns. They have a wonderful variety of classes and, late evening classes allow me to practise after a long day at work.

Great studio, friendly and welcoming. Big practice space and well heated. My only recommendation is to start offering props (it's a lot to lug around otherwise) and hands-on adjustments like other studios have.

I love this place! The people are all very friendly and welcoming. I have attended other studios that seemed very cliques with instagram-type yogis. There is no judgemebt or expectations here. People of all shapes, sizes, ages, genders and nationalities. The studio is always clean and the hotroom is large and toasty. I definitely recommend!

I love the classes at both Modo studios and go wherever there’s a class that suits my timing. The people at the studios are friendly and the classes are always enjoyable. The heat and low light in the studios is perfect for practice and the music is unobtrusive. Modo is far and away the nicest studio I’ve been to. Thanks to everyone for restoring my equanimity at least once a week!
