Moga's Pizza

I've been familiar with Moga's Pizza since high school, but lately, I've noticed a decline in its quality. Unfortunately, after ordering their pizza on Christmas, I ended up with food poisoning. It's disappointing, and I won't be dining there again. Considering reporting to food inspection.

This place is great. Pizza comes fast and hot. Desi style pizza full of ingredients and flavour. Better than all chain restaurants no question.

I ordered pizza for pick up before closing and when I got home the toppings had moved to one side of the box and all the toppings were falling off when trying to eat it. They also forgot to give us extra dipping sauces that we paid for. We weren’t able to call for another pizza as it was closed so we went the following day to order another pizza and explained what happened last night with pictures. The workers were very rude and were not willing to listen. They were also laughing which made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. I’m very unhappy with this service as I am a regular customer and will not be ordering from there again.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and the dough was dry. I don’t think it was cooked properly because it took ages to chew. Don’t go here.

I have order butter chicken pizza it’s not bake properly the base was so thick very to chew. Just waist my money and time

Went there to order a pizza for pickup and by the time we finalized our order and were about to pay, I apologized and asked the lazy Indian lady with glasses if she could add a pop drink and she raised her eyes at me in such a weird manner. No doubt, their pizza is the best in our area but I am very disappointed from the customer service that lady offered. Will never visit again! (Adding receipt in case if the owner cares to see it)

Normally, i used to like their medium tandoori pizza. But this time when i went it wasnt quite like the last time. I could see that there are some changes in staff. Pizza had a little thicker base than usual and overall felt a little blunt. The worst part is, it was very spicy. I asked him to make it spicy but it should never have been this spicy. I had to literally remove green chillies from pizza before eating. Lol.

Good pizza horrible customer service, Chinese girl working in there is very rude as if sombody has her leg chained up to the pizza oven forcing her to make free pizza for everyone who comes through those doors. I do not recommend anyone buy pizza from this place as long as she's still working there.

Girls working this shift were so rude and with no idea of what a customer service is. Pizza they made was also not as per the expectation. Just wasted the money and time.

The girls work on the reception doesn’t have way manner how to talk with the customer she is very rude and this is the third time I have Oder my pizza and again she react same. Please make sure to tell her some manner how to talk with customer please it a request.

Nice pizza but zero customer service. Rolling eyes and giving looks for asking twice. Dude we are paying for food it's not like you are giving it for free.

Worst service ever, there was hair in the pizza and the girl was like it happens in everywhere and can happen in any store, instead of apologizing was being rude. Next when she gave another pizza it was missing the toppings which were asked.
Will never order again.

I saw that they're on Ubereats now and ordered a Pizza. It came quick and tasted good like always. I love the Garlic and Ranch dips they sell here. Overall it was a very good experience.

The dip was way past its expiration date. It was absolutely disgusting and made me throw up. When I called them they said someone named Didi tasted it and said it was fine. Apparently they love expired dips.

This is a very nice place for Pizza at good price. Shahi Paneer& Chicken tandoori Pizza are nice.

This is located at Gore Road in plaza near Walmart. You can eat inside.you can order thru Uber eats, skip the dishes or take out.

Decent prices, the green pepper was diced not long columns, most come with dipping sauce, fast custom order, got paper plates with no hassle.

Lady at counter was very impatient as had attitude. Pizza was just okay.was dry, not cheesy enough, and the oregano almost made us choke! It is huge chunks. Unfortunately disappointed. We came here to compare to ginos pizza in the same plaza, & ginos is by far the best one.so much better than here.

The worst customer service ever I had. The lady standing there, wearing glasses and cap, she is extremely rude and behave as if she owns the store. I like there pizza but because of bad customer service I don't like to order from there anymore.

Found a short black hair on my pizza today. Mogas was my fav. Now. Im so disgusted. How is there a hair on my pizza. Never ever get my money again. Wow. Disgusting

I've ordered from this location in the past and was pretty good. This time my pizza came with a thick glaze of oil and yellowish grease as seen in the picture. Was not appealing nor apettizing at all, no where near quality.

Pizza is delicious and I love that they have fresh garlic! Prices are also very fair. Must say the staff should smile more. It just seems so gloomy

It was ok. Didn't have to wait long for my order. The workers were courteous. The place was also clean.

Since 2005, we like Moga pizza. Some members of my family live in Ottawa and they always stop at Moga pizza at Malton to order and eat the pizza. I moved to Brampton and still if have a choice I come to Moga pizza at Malton. Today my family members were going back to Ottawa. I bought three medium size pizza for them to take with and share other family members in Ottawa. Wow. Keep it up moga pizza management for such a good, tasty food. Bravo!

No doubt they have good pizza but they dont have good customer service at all. They should be polite to the customers.

I had previously given them a 5 star rating. Their pizza is good, and their service is usually quick and friendly. I've never complained about their pizza or service in the past but the last driver that delivered to us, wasn't very pleasant.

Called this place at 10: 30pm for delivery and was rudely told no delivery and hung up. Called again and asked for a manager they hung up again. So we drove to the location and asked to speak with the manager. Namdeep barar was apparently the ladies name that said she was the supervisor and said they don’t have any pizza to make anymore or didn’t even do pick up. If she gave us the wrong name then she was wearing glasses was from India on a little heavier side. Don’t think we will ever buy here again.

I order food from this place quite often maybe it was due to the fact it was a long weekend but damn the onion rings were disgusting it was like eating old bread dipped in flour and put into the frying pan but when it came out it stayed frozen from the freezer because they forgot to fry it

The pizza and service here used to be great. Neither is great now. It seems to have changed ownership a couple times.

The guy on phone was sounds so different and I wasn’t able to understand what he was saying.
He was so rude and the way he was talking it’s so disappointing.
I disconnect the call in bw that I don’t want your pizza.

At the other end of the plaza in another pizza shop it's $5.50

Just an ordinary place, with some indian style pizzas. Service is good, their crust is crispy, I personally don't like it, but preparation is good.

Good pizza in Malton area. Service is good. They can definitely improve the pizza sauce. Overall good experience.

Great chicken wings the pizza is not bad just tell them to make it well done.
They need to add blue cheese for dipping sauce.
