MOLD REMOVAL-WATER DAMAGE-FIRE by Caspi Service Group

We called caspi in for a flood, they took responsibility of post flood renovations who they are now claiming are third party, nonetheless, they were hired by Caspi and our insurance paid Caspi for the work. The workmanship is terrible. I have explained this many times and given many opportunities for them to return and fix the damages and was met with promises to repair areas not covered by insurance as an “act of good faith. ” However, I was THREATENED by the owner that if I didn’t accept the work, they would file complaints about my dog breeds. Do not hire Caspi, they destroyed our beautiful baseboards, purchased cheap materials, we have gaps between the flooring, they broke and then glued back together material, and left very poor work behind. They made promises they never intended on keeping and everyone that comes into my house points out how awful the work is. We haven’t even used the basement since they’ve been in, over a year ago. It’s sitting there empty because we are afraid to be blamed AGAIN by Caspi for their destruction. Do not hire them.

When our house sale was held up because of a leak I reached out to CASPI for help. They were able to send someone out on short notice to take a look.
Nik, their representative, was the absolute pinnacle of professionalism. Despite it being later in the day and well out of the way from their normal service area, he went the extra mile to pinpoint the source of our leak. Obviously everyone feared a massive issue which could be in the tens of thousands to repair, but Nik was able to trace the water flow back to a small hole in our vapour-barrier, resulting in a quote to repair which was less than 10% what our lawyers were estimating would be needed as a hold back from sale proceeds.

If I ever (God forbid) am in need of restoration services again, CASPI will be the very first number I call.

I had great results from this company, they do incredible jobs with restoration and it’s relatively affordable. They also helped me greatly with dealing through my insurance companies with payment. I recommend this service to others that are in need of fast operating talented working hands.
