It’s a small takeout and sit down Italian eatery with the best pizza and pasta. Their frozen foods and other grocery items are amazing.

Great food ready for dine in or take out. Very convenient. Penne in their rose sauce is a personal favorite.

Great Italian food. I usually get a chicken sandwich or the pizza slices. I have never been disappointed. For the pizza, the crust was really good. They also sell pantry items like home made meat sauce in bottles. I bought one and had it with meat balls. It was very tasty.

Don't hesitate to visit Molisana bakery for a great lunch!

I love their food. The chicken dinner with potatoes, penne, peppers, mushrooms & onions & of course extra sauce is excellent.

This location is perfect for warming up during winter time. It is spacious with many tables for customers to have a cup of coffee or tea. I wouldn't say their coffee is top notch but during winter time it is a perfect space to warm up. In the same plaza there are two daycares, so if your little ones are just starting and getting used to it (lots of crying, lots of emotions) this restaurant/store is nice to wait there for an hour or so before picking up your cuties.

Beside coffee and tea, they sell lots of pasta, coffee, sweets, sausages and they cook pizza! (haven't tried it yet). And lastly their bread is really yummy! Recommended place to visit.

Lunch at least once a month and Always a great Friday night take home dinner to warm up. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are fabulous and friendly.

I love all the food Molisana Bakery makes. I very often go there for lunch. At times I add some of their food to my home party table. They do a good job every time. They are pretty friendly and accommodating too.

Went in on a Saturday for my lunch break. I work in the plaza, at 3: 45pm didn’t realize they closed at 4: 00pm. Asked for one pizza slice and the owner offered me 6 slices for $8. I just needed a slice. Waited 7 minutes and had to ask one of the 6 staff to get my slice out of the oven. They all looked like I annoyed them. Was charged $4.80 for one burnt slice. Just any fyi customer service should be right up til close. Then then turned around and gave food out after I paid.

Food is incredible.both hot counter and take home frozen offerings.you won't be disappointed.don't miss it

Used to be great for chicken ceasar salad lunch. Last 2 times we got these salads. Dressing seems to be watered down a lot. It used to be very creamy. Chicken is ok.
Must say that this salad is not cheap at almost $15 pp.
Been going to molisana for some time now but these are the changes that we kinda don't like unfortunately.

I remember eating their pizza in Toronto on Coxwell. When they moved up to Newmarket it only got better. The best pizza & pasta. U have to try the lasagna!

Best espresso I've had this side of the ocean. People are great, food is awesome. Great energy walking in during the day. I'll be back again and again for the espresso and great service.

We have been going here for years because Newmarket doesn't offer too many lunch places of the Italian variety. Food is the only positive thing about this establishment however the prices are high. It's pretty standard food and nothing special. Staff is consistently unfriendly and rude. Always an uncomfortable experience. Hints of racism are always present when they serve us. Always friendly to the white people before or after us. Place is alright in terms of decor and seating.

Never have I seen such horrible and unhygienic customer service. The staff consists of teenage girls who spent their time chatting and making out with their boyfriends instead of assisting customers. Worse yet, management didn't seem to care since they spent most of their time in the back instead of overseeing staff or reinforcing proper food-handling methods. (One particular employee was continuously wiped her nose with her bare hands, handled money and then proceeded to serve food without washing her hands first. And if that wasn't bad enough, she then leaned up against the hot table and began to play with her long hair directly over the food trays! Don't be be surprised if you find a long strand or two or three in your lasagna. Baaaaarf! - Absolutely disgusting!) It wasn't hard to observe all these things going on around me when you're forced to stand there waiting over 30 min just to have them slice 100g of salami! This, by far, was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. If I could rate this bakery zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible!

The staff was rude, and the food was mediocre. If you want friendly staff, and amazingly authentic Italian food, it's worth the drive to Cappuccino's in Nobleton.

Came from out of town and was told to try this place out! It was sooooo good such a big sandwich, went and ate on the water after that great place great location

1st visit - very attentive guy, think he is the owner served us. Tried the panzerotti, he heated to the right temperature, was very tasty and meatballs pasta was above average good.
2nd visit - decided to go for another panzerotti, one the young ladies did a half job heating wasn’t good as the first one. Meat ball sandwich was not heated all, it tasted below average as the cheese wasn’t melted much.

Taste is quite okay. Service can be improved.

Quick and fresh got table with lots of food to choose from. Not much dessert but lots of everything else. A must try

I've been going to Molisana Bakery since the early 2000's. Their hot table is amazing, great products to take home and cook/bake yourself and the staff are great people. 5/5 stars every single time I've been, which is well over 100 visits by now! Strongly recommend!

Looks great and is clean and very great tasting food. Love the fact I can stop in and grab hot fresh dinner when I just don't feel like cooking and it is fairly priced and large portions.

Molisana Bakery is an absolutely great family run place to stop by and grab some hot food or unique small grocery items. Their pizza dough is absolutely delicious and always worth the trip or stop on the way home to grab a slice. I always tell my friends about this place when they're visiting Newmarket!

Arguably the best Italian eatery in Newmarket and surrounding area. They also carry their own line of homemade tomato sauces and prepared foods to take home. The frozen lasagna is awesome. 45 minutes in the oven and you got dinner. They cater for your home or business events. This is my go-to spot for lunch. Fresh food and fresh ingredients. And yes, owners are Italian and so is the chef.

Have been coming here for many many years! Everything on the menu is amazing. I tried their catering for the 1st time a few years ago, & I was very pleased. Food arrived hot, on time & absolutely delicious! A true gem in Newmarket!

Let me tell you something about this place. Me and my best friends came here for lunch anytime we could growing up.and even though I don't live in Newmarket anymore. I'll drop by.just for this place. Great service, delicious food and wholesome environment. I cherish this place, wish I could come more often.

Veal on a bun was as good as it gets! Two huge slices of melt-in-your-mouth lightly and perfectly breaded, all loaded with cheese and peppers and onions and mushrooms.seasoned with a delicious homemade tomato sauce. It was HUGE.

I went there for a penzorato they charge 9$ dollers (it was cheaper before). I bought it anyways.food wasnt bad but too expansive

Incredible food and lovely service! Enjoyed the sandwich, pizza, sausage and cappuccino. Their sausage was extremely tasty, and we were impressed by the portion size and taste of the prosciutto sandwich. Thanks guys! We will be back!

This spot knows how to take care of their clients. Constantly with a very welcoming mindset. The food is fairly priced, always fresh and neat.

I was recommended this place for dinner when u was working in Newmarket. I got the chicken Greek salad and a side of potatoes. Salad was HUGE. All fresh and homemade down to the dressing. Will definitely be back when in town

Always friendly service. Great tasting foods. Bonus you can buy Prepared foods, Lasagna, Pizzas, deli, breads & sauces, etc. Hot or cold. My favorite is the Veal parmesan. My #1 Italian go to Place. We either eat in, or do takeout. Clean & beautiful atmosphere to enjoy sitting in. Even now during this Covid19, going to pickup takeout. Please Help Support our Local Businesses. Drove quite ways to find out they were closed! Checked their website and the answering machine! They didn't bother updating their new hours of operation which is totally disrespectful!

I come here multiple times a week the owner and workers know my face but i am disgusted at how I see this one blonde lady treat customers today I seen this well mannered guy who appeared to be homeless he walked in and walked back out I had not gotten out of the car yet so I got out and said excuse me sir can I buy you a slice of pizza? He said all he wanted was a coffee but they couldn’t give him one, I tried to give him $5 and he would not except he wanted me to buy the coffee and keep the change $1.15? And you couldn’t give this man a coffee? You can’t take it out of the tip jar? And everyone else just watched, I don’t know if I can support this business anymore.

The meatball subs are delicious, the portion is huge. I also like that it is 100% beef. I tried the take home frozen lasagna, I wasn't a huge fan, I found it to be too cheesy. I am looking forward to trying other menu options.

As an Italian living in east Gwillimbury, it makes me happy to know there is a place near me that serves great Italian food and makes great bread.

Best italian food around. Pizzas, pastas, salads, sandwiches, pizza dough and the best homemade take home lasagna trays ever. Very friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere.

Veal sandwich and Coke came to $13. The sandwich had good flavour, but not much meat. Not worth thr price.

Great spot to grab lunch! Consistently great food every time! My favourite is the cheese ravioli! I also buy the packages to cook it at home! Greek Salad is great too!

One of best places in Newmarket to eat. Gotta get the chicken on a bun and the pizza is amazing!
