Went here for a consult for cosmetic work. Felt like my concerns weren’t being heard, no regard to how I felt at all by the dr may herself. Refused to do the work because she “wouldn’t like the result” (doesn’t matter what I think when I’m the only living with the result). Wouldn’t actually listen to what I wanted at all, only wanted to tell me how I was wrong. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Because of dr may, I felt worse leaving than I did coming in. Would not recommend.

I am a client with Molson Park Dental for both implants and regular dental work. Right from the beginning I have felt very comfortable there. They have friendly, courteous, accommodating and conscientious staff, dental hygienists & dentists. Dr May does excellent dental restorative work with very caring & attentive followup. Dr Chapnick specializes in implants, something I also needed to have done. His protocol is excellent, he explains everything clearly, and his implant work itself is great. A+ all around for this dental office.

Have been here twice for both my daughters tongue and lip tie revisions. The whole process was quick and comfortable, they didn’t even take the babies out of the car seat! Dr Chapnick was just incredible, taking the time to make us feel as comfortable as possible and providing us with the appropriate aftercare. We loved him so much that we came back with our second.

I’ve struggled to find a dentist in Barrie that I feel comfortable with and I finally found Dr May! I had crowns on my 2 front teeth that were very discoloured and needed to be replaced and every dentist I went to was either hesitant to replace them or was judgemental and didn’t explain my options. Dr. May and the staff at Molson Park dental not only are the kindest humans you will meet but they explained all my options, and were extremely transparent with me. Dr. May was truly dedicated to my care and was available any time if I had a question or concern! Coriane who completed my cleaning while my temporary crowns were on was so helpful during the after care process and so knowledgeable! Andrea the dental assistant was so thoughtful and it felt like talking to a friend! I’m so happy with my new teeth and will recommend anyone to Molson park dental! My only feedback would be to update the website since Dr. May and her husband took over the practice, there are other staff I want to give a shout out to but couldn’t find them on the website!

Dr. Chapnick was very straightforward, careful to give me all the options, and was clear and patient when discussing pros and cons. I felt I was in the hands of an expert. I work in the dental field but wanted to get work done with a cosmetic dentist as previous dentists I worked for didn't do a great job on my front teeth. Dr. Chapnick was amazing - he gave me a variety of options from most ideal to least ideal and worked with whatever I wanted. He was also very friendly and warm (I was nervous). He did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what I hoped for. Staff is also amazing! 10/10 recommend.
