Dr. Robert Girdler is a nice chiropractor, very kind and professional specialist. I also want to outline receptionist, she is very kind and nice to talk to.

Riccardo is top notch. His level of knowledge is incredible. He is kind, patient and truly cares. He holds you accountable and doesn’t just offer the easiest solution. Would absolutely recommend him. Also his front desk administrator Georgie is lovely, efficient and helpful. Hands down best physiotherapy experience.

I’ve had such a wonderful, professional experience at Momentum Therapy. I recently moved to the area and struggled to find a clinic that understands my needs and goals. Rob is super in every way. He is an extremely capable chiropractor. He has a special touch when it comes to the more complex soft tissue issues. He is also an excellent listener and always makes appointments fun! The team at Momentum work together in pursuit of optimum outcomes. Wow! I had my 1st massage from Richard Xu today and I'm so impressed. I felt as though he really tuned in to my body and had a feel for what degree of stretch or pressure would work well.
He's really nice, with gentle demeanor, and very responsive to feedback (eg if I wanted more pressure).
He seemed happy to either leave me in peaceful silence, or chat and answer questions if I wanted to talk.
It might seem weird to say this about a stranger, but I felt like he put a lot of love into the massage and it felt healing.

I’ve been going here for a few years now. I have bad neck and back pain resulting in migraines and Melissa has done an amazing job helping me through this. She is an expert at deep tissue massage and cupping which really helps me. I go every month and have noticed a huge difference. I highly recommend Melissa and Momentum Therapy!

Highly recommend Riccardo and Momentum Therapy. Riccardo did a thorough evaluation of my back pain and symptoms and recommended a few stretches and minor changes to my daily routine and within a couple of weeks I was much better. I wish I went to see him earlier rather than suffer through the months of discomfort. If you have back pain - go see them!

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my right hip 7 years ago. Many people I know end up with hip replacements within 3 or 4 years of diagnosis. By attending regular physiotherapy appointments with Riccardo, and following his extensive exercise routine, I have maintained a good degree of mobility in my hip and fortunately do not anticipate a hip replacement in my near future! Riccardo does a great job of helping to slow the progression of my chronic condition.

I had the opportunity to see Riccardo when I suffered a stage 2 tear in my calf muscle playing squash. Meeting Ric, was the sole reason for my recovery. His timing of when to press the envelope and push harder, but knowing when to back off back off was instrumental in my quick recovery. He is professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. I again used Ric when I ruptured a disc in my neck and suffered nerve damage in my arm/hand. I was physically and emotionally stressed from the injury as it was life altering. I was considering neck fusion surgery to rectify the injury. Ric's guidance, words of encouragement, and patience working with me through my recovery has meant I am committed to my recovery without surgery.

Riccardo is personable, well educated and the concern for his patient's wellbeing is obvious.
If a problem is a bit more complicated Riccardo will do everything he can to help resolve the issue or suggest alternatives that may help.

I have been a client of Haley's for years and followed Riccardo to his new practice at Momentum. Riccardo can handle the most complex of injuries and takes more time (than other practitioners I have seen) to understand your injury/situation before starting to treat it. His treatment takes in to account not only the injury, but your lifestyle as well and addresses both recovery and future prevention. And, his explanations are so thorough, I've never left his office with questions.

Henry is an awesome physiotherapist! He diagnoses, listens and comes up with a great plan. Subsequent visits are well planned to maximize treatment. Excellent homework in the form of various exercises to help take care of the issues. I will definitely be seeing Henry for any issues I encounter in the future.

I loved having my massage, physiotherapy and chiropractic care done here up until my last appointment and had a very negative experience. Unfortunately, I cant go back after it.

Alex Gurba is my physiotherapist. He is very professional and extremely thorough as he explains everything along the way.

I had some muscular soreness due to physical activity and sports. He accurately diagnosed the issue, relieved the pain and gave preventative stretching exercises.

Over the weeks following, the pain subsided and my flexibility increased. Sessions have focus as well as information to assist in knowledge about physical well being.

I highly recommend Alex for anyone who has physical pain or soreness. He is an outstanding physio!
