I've gotten lip filler with Thao at Monaco Spa a couple times and I've loved the results each time! Thao is super friendly and does an amazing job at helping you achieve your specific lip goals. The spa is super cute and clean and the other staff that I've interacted with have all been very friendly. I would 100% recommend Monaco to anyone interested in their procedures

I get my treatment done with nurse Zee she the best so gentle with the needles the way she does her job soo natural and beautiful I get sooo much compliments abut my lips the way they look how natural it look all recommend her to alll the ladies if you really wanna look like a doll go see Zee at the Burlington location

She answered my many questions so politely and honestly, listened to my goals on what look I wanted to achieve and made great recommendations. Got my injections done here from Jen! The entire process was welcoming, comfortable and accommodating. Jen was teaching the new nurses Miley and Megan during my appointment. Although the nurses are new to Monaco they are very professional and knowledgable. The way Jen spoke to them teaching them every step and quizzing their knowledge was so nice to see. Jen genuinely cares about the work she is doing and cares about the client. When Megan and Miley injected me I was comfortable and really trusted their work. Megan was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. All the nurses are knowledgeable they answered all my questions and reassured me of the treatment/the outcome/the possible side effects. Megan gave me numbing cream and an ice pack prior to the treatment making me feel extra comfortable. I would never have known Megan or Miley were new to Monaco without being told. I’ll definitely be booking with these girls again! Originally I was going to have more units then what Jen did but we decided to use less to achieve the look I was going for. These nurses care about the customer and put the customer first. I'm so happy with my injections! I’ll definitely return here for everything/anything else I need or want done:)

Harzen Is by far the best nurse/injector. With her I felt confident with the whole process from what I needed to knowing my style and what kind of look I was going for as not everyone has or wants the same look.
I always seen monico on Instagram and felt a little intimated that everyone was so beautiful and I would feel out of place there. But from the minute I walked in Harzen was professional, friendly and made me feel just as beautiful. This is the place and women to ask for!

My absolute favourite place. Harzin is incredible, knowledgeable, and an expert in her field. She’s also the sweetest nurse you could ever meet. I always feel comfortable and well cared for, never feel like I’m being over-filled or “up-sold”. I highly recommend!

I had always had fillers for around my mouth and chin arear, as I tend to be a little hollow in this area. My previous clinic moved and too far for me to travel so I thought I would try Monaco. Staff was very friendly, however after spending $2500 I did not notice any difference at all. When I called I was informed that my injection nurse was no longer with them. $2500 is a lot of money to have no success.

I recieved a service from Thao and she was so amazing with me! She listened to all my needs and my lips turned out just how I imagined. Will definitely be returning.

The service and kindness is unmatched. Nurse Harzin was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had to bring my 8 month old baby in with me and he had a meltdown. I was embarrassed but she was so understanding and even rocked him back and forth to calm him down when I was unable to.

This is my second visit MONACO spa in Burlington location and both times I met with nurse Thao. She is very kind and gentle. She is always a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable in her work. Nurse Thao is absolutely amazing. I seen her for the first time in April 2021 and she did exactly what I wanted. After a few weeks, I still wanted a little bit more of a plump look, and went back to see her and she again exceeded my expectations. She’s very personable, friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I would recommend her and Monaco to many of my friends and family.

Came to Monaco for my first time today for my lip filler appointment with nurse Harzin and I honestly have to say she made me feel like I’ve been coming here for years lol! She was soo nice and answered any questions I would’ve asked before I even had to ask about them! Very informative about expected results and very thorough with figuring out your goal lip results! Cannot wait until my next appointment, we decided on a full syringe over two appointments to achieve my end goal ️️

Monaco it’s self is an adorable little building filled with friendly staff and beautiful decor! Highly recommend

Ive been going to Zee for a couple months now and I have no regrets whatsoever. She is the sweetest little angel! If you’re nervous to get anything done she is happy to answer your questions and makes you feel comfortable and calm (considering your most likely getting needles in your face lol) You can tell she loves what she does and makes you feel so confident! I went to the Burlington location for lip fillers with Thao. The spa itself is beautiful and Thao was professional and was very knowledgeable in the consultation. She recommended how much filler to receive and inquired as to any specific look I was wanting for the shape, etc. The numbing cream used completely froze the area and the procedure was painless. She did an amazing job, and I am so so happy with the results! My lips are full yet still natural looking. Will definitely be returning.

Honestly Thao has got to be the sweetest injector I met! She is full of passion, eager to learn and just so professional and full of love and warmth! I have been a client at Monaco Medical Aesthetics for a little over a year now and I will keep coming back! Nurse Harzin has done my lips a few times now and she is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to discuss what your desired goal/look is and she will be honest if she feels you do not need something done! Allie is the PMU artist at Monaco and has also done my eyebrows (powder brow) and I get compliments on them all the time! She is extremely talented at her craft and I owe it to her for my perfect brows. Both Nurse Harzin and Allie have made my experience at Monaco so enjoyable and have exceeded my expectations each and every time. You have a client for life!
