Ashley is a magician! She was so meticulous at achieving symmetry and the look I want. Loved the service! She is a technical darling.

I had a prp treatment with Jenny. She’s very professional yet friendly and gentle. She guided me through out the whole treatment which made me felt calm and nervous free. The whole treatment was very thorough and not as painful as I was anticipated. I would definitely go back to Jenny many more times.

I have been to Monaco several times before and this was my first time having Ashley and she was amazing! She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I will for sure be rebooking with her in the future

I’m telling myself that writing this review is the right thing to do…. But I keep thinking: if people actually find out how great the facials with Judice are, I may:

a) never be able to book time to see her/long wait lists
b) she starts charging her weight in gold and I won’t be able to afford her anymore….
(Cause literally she’s worth that)

We don’t like gate keepers though… so I’ll keep it short. My skin has never been healthier. Visiting the spa is such a treat. Quality, customized care is what you’ll receive

Judice is my girl but I’ve also had the pleasure of having Shayla work on me-and again, you cannot go wrong with either doll completing your services.

I love my skincare club membership…. If it’s not in your budget, treat yourself to any other facial or give them as a gift and I promise it will not disappoint.

Naz did my first spray tan ever!
She was amazing, super friendly and made you feel very comfortable. I asked for a very natural and tan and it turned out perfectly!

Judice is super fast with the laser and so good at making me feel relaxed & comfortable. She explains everything in an easy to understand manner and she treats her clients like gold. I am so excited and happy to have this service. It was the fastest ever and a billion times better than waxing or sugaring. Thank you Judice for taking such good care of me!

Staff are very friendly and inviting. Nurse Myly was very knowledgeable in the services provided and made me feel very comfortable throughout. She listened while I explained my concerns and was able to effectively provide treatment while maintaining very natural looking results. The outcome greatly exceeded my expectations! I cant say how incredibly thankful i am to shayla for helping me with my skin care and laser hair removal. I have PCOS which means i get some unwanted things like facial hair and acne, i decided to start going to shayla in hopes of decreasing the severity of my acne scars and facial hair. She went above and beyond my expectations, not only is my facial hair dramatically decreased with only a few sessions but my scars are pretty well gone. On top of the amazing work she does she is also the kindest person. I could not be happier with my results, thank you shayla! 10/10 ️

Today was my first IPL treatment with Judice!

Judice recommended IPL for me for my years of sun damage, broken capillaries, beauty marks, & PIH.

Overall the treatment was so comfortable, with a pain level of max 2/10! It went by very quick, thanks to Judice’s quick and gentle hand. The price was amazing since i purchased a Buy One Get One promotion for $399+HST

I’ll need another 2-3 sessions to see full results, but after the first session, I already see some improvement

I got some Botox and lip filler with Nurse Jenny at the Dundas location! She was awesome and did an amazing job. Will be seeing her again for more:)

I just had self tanning session with Naz.truly such an amazing educational session not to mention from booking to finish staff was super sweet! I’m very happy w my treatment and can’t wait to go there for everything else! Ummm liquid butt lift yes!

I have been visiting Shayla at Monaco since early 2022 for all my skincare needs! She ensured I had beautiful glowing skin for my wedding in September. She always explains the treatments in detail, is available for follow up if you have any questions or concerns. Her treatment room is always very cozy with great music playing and a nice candle lit. Came to Monaco to receive a spray tan and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere as well as the professionalism and knowledge given by Nazli who is outstanding at her job. I purchased 3 months of skin club leading up to my wedding and it was the best decision ever! Shayla is truly a delight and not only made my skin look incredible, but she made me feel amazing too. I’ve never had so many compliments on my skin! She really knew her stuff and walked me through the steps of each facial. On my first visit she assessed my goals and built a plan to get me there through micro peels, dermaplaning, and worked up to a more intense peel that left my skin baby smooth. Although the Laser hair removal service is very good. The customer service is so disappointed! I called to cancel my appointment because of an emergency a day before my appointment and no one call me back to confirm. I was surprised that they consider it as “no show”! And take a deposit of 50 dollars as a result.

From one week, I am trying to call someone to solve this issue and return the 50 $ and book new appointment, but they are keeping transfer me from one person to another to solve this silly problem. One whole week and i still did not get back the 50$ and couldn’t book new appointment.

They should consider that I am a customer from 2017 and they should be more efficient in dealing with their customers.

I received my first spray tan with Nazli and it was such an amazing experience! Nazli was so knowledgeable and gave me options on what would look best on me along with how to prolong my spray tan. She was bubbly, so kind and made me feel so comfortable I completely forgot I was half naked haha! My spray tan looks incredible.this gal really knows what she’s doing!

I wanted a ‘lift’ without the surgery and called Monaco for some information. After a great consultation with Shayla she recommended that I get 3 Morpheus 8 treatments. Shayla explained everything so thoroughly and answered all of my questions and in detail- the procedure, the downtime, and the outcome. All I can say is wow! My skin never looked better! It looks refreshed, tighter, lifted and brighter all while looking so natural. Everyone comments on how great I look. It was worth it!
She explains everything while doing the Morpheus 8 treatment and the sessions were educational as well. She is such a friendly, caring, sweet, knowledgeable, professional (and fashionable lol) young woman.
I recommended my daughter to visit her for facials and came home glowing and was absolutely raving about Shayla!

This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had getting injections.

When I had fillers done previously (at a different spa) I felt invisible. No one listened to me or explained what they were doing. They put more filler then I wanted and it made me hesitant to ever get more again.

At Monaco, every person around me listened to my concerns and explained the next step, and made sure I was comfortable. I explained what I wanted to achieve and that I wanted my injections a certain way and they delivered! My lips look perfect (exactly what I envisioned), my under eyes are smooth and my chin (thank you Nurse Debra for the suggestion!) looks amazing.

They talked to me like a friend, and I felt so comfortable the whole time. It was such a great experience.

Monaco is the ONLY place i’ll ever trust when it comes to my filler and botox! Nurse Tiffany and Nurse Erica did such an amazing job with my chin and lip filler, we worked on my facial symmetry and it looks absolutely perfect. I’m definitely super happy with my results and will be 100% coming back in a few months for more! Also the Dundas location is absolutely gorgeous it is so clean and pretty, all the staff are super sweet and made me feel extremely welcome! I always recommend Monaco to all my friends and even strangers when they compliment my lips? I’ve also been to their Ancaster and Mississauga location and i’ve had amazing experiences at all of them!
