I had such a great experience here. Nurse Lina not only has the skill and eye to create my desired results, but was also transparent and patient with me through all my questions. Lina truly creates a customized experience and plan for the best results. I didn’t feel rushed or unheard. She really took the time to make it a learning experience and I thank her for that as I am a nervous nelly. But after my appointment I’ve never left so informed and confident. Thank you Lina!

Nazli is amazing! She took the time to analyze my skin and listen to all my concerns. She came up with a plan for my skin to target all my problem areas. It was such a relaxing experience and my skin felt fantastic afterwards. I can’t wait to go back!

Not using my real name but I have been seeing Jen for years and I have never been happier with my treatments and results. She is so sweet and it feels like talking to a friend you’ve known forever when you’re at your appointment. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and I have never had any issues with injection etc.if you’re unsure about getting treatment book with Jen and you won’t regret it! My favorite medi spa to visit, all the girls are so knowledgeable, honest and detail oriented. I loved my consultation with lip filler and recently dissolving with RPN Shannon (to start fresh). The results are always perfect and I'm really happy with the outcome of each service. The Ancaster location is closest to me, the office is very clean and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and overall a good time!

Nurse Jessica (nursejesss.monaco on Instagram) with Monaco Spa at the Ancaster location did excellent work on my lip filler & lip flip. Kind, professional and well skilled. Being a first time client and new to lip fillers, Jessica was very gentle and I found the procedure pain free. She made sure I was comfortable before and during procedure. She listened to my goals on what I hope to achieve for my final outcome and took the time to explain the plan and process. She explained my post care and answered any questions. Happy with my results. Will definitely return in the near future. The spa is well kept, clean, beautiful and nestled within a gorgeous neighbourhood.

I love getting my Botox done here! Jennifer is amazing. After seeing several other injectors (not at any of the Monaco locations), she has been the first to eliminate the “Spock brow” I always ended up with after seeing the other injectors. I’m always very happy with my results and have never needed to come back for a touch up a couple weeks later. Jennifer is so friendly and easy to talk to. She quickly starts feeling like a friend. She is very knowledgeable, clearly know her craft and cares about her work. 100% would recommend Monaco!

Bad place. Girls here lie to your face. Very rude. Disrespectful and unprofessional. They give you awful service and charge a lot of money. Be careful and stay away.

Jessica is a gem. She is such a talented nurse. I never have any qualms about going to her (which I usually had while taking treatments at other clinics.lol) and trust her for any treatment related advice. This trust comes from her skills and knowledge as a nurse.

Back in December I had the pleasure to have a super relaxing jelly peel facial from one of the many fabulous skin specialists, Nazli. She did such a great job listening to all of my skin concerns and needs and applying that to her treatment recommendation. My skin felt sooo hydrated and soft, the following day I had many compliments given for how vibrant it was.

Was going to buy a threadlift or filler treatment for my mom for her birthday but I learned that they use illegal non approved threads. I also learned that they don't safely take care of their filler syringes and expose them to germs, etc. I would be very careful going here.

This was my first time seeing Jen at Monaco, but my second time getting lip fillers done overall. Both experiences were amazing and had such great results. Jen is the most sweetest person and is so gentle, she is highly knowledgeable at her work and I recommend her to everyone. Im excited to see her again for my next appointment in the future.

My nurse injector, Jessica was super friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions perfectly; I felt very relaxed during my treatment. She was really honest & kind. I was super happy with my treatment (jawline derma fillers). There was no wait time either, and my treatment was done promptly. I will be coming back for sure.

I have been going to Monaco for over 5 years now, Jen is an amazing injector! Her team is also fabulous and as an RN myself, I completely trust her judgement and techniques. I highly recommend Jen and team and if you are contemplating injections I would highly recommend Monaco!

Went for three treatments of belkyra and a lip flip here. I wanna mention I had been researching this for a solid 6 months before actually booking my appointments. It did literally nothing and I was continuously pushed to get more done. I felt like i was being told to spend my money on my face because I needed to fix things about it. This was nearly a year ago now and i still have pain in my chin when it’s touched, and if I look up it looks as if my chin itself is dissolving. I have weird marks that kind of look like stretch marks there. I had two different injectors and I think the solution was injected too high up on my chin. Upon going in for my third treatment which I booked the day of my second treatment (three months prior), they didn’t have any solutions available for me. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to go to another location and pick it up and bring it to the location i was at. Once it arrived she didn’t bother numbing me and it was very painful. I also had a lip flip which was injected way too high, I couldn’t move my NOSE or top lip normally for two weeks. The staff are very intimidating and give off a bad vibe. Overall it was not a good experience. Gave them so much of my money for zero results, long term pain and, very poor customer service. Definitely don’t recommend, my confidence dropped so much after going here.

One im using a different name cause i dont want to post my real name publicly. Ive been a client for a very long time of monaco spa. I once was a huge fan from the cleanliness & the great team of nurses! Who unfortunately most of the nurses the great ones left due to being mistreated by the owners & the owners were not following the correct practices. They pick and choose which clients they want to book in and different prices for which clients they like. Also there fillers arent 100% authentic product and they were watering them down to make an extra buck.

Save your money go somewhere else im sure they will report this review and try to get it deleted but this is an 100% accurate honest review!

My friends said the girls here were amazing so I tried it out; omg in LOVE. So knowledgable and professional and made you feel like you've been going there for years. 5 stars honestly isn't enough. Can't wait to come back

I've been going to Jen in Ancaster for a couple years now for filler under my eye. I recently did a mini lip filler and I am obbsessed. Its been 3 months and I'm still so in love with my lips. Jen is a MASTER at what she does. She is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My experience every time I go exceeds all my expectations. Even though I live almost 2 hours from Ancaster I will continue to drive the distance because no one compares to her work!

I feel like they pick and choose who they want to service. I haven’t been able to do a service because it’s like pulling teeth asking questions, pricing & even questions about their financing services.
And because I asked that, I feel like I’ve been put in the dark.

The nurses are really friendly at the actual spa, however have had numerous issues with the staff who answer the phones. They reply to my questions in a very short manner and I have been hung up on as well.have had a better experience dm'ing them via instagram. Locations are very clean and the services are good quality.
