Best place to go to the dentist everyone is so kind and also have respect they are also really good at explaining things to you if you have any questions they will try there best to answer it I wear hearing aids and they were so good with the way they talked to me with that and understood I also shared my experience I had with other dentist I had and I told them this is the first dentist I went to that is really good

Professionals, I 100%, recommend, Monarch, I had a route canal I was in pain phoned 5 dentist at least week for appointment I understand your busy, how much roughly some even recommended
going to specialist not even seeing me 1700- 2800 bucks, phoned Monarch I'm in pain, come on in Wayne, what a BIG difference in price Thankyou

I generally have to book at least a month in advance since weekends are booked and I can't make it during the week until 4: 30.

I have been cancelled on by them more than three times out even though I book this far in advance. On top of that, even after they cancel on me I still got texts saying that I have an appointment at the same time.

The thing that really broke it for me was that they charged me 2 and 1/4 hours for a cleaning when I wasn't even in the room for 45 mins. They explained it was a mistake and that they didn't do it, though I was only referring them to the statement my insurance emailed me.

It was a $600 bill for less than 45 mins work, a routine cleaning.

Even after I cancelled all our appointments as I had chosen to switch dentists, I still get multiple calls about my upcoming appointment.

Clearly it seems many people have had very good experiences here and I'm happy for them, however I will not be going back to this one.

I've been coming here for about 2 years I love how they contact me and let me know I'm eligible for cleanings and work done as I'm on odsp, I'd recommend *****

That's such a great and friendly staff; I've been going there all the time and cleaning deeply, fixing, everything is good.

Im not ever going to be a fan of going to the dentist and the first time I came here was a horrible experience but i was told that dentist was going to leave for another location. So i gave them another chance thanks to the secretary informing me.

Every person I've seen since have been wonderful. They're great with my kids which is so important to me. The dental assistant are amazing. Now the whole family come here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. Just wish there was more than 1 hygienist and dentist. The wait time was horrible.

Very friendly staff. Very patient with children and great atmosphere. My daughters first dentist appointment and she wasnt scared.

So far it’s been a good experience no issues. Close to home they adjust for my schedule and call when they have openings to see me sooner. Explanations provided re: what they are doing and have done.

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time. And I've been having a very rough day. Just got home and feel good, clean and confident- at least about my teeth. Everyone was very nice, really good with work with some of the difficulties I have and they were amazing about working with my insurance and my finances. Would definitely recommend based on this first expirence.

Recommend this dentist office over and over again.very clean and the staff is so friendly and make you feel so comfortable, I’m horrible with going to the dentist and they were absolutely amazing

Amazing staff so friendly they just make you feel at home and talk you through and concerns you may have. BEST dentist in town hands down

My son just got his wisdom teeth removed here. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They have free wifi and a large tv which helped pass the time. The plaza that it is in has lots of shops and restaurants as well which is nice because I also snuck out and got a slice of pizza while I waited.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and new. Overall a very pleasant experience. I had Hossay as my hygienist and she is efficient and knowledgeable, she is kind and puts you at ease.
The dentist was also friendly and willing to explain everything that is going on. I would definitely recommend this dentist facility.
