Very unprofessional receptionist. I dont have a say with the dental team. However, they should re train the front desk.seems like she doesn’t know basic customer service and giving accurate information to clients.

Wonderful Receptionists, great Hygienists and Dr. Zain is the best! He is easier to talk to than any Dentist I've ever been too. He even did a little extra to my teeth at my request at no charge.

I have lived close by this location for more than 9 years and have been coming to this place with my whole family. I never complained they did many bad jobs (Filling always rough) many times but two days ago I had enough I went for a filling it was deep near the nerve the dentist told me that I need to do root canal and I will have pain at night. First, they had all the x rays they knew that i needed root canal they first made money on filling. Now, they expect me to call back and get an appointment and do a root canal. I rather go to some other place. I am in severe pain, but now I will look for some honest dentist place where I am not a number and they care for their customer.

I absolutely love this place the staff is amazing Dr Zane is the best dentist I have ever had. They all make you feel at ease the environment is calm and clean

Ive been a patient here for some time. The dr i had is no longer there but the new guy is awesome and always laughing and is very honest and cares about his patients.

Dr. Zyed and his assistant was the best. Best dentist out there. He extracted 4 teeth in office effortlessly and with patience and in minimal time. I would recommend smile dental and the team (including the wonderful receptionists) to anyone hesitant on booking.

I had such a pleasant experience here today! I actually hadn’t been to the dentist since 2016 because I didn’t have coverage and I had a negative experience at a different clinic which made me anxious to go to any dentist. I finally went and it was such a positive experience from start to finish! The hygienist was so sweet and explained each step beforehand, and was very reassuring the whole time! The dentist was great and knowledgeable as well. The hygienist even answered some questions after the dentist left and was very informative. I’m sooo glad I went here and I will definitely look forward to my next visit (I never thought I’d say that about a dentist)! The office is very modern, bright and clean as well. I highly recommend this place!

Construction place, not a dental.
You be important to them before the treatment, and after will not find anyone to hear your complaints.
I advise you, don't try to try it at all.

Cut up my gums above the tooth adjacent to the wisdom tooth that was being extracted after difficulty removing it. Overall a pretty good dentist.

Friendly staff, good dentists with great knowledge. Instantly found the problem I’ve been dealing with and gave me recommendations, fixed the issues.

It's always a pleasure coming here. I have always feared going to the dentist since I was a kid, but Smile dental has made it a lot less scary. I have the most wonderful hygienist. I'm not sure how to spell her name, Shakel maybe? But she is so kind, and extremely gentle when cleaning my teeth. I'm never shamed for my less than perfect flossing habits, and she makes it a painless experience. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a fear of dental work.

I have had no issues with this dental clinic ever since I started going there about a year ago with my children. However, today May 29,2023 was very different with two 2 very rude, unethical, unprofessional staff and safety concerns at the clinic. My first son saw a mid age hygienist who very supportive and when my 6 year old couldn't bite on his on the x-ray mouth piece, she deferred to the next appointment to try again. My kids had the old woman hygienist at their very first dental appointment and had great experience with no concerns. Now, here comes the other hygienist whom I'm seeing for the first time and was seeing my other son (twin). I was asked to leave the room in a very rude way but let that slide because everyone works different. All I wanted to do was to help my son stay calm as much as possible because this was his 2nd time going to the dentist (the staff probably didn't even read his file). I observed the hygienist getting irritated because my son couldn't bite on the x-ray probe. She would say 'I do this with 4 year olds and they're fine with it' (cookie cutter /one size fit all care). I was told that the mouth probe was for adult and not for kids so if he wasn't able to bite it, that's not a huge deal. I was quiet and kept watching her interactions with the poor boy who was probably wondering what was going on and where I was. I saw and heard my son say it hurts while she was cleaning his teeth but the only thing that she would say was 'it dose hurt I'm just cleaning your teeth and you're being dramatic '. She also left the boy on the chair raised high doing other chores in another room waiting on the dentist who came and found the boy alone in the room (safety concerns). Honestly, I'm the last person to ever writer a bad review on anything but this really made me wonder if some staff have been this unethical but not noticed by clients so no it's kept under the carpet. Everyone is not the same when it comes to health care services. People have anxiety just by seeing a doctor and as a professional, if you're unable to make clients experience better each time you encounter with them, then you have failed them. I observed staffs do what pleases them with no close monitoring. To make things worse for me, another staff member came from no where to tell my other two children to be quite in a harsh and very rude way as if she was talking to grown ups. I quote her words ' Excuse me, we're working here and you two are very loud and distracting us'. No empathy, respect for clients, and very demeaning. The kids have been waiting at the clinic for 1hour plus with no activity whatsoever so what do you expect? Honestly, we have decided to find another dentist because I have come to realize that they really don't care about clients complaints since they have a lots of clients already. However, I wish management team will take into consideration the few negative reviews to train staff for a better care of clients who have chosen this clinic over other good ones due th the close proximity.

My experience was fine. The tech lady was kind and careful and the office staff are pleasant.i am not too sure what the dentist is planning.if anything. But, he checked.

Pros: Accommodating and willing to see patients.

Cons: Very obnoxious, not willing to accept fault. Not every dentist is perfect and mistakes happen but playing the blame game doesn't advance the process.

Bills people for appointments without confirming the appointments first apparently thats there policy you signed up for if this has happened to you please come forward ive just just set something up with market place that is thief by omission you cant bill someone without confirming it

Really frustrated from the auto remind system, where they automatically book you an appointment, call and leave a message and if you don't show up for any reason you wil be charged for that, even though you did not confirm that you are coming! Meanwhile, when you go to your appointment on time and wait up to 30 min you can not complain!
