Good and clean place for dental care. They always follow up and remind you of the appointment. Friendly staff and quick with the process.

There are definitely fake reviews on this site I doubt they have this many positive reviews. My experience with this office is that they're highly unorganized and unprofessional. They have mixed patient files with my children almost tesulting treatement for something that was not required! They were planning to cut my childs upper lip for braces when it was for another patient. Other issues Ive had with this office includes them canceling appointments without notifying us and wasting our time. I just had an appointment changed for which the office didn't communicate and I had taken scheduled time off work. When I called the office to inquire about the change they said the dentist was out of office that day and so they needed to reschedule everyone. When I complained of the short notice about the change they hung up! I am planning to report them to the BBB and any other relevant agencies.

My husband and I visited the clinic twice and everyone’s so professional and skilled with what they’re doing. The place is fabulous and clean. Our dental experience was painless and pleasant!

The staff are friendly and genuine. They answered any questions I had and took care of everything with billing. Glad I switched from my other dentist.

Awful place messing up administration all the time. Changing appointments at the last minute with no notice. Mixing up patient files and treating based off the wrong files!

Doctor Zeid is the best dentist ever. He is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to answer any question, discuss the best treatment for my oral hygiene. He is very light handed with local anesthesia. He isn’t money hungry. He reassures you are happy. He is humble and compassionate.
Rana (front desk) is very welcoming and kind. Rana works well in coordinating my appointments. ️️️️️️️️ Clean office and well maintained.

Absurd - can't keep an appointment. What's the point? !

Spoke to me on the phone. Asked to re-schedule - three hours before the appointment. I declined - already took the day off work.
Me: Are we still on for the appointment.
Dentist Office: Yes.
Me: *shows up on time.
Dentist Office: Sorry, there was an emergency. We had to cancel the appointment.
Me: Why am I here? Why did you straight-up lie to me? !

A few months later, my wife and my kids have the same experience. That was the last time we tried to deal with this absurdity and disrespect.

If I could give 10 out of 5 I would! The office staff, hygienists & dentists at this location are simply amazing! If you need REAL TLC when visiting the dentist then this is definitely the place for you. Heck if you need a dentist for any reason this is the place to go! This office shows compassion, professionalism and ABSOLUTE kindness. Seri and Lisa in the front are so helpful and answer every question with compassion, patience and the correct knowledge! I couldn't give higher praise! I have always had a phobia of dentists and this dentist not only understands my fears but also helps me through any and all treatments at a pace that I can deal with. Like I said they are amazing! For all of your dental needs go here.

This is a dentist's office that I look forward to coming. Everyone is friendly and polite. It is worth the drive!

They are one of the best Dentists in Stoney Creek. I have been using them for the last seven years. They have an amazing staff and location. They are always free to see you when needed. I have alwaus recommended them to my family and friends nearby.

Had 2 teeth extraction with the owner of the place he did a great job removing my wisdom tooth, completely painless (didnt even feel a thing) i was prescribed a antibiotic of course & a painkiller which was a bonus some places will tell you oh just take tylenol or advil.also Dr gave plenty of gauze

if you need a extraction done then make sure it's done with the owner because he does amazing job and it's completely painless you'll barley tell if its been taken out

I have been visiting the clinic for almost a year. Best doctors are Hani and Samih they are both amazing and will explain to you your treatment plan and will ask you if you have any questions, for me i find this really important as i would like to understand what is going on before starting treatments and also the reception team would always try their best to work around your schedule and find something that fits you.the only thing I didn’t like tbh was the orthodontist I wouldn’t recommend him, just go somewhere else

Friendly and welcoming staff! They always accommodate and work along with my schedules. My kids love going there and they do an amazing job in ALL of their services. They even have Otho all in one! Thank you everyone!

No one likes going to dentist, I think mostly because you feel like you are at your most vulnerable, eyeballs peering into your mouth all the while your thinking “what are they thinking? ! ”. I have to say, the staff at this dental clinic are simply amazing. They are very professional and welcoming and they do everything to make you feel like walking into their clinic is a walk in the park, no anxiety needed here.

Dr. Zaki and Sarah are the loveliest people you will meet and have helped me so much through my journey with my teeth. They listen, make you laugh, they will do whatever it takes to make you feel like your not so alone in the world and have always made me feel that everything will be ok! Went to the dentist after a very long time. Never enjoyed these visits but the lady cleaning my teeth, her name is, Hossay was fantastic! Great conversations, and she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time! Definitely been my favourite visit!

Dentist cut my wife's tongue while filling a cavity, she bled quite a bit and was in pain for several days. On top of this, the filling he put in has cracked and the tooth is now infected. In addition to the costs of dental work at this clinic, I am now paying another dental clinic to fix their work and the costs of medication to reduce the infection beforehand.

Despite the bad experience with the quality of dental work, I'd like to note that the admin staff here are excellent. I voiced these concerns and they were very apologetic.

Rude administrative staff - harass you with calls and 0 customer service skills. The dentists and dental assistants are good at what they do.

I am very disappointed the way the front receptionist treated me. She was rude and condescending. If there was a -10, that is what I would give.

I must say this is the best dental office we have been to. All receptionist and hygienist is friendly & good a great job. Our dentist Dr Hannon is super cool. He always does his best to get the best end result. We trust in his advice. And my kids enjoys coming to the office cux they also think our dentist is cool & nice. Definitely would recommend Monarch Dentistry in a heartbeat. I give them 10/5 stars

Operation was done in January,

Went in to get 1 wisdom tooth removed that was causing pain, dentist suggest getting all removed. Sounds good to me

They reschedule me 3 times.

Go in, first dentist took 1.5 hours to remove one tooth, didn't want to use gas. Removed a tooth that was not the one causing me pain. He decided that was enough for today, told me to come back in two days to get the others removed (at that rate is would take 4 separate
visits totaling 6 hours of ungassed operation. Prescribed a painkiller went to pharmacy to pick up.

My mom who was going to pick me up (because the plan was to be gassed was quite upset and went in to talk to them) they said they could take me in at 5: 30pm that day (original
extraction was at 11: 00 am that day. So suffer with a tooth pulled (when all were suppose to be pulled at once) until 5: 30pm

Water spray/suck machine malfunctions, extra 5 minutes.
Finally all teeth are pulled
Get 3 prescriptions, the Doctor failed to put his signature on the prescriptions so pharmacy staff were very hesitant to fulfil them.

The antibiotics that were prescribed did not exist in the milligrams that was prescribed so the pharmacy had to call the dentist to get the right milligrams. While bleeding profusely these are not problems you will appreciate.

The place seems to have good reviews so perhaps this was a comedy of errors but I would suggest you try elsewhere. (I was only charged for the initial tooth pulled but I have insurance so that means very little to me)

I had a root canal 3 years ago and I couldn’t afford bridge at the time to protect the tooth I thought I was going to have a space in my smile but he explained best way for affordability is a post and fill which only cost 175 instead of 300 for extraction and a missing tooth tyvm love love love them

The staff at monarch are caring, personable and so great to be around. They are always great at being in contact and flexible when it comes to appointments and accommodating me when I come for a visit and have to bring my little one. The dentists and hygienists are funny and helful and they just generally do great work! I’m so happy to have found a practice that don’t make me worry about going to the dentist! I highly recommend and will be going there for many years to come.

Very modern office with highly trained and knowledgeable staff. My hygienist, Hossay, was very thorough and detail oriented kind and with a great sense of humor. Ask for her when you come in! She is GrEaT!
