Excellent service and amazing customer care representative. Accommodated my schedule for the best time for my appointment. Doctor and hygienist were very professional and highly skilled. I would recommend every time.

Dr. Masoud is very patient and I really appreciate him making my experience of coming to the dentist less stressful! The staff is nice and I recommend this location.

Honestly the best dental experience I have ever had! People usually are afraid of going to the dentist but they really take care of you here! Starting with being warmly greeted by Lydia, who went above and beyond with her patience and sunny disposition to ensure maximum satisfaction. I highly recommend booking a cleaning with Theresa as she is extremely gentle with her technique. I have sensitive gums and a lot of plaque build up but she was able to do the cleaning within a couple of hours while educating me on proper dental hygiene practices to reduce build up. Overall an extremely pleasant experience comparatively to previous cleanings. Will definitely be back for my follow up cleaning

Manipulative. I can summarize my experience with the staff. I should have read the reviews before going. Just be careful of what you are being charged there but I wouldn’t recommend going there in the first place.

Was charged $150 for a full dental examination and which they refused to provide without X-Ray that’s charged separately.

Had small infection in my inner cheek and an MD recommended seeing a dentist. I booked my appointment after 2 days but the infections healed on the day of the appointment.

I called in the morning to cancel since there is no need but the receptionist warned me about “serious medical implications for leaving the issue untreated by a specialist and it could get worse” so I went and met the dentist who was kind to be fair. Saw the dentist for only 2 min before I was shocked with the price.

The receptionist explained that Dental Examination is the minimum cost for a service. So I asked if I could have my teeth examined in that case to at at least feel I had a service but again she asked for X-rays which didn’t make sense to me. She went to ask the dentist and came back saying that I what I already had was considered an examination.

The assistant kept pushing the X-ray from from the moment I met her and I refused. My issue was not in my teeth but in my inner cheek. She argued that the issue is my wisdom tooth and I need X-ray but I had all 4 removed 12 years ago.

I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience here. Very kind and caring staff, clean environment, and I feel they truly care. Highly recommend!

Good dental services and ready to help on time. Had a walk in with no appointment, the staff where ready to hear me out and provided the initial check up. Very satisfied with the service.

I really like Monarch because they listen to the patient. Too many dentists want to take the most expensive route when making a plan, instead of taking patient's convenience, comfort and financial situation in to consideration.

I quit going there because Dr. Hamid did a bad filling for me that caused me lots of pain and discomfort. The filling was cracked less than 3 months and when I switched the dentist and she fixed it for me in another clinic. I have had no pain for the past year. I am totally surprised by number of good reviews for this clinic but should be other doctors. On top of that the front desk has no knowledge of insurance policy.they just kept charging me for things I was not cover for without informing me whether I wanted to use that service.for example fluoride. Would you not ask the patient whether they want that service before doing it and charging them extra money each single time? This happened multiple times and I was tired of it. I would have not come to this clinic if it was not me to leave mu job in downtown and forced me to leave my excellent dentist here after 14 years. Luckily I found a great dental clinic close by and I am very happy there.

I went in to get my teeth cleaned yesterday by Lucy, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I can definitely say this was the best cleaning I have ever had! And I’m definitely switching over from my other dentist which I have been go to for 15 years

The secretary wasn’t very knowledgeable regarding clients of ODSP. I’m in need of emergency orthodontics and she did not send any quote or estimate to my ODSP office after my consultation, even after I informed her I was told that was the procedure from my ODSP Wellesley manager and also a staff at North york monarch denistry also told me that was the procedure; to send in the quote. My issue at hand is serious and will cause issues later in life; deemed as gum disease, which I was informed of that by a dentist at Monarch Denistry 222 esplanades. Other than that the dentist assistant and the orthodontist who assisted me was amazing, friendly and professional and also made me fee comfortable.

I went in to get my teeth cleaned today by Lucy, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I can definitely say this was the best cleaning I have ever had! Very professional office.

I have been coming to this clinic with my family for the passed few years, im very happy with the service. I ways hated going to the dentist, when i met Lucy the hygienist she made me feel very comfortable to have my teeth cleaned. I wouldnt go anywhere else to do any dental work. When Lucy cleaned my teeth for the first time, i felt like all the dental cleanings i was getting in the passed was a joke compaired to her work. I strongly suggest to try this clinc, everyone is so nice and professional. Dr. Mohanad Hameed is super nice and professional, he did all my cavites for me, and made me feel so comfortable. I love his work and chairside mannors are amazing!

I had a good fortune visiting Monarch Dental Centre in North York recently.
It's the best Dental care I ever experienced!
Professional, courteous, caring and friendly staff made me feel like family.
Talin and Rebecca, the front desk staff make you feel right at home immediately as soon as you enter the door.
Fahima is kind, caring and very knowledgeable hygienist. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and made my visit pain free and easy.
Wendy took my x-rays and made sure I had no discomfort in anyway easing my anxiousness and fear.
Dr Hamid took his time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. He provided recommendations without any pressure.
I recommend this group wholeheartedly!

I visited in August 2020 to get the wire on my bottom teeth re-attached to my teeth. I've had it for more than 20 years without issue. The dentist and hygenist were nice enough, but I thought it odd that the only PPE they wore was a regular one layer paper mask. While I waited to pay, a man sitting next to me in the waiting room was not wearing a mask. I asked him to put it on and he started screaming at me. Okay, not entirely their fault.
Three hours later, the wire fell off again, so another appointment was made for a week later when the stronger bonding stuff would be in stock.
I arrived at the appointment the following week, and the RECEPTIONIST was not wearing a mask, neither was one of the people in the waiting room. When I asked the receptionist about it, she said "oh, I can put one on if it makes you more comfortable" (you know, not like it's the law or anything). Her reasoning was that she was behind a piece of plexi. The plexi in question was less than two feet across, and during our entire interaction (including her fetching a clipboard and expecting me to take it after she had breathed on it while talking to me) took place a good two feet away from the small plexi barrier. When I told her I was very uncomfortable with her not wearing a mask, the person in the waiting room started berating me, "why don't you leave then? "
So I did. Don't go here. They do not take this pandemic seriously. Their hygene is SO lacking. It's not worth the risk. I have since been to another dentist where they adhere to 200% stronger protocols, wear full PPE, and do not leave the exam room once they've entered in said PPE. (I have no idea how many others the dentist saw wearing the same mask.)
Oh, and I was promised a refund, since I didn't actually get my wire fixed, it's been two weeks. No refund yet.

Also, they're asking people to leave a five-star review when you pay, so don't trust the reviews that give it five stars.

I dont recommend that anyone visits this place. They did a poor job doing filling.

1) They told my family that all service should be covered by insurance, then 9 months after they leave us a voice mail asking for over due balanced for 30 days and that they may send to collection. They never told us we owe them money.

2) they are lost, they send to our email different patient bills. Nobody take ownership, when you call everyone claims it is not himher it was someone else.

3) They keep calling and texting us to go use one of there services. We don't like this approach we want to feel that health is the top priority not money.

Absolutely outstanding by far from every other dentistry place I've been.
Excellent professionals and excellent receptionists with a high quality level of service and customer service and cutting edge technology & equipment.
Overall customer satisfaction i would say based on my own experience its 7 stars.

I switched dentists and it was the best thing I have ever done, Megan at the front desk was very impressive she displayed the best customer service she is knowledgeable friendly and comforting, but my fantastic experience just got better as we went along for the first time in my 46 years a dentist (Dr. Hammed) truly listened to me after each visit I have seen such wonderful results I couldn’t be more pleased. I am actually excited to go back

First time coming to Monarch Dentistry, what a wonderful experience.
The staff here were very welcoming and kind, I had a tooth sensitivity that has bothered me and the Dr. Laith and his assistant made sure I was in good hands. I'm the type of person that would like to know what is going on because some dentist they just go for it and that sometimes can cause unexpected pain which I'm not a fond of, without mentioning it to Dr. Laith he had already begun explaining what he was going to do (ex.checking your gums, you might feel a little bit of pain) which put my mind in peace. The receptionist was lovely to speak with. Overall a great experience. Thank you guys. Stay safe during COVID-19. See you in the future.

I was really impressed with the service here, the staff and dentist are absolutely fantastic.
My daughter is terrified of dental appointments, but she was made to feel so comfortable that it just put her at complete ease.
The staff is so polite and friendly, and the dentist explains everything so thoroughly.

Today I saw Lucy, Dental Hygienist for the first time. I was amazed with her professionalism and skills. I have been seeing hygienist pretty regularly and I must say t.hat Lucy was by far the most knowledgeable and competent. The atmosphere here is very welcoming. The front desk staff are nice. I want to thank Lucy and her Assistant who did my deep cleaning and I'm super satisfied! I reccomand anyone who is looking to get their cleaning to do it here! I also had Dr. Gholoobi fill a cavity and I have the biggest anxiety of needles, she was very gentle inny tiny pinch only! I can't wait to come back for my next appointment!

The receptionist Menak was super friendly and helpful.
Dr Goloubi is one of the best dentist that i have met. She is friendly and took her time checking my teeth and explaining me what needs to be fixed first in priority basis. She created a plan for me. Lucy the hygienist was amazing. My mouth feels so much clean.

Came here with a dental emergency about year ago during thanksgiving, of which they were able to help me with and I've been coming ever since for regular dental work and cleaning. The staff is very friendly, from the receptionist to the dentists to the dental hygienists and dental assistants, they were all very professional, courteous and accommodating.

The facilities themselves are well kept and modern; the office although small, is quite cozy and inviting. From what I've seen they also seem to be really good with children.

Overall, Would recommend coming here and would continue coming for foreseeable future.

Today I had a cleaning with Lucy the hygienist at monarch dentistry. I am visiting from Netherlands, and I must say that this was the best cleaning I have ever had. I was impressed by her work! She was very proffesional and had amazing skills that got my mind off of the procedure being done. I am very nervous in the dental chair but my appointment went very smooth. I am happy I got to meet everyone at monarch dentistry, I definitely recommend this clinic, and I definitely recommend everyone to have a cleaning with Lucy.

Painless! My experience with Dr. Israa is amazing. Nothing short of 5 stars. She is professional and has as amazing staff to back her up. She took the time to do 4 fillings and a cleaning for me on a Saturday! Totally recommend this clinic.
