There services are top notch, the doctors, nurses and all staffs are good with the services rendered.

I strongly don’t recommend this place for anyone I call them to see how much have left in my insurance to do my teeth cleaning and they say still have money left can do cleaning after I book in appointment and done cleaning they charged me a lot than I expect so told them you guys say I still have money in my insurance and they say no u don’t have very much they give me wrong information and just try to bring in the clinic so please be aware of what they say also try to speak with the manager the say will call you back in 15 minutes and never call I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to not go in there any more

It was really good experience with my dental treatment and everyone in the clinic was very nice.

I had the pleasure of having Tara work with me during my visit. She was very friendly, had a great and positive attitude and made me comfortable with the services I was getting. She walked me through what was being done during each step as I always get nervous at the dentist, but for the first time I can definitely say it went great thanks to her. Couldn’t recommend anyone better than Tara!

Tara Kareem is truly so amazing! I went in to this dentist and she was so kind, welcoming and super informative about my dental concerns I had! Thanks to her I will now be a regular back at this dental office and on another note this dental office is very clean and professional. Such a friendly and welcoming clinic. All the staff are helpful and great at what they do. I have been going for dental checkups and cleaning for the past couple of years with Dr Mohsen and the dental hygienist Hanan. They both are professional and highly skilled at what they do. They ensure that you have the best treatment within your budget. I highly recommend making this your go-to clinic.

My family and I have been coming to this office for over 10 years. We have had amazing experience from all staff members and have always felt that this office treated us like family. Joulan the office manager has always welcomed us with a smile and the dentists as well as hygienists (Hanan, Nour, Shoaib) have always been so patient and gentle with us. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I have never seen such hardworking front desk staff. As a new comer to Canada, I felt very welcomed and recommend this clinic for all newcomers.

Being a long-term client at Monarch Dentistry, I have always enjoyed the warm welcome and the outstanding treatment by the front desk staff and the dentists. The great work and commitment to do a thorough cleaning by the Hygienist Hanan is very evident and always give me the great confidence that my teeth are in good hands and taken care of. I greatly recommend Hanan as she’s the best Hygienist I have ever come across. Also, the great service and big heart by Joulan makes me feel very welcomed as she’s very nice and extremely caring towards others. Furthermore, the dentists especially Dr Muhsen are very experienced and easy to deal with as they always put me at ease and do the job properly.

I went with my kids but They are not respectful with the customer especially the recipients also the cleaning for my kids was very bad?

They are very cleaned, I like the most is Dr. Basman he is really good, nice, funny and his job very clean and amazing.

Worst dentist ever! I went a few times a couple years ago got some work done but because of my dental anxiety I haven’t been back well a couple weeks ago a filling popped out and because of my dental anxiety I have been putting off making an appointment let me start by saying first I made an appointment online and got an email the next day I stated in the making of the online appointment I can come in IN THE EVENING Tuesday (I made an appointment on Sunday) they tried booking me in for 2pm Tuesday I said no I couldn’t do it I wouldn’t have anyone to babysit my kids I then said I can come in any day after 4pm except for Wednesday (the next day) because I had to take my daughter in for a MRI at mac for 4: 30pm they tried booking me in for Wednesday at 10: 30 am once again couldn’t do it no babysitter and then they said to bring the kids I said I can’t (I have bad dental anxiety and trying to make sure my 7 year old sits in one spot will not work while I am mid panic attack) they said it was to late to cancel. Completely unprofessional and only care about their money and I didn’t confirm to any of these appointments but yet they still book me in now they want to charge me a fee for an appointment I didn’t confirm not once. I will not be going back there and will be finding a new dentist that actually understands that us parents can’t just drop everything when they have a tooth issue and the dentist only cares about making bank. I do not recommend coming here at all I have never once had such a bad experience and only switched because they were close to my home. Stay far away everyone!

First of all it is very welcoming and friendly place. I received all information about the treatment, the procedures were painless and the staff polite. After many attempts to find the right place for me to solve my dental problems finally I’ve got one. I’m satisfied overall about the services and the costs and I strongly recommend it. I have had several bad experiences here. Initially I thought they were okay, but then they made a mouth guard for my daughter that wasn't needed (no sports etc). They assured me my insurance would cover.

The next couple weeks I got a package/approval for the "healthy smiles program" I brought it to my next appt and questioned it. They said they applied on my behalf because they discovered the mouth guard wasn't covered by insurance. I DON'T MEET THE REQUIREMENTS for this program. I make much more than the cutoff. They obviously lied. I will be calling healthy smiles and advising them.

They maxed out almost every insurance benefit I had. They attempted to repair something in my mouth that should have been done by a specialist. They finally referred me and they said they followed up several times to no avail. It took one phone call (2yrs later) from me directly to the specialist I had an appt within a week and they advised me they received no referral.

BUT the straw that broke the camels back and encouraged me to write this is their negligence in filling my sons cavity. He had one filled about a year ago. His tooth began hurting this week. I was able to take him elsewhere. I was advised that the cavity was filled without it being cleaned out properly, thus the cavity continued to eat away into the tooth, under the filling. My 12yo son now has to get a ROOT CANAL. I am beyond angry. I cannot believe the absolute negligence and now my kid has to suffer. STAY FAR AWAY.

Pre Warning: If you are looking for a professional, clean, and punctual, location- this dentistry is not it. The receptionist scheduled me a appointment, I came to the scheduled appointment and then waited a whole hour to not even be called in. Do not waste your time here.

I am giving this Dental Office a 5 star rating. Julan the office Manager is wonderful. She welcomes you and helps with your treatment plan and will help you out even if you have no insurance. She is a very personable and a wonderful person and she even speaks multiple languages. The office front desk staff are very helpful aswell especially Boba. The dentists are fantastic, you will be very pleased with the work they do. All in all, I am very happy with this office and the treatment I have received from them over the years.

During these predicament times, I only have good things to say about this office of how well they have handled and taken care of the whole circumstances by staying open to provide us with the best services under the safest environment. Front desk staff, dental hygienists, dental assistants and dentist, each and everyone of them were there for us forgetting that the virus is same for us all. I was afraid to go for my dental cleaning in the beginning last year as they would be working so close in my mouth, but after seeing the safety measures and office protocol I felt safe and comfortable and took my whole family back again on our regular intervals. Front desk staff very friendly, they always try to accommodate and understands when it comes to scheduling our appointments, dealing with my insurance company, etc. For our dental cleanings, my family's favorite dental hygienist is Shoaib, he provides us with the best dental cleaning, very gentle yet very thorough in his work. He provides and guides us with the appropriate information needed right then at that time which amazes us all, that how little things like flossing and tongue cleaning can bring so much change in our oral health. This office is loaded with new and advanced digital technology and a best dentist with their amazing and sweet dental assistant by their side my family can ever asked for. Thank you to the whole team for providing us with the best services in town. Me and my family always look forward seeing you all. Best wishes always!

I have been going to this clinic for check ups and cleanings consistently for the past few years. The doctors are very helpful and the front desk is very excellent and understanding. They have various locations and is very accessible for my family around Ontario!

Very present and friendly receptionist who welcomed us, also Jelaan the manager is very understanding and takes time to support and help you in understanding your position. Overall, Dr Rawa is especially talented and very professional in his work we trust him and his work strongly. I strongly recommend them as I appreciate all their staff and their service

We have recently moved to Hamilton. For my tooth extraction we walked into the clinic. The staff were highly professional and were able to answer all our queries. After treatment recovery process and instructions were very clear. Whenever I had to follow up to get clear of my doubts, responses were prompt. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I was so mad when i get a call saying i have a balance of $150 to be paid after one year from my appointment. I showed them that i paid it and here is my reciept they said ya sorry we just saw this 150 came up after. Rediculas.just a way to take money from people.

I have had a wonderful experience in Fennel Gage Dental Centre. I came for and emergency, because of an extremely paid in lower right side of my mouth, in area were last year I replace an old and long bridge back home in Europe. I was very afraid that I will lose the bridge.
Dental assistant Vanessa took me two x-rays and Dr. Yousef Abd ElGhaffar came to check them and told me that I need a root canal treatment and he will try to do it drilling through the bridge to save it. I was very happy to hear that there is a chance to save my bridge, and I booked an appointment on the very next day available with Dr. Yousef on November 13.
It was a difficult surgery, but with the help of kindly dental assistant Vanessa and experimented Dr. Yousef the root canal treatment was successful and I my bridge was saved.
I want to thanks them by the bottom of my heart to Dr. Yousef Abd ElGhaffar, to his dental assistant Vanessa and to entire friendly and highly professional team form Fennel Gage Dental Centre.

Over billing and bad treatment! The dentist (Laith AL dabbagh) is extremely sarcastic and harasses his entire staff.they are all women, surprised he hasn't got thrown in jail yet. You've been warned.

Complete waste of time. Don’t bother showing up to your appointment on time because they’ll be running at least an hour behind. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Dr. Rawa is a highly skilled dentist, not only that he is a warm and friendly person. He takes every opportunity to make your appointment a positive experience and as pain free.thanks for the nitrous oxide I feel just great after my recent implant.

Dr. Suzan is an amazing dentist, she is very kind and helpful. Hygensit Sandra is also amazing she is very helpful and friendly and always helps you feel better!

I highly recommend Monarch Dentistry on Upper Gage and Fennell to all my friends and family, great services with excellent management. My root canal was done very professional, after 2h no pain at all, amazing job.

AVOID AT ALL COST, these people are terrible and they will rip you off. Go to Wentworth Dental across from limeridge. You will be treated much better there.

A pleasant experience from start to finish. I had initially booked for two days after I called to have an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I was called back about a cancellation they had so I was able to bump my appointment up a day which I'm so incredibly grateful for as I was in debilitating pain. I was a few minutes late for my appointment so I called to let them know I'd be late and I was told I was that dentist's last appointment for the day so there was no rush. I got there and filled out my forms and they called me in almost right away. I was informed about what was going on every step of the way. The dentist was very experienced, quick, and friendly and the procedure itself was done so efficiently. He acknowledged my pain and I was numbed so well that I didn't feel a single thing. He showed me the state of my other wisdom teeth and told me what my options were and what would be most cost efficient for their removal when I'm ready to remove them. I'll definitely be returning in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Editing to add that my procedure ended up costing less than I was quoted which was a pleasant surprise.

It was a more than wonderful experience. I thank the clinic staff for all the kind treatment. I dealt with them from four years to this time. In every session I take out happy results and dental repair prices are very suitable for everyone. I thank responsible Golan for everything that helped me and a special thanks to Dr. Kifa for the final result of my teeth. More than amazing. He made my smile for two years now and the result is very beautiful

Th only bad thing is the wait time, but it was amazing I did implant there was no pain during the surgery and next day I didn’t even need pain killers really nice

They do great work if your willing to wait. In the past year I have had horrible experiences with wait times. I went there today for my 3: 30 appointment at 4: 35 I finally gave in and asked how long of a wait it would be. I was told that it could be up to a hour! They overbook, and neglect the common sense to notify their clients. Very disappointed can't say I would recommend this place.

I had recently been to Monarch Dentistry and was impressed with the welcoming staff that work there.my first cleaning.excellent and professional with no bleeding or discomfort afterwards.also a few days later had old fillings repaired with no issues or pain.bonus for me.close to home and very professional.too bad for Downtown Dental as they have lost my interest in them after 20 years. Monarch Dentistry is my choice now as l am confident with their proffesionalism.great job to all their staff

I had an appointment to fix a chipped tooth. They tore my face apart. I am in so much pain right now. 3 weeks later. He just started doing work all throughout my mouth. I was there for a chipped tooth. And all they wanted was me to sign sign sign sign sign. I think 15 in total sp they could bill ODSP FOR THIS WORK. As for the cleaning, as soon as the dentist saw me (after the front desk dragged him in from his car) he said. You need a cleaning. I said I just had one. Wow. Terrible. Steer clear. I'm still in pain and am going to go to a different dentist to fix HIS work. So angry. And all the comments on the front desk staff. You try doing there job. It's not that easy. They were actually the one good part of this experience.

Any place that pays you for a good review should be questioned. Pathetic

Always treated with gentle hands (even though I'm an adult) the care all the ladies take to make experiences as pleasant AS POSSIBLE is Very Greatly appreciated! I have been to many dentists over the years, some have been questionable, most have been good HOWEVER, This GROUP dedicated professionals have by far EXCEEDED my expectations (formed from past experiences) My rating would be HIGHER for this group of Amazing.funny caring respectful individuals, I highly recommend them! The front line staff, dentists and assistances, and especially Joulan were very helpful. I highly recommend this office for dental needs.

Amazing staff, everyone is very nice. The doctors and nurses work wonderfully, and they make you feel comfortable. Very calm environment. I highly recommend it to everyone who needs a dentist.

Just spoke to a receptionist here and she was rude to say the least. I've been a customer for over 3 years and they want to charge me $50.00 for a cancelation fee when they did not call me to inform me of my appointment days ahead as per usual. They call me the day before and keep in mind this was booked months in advance so my schedule changed and I am unable to make it in. The woman I spoke to insisted I recieved a text message informing me of my appointment when in fact I did not.you do not need to argue with your customers who pay for your services this is very unprofessional. I always seem to have issues with receptionists and booking.

However, the dentists here are great and the hygienist (Lara) is awesome and does a great job! The lady who deals with the financial stuff is great as well and very accommodating!

Again - should listen to your customers feedback instead of stating the obvious (policies) /arguing and move forward. Arguing and using policies as your go to will not improve the "system" or benefit your business. Continuing to call your customers liars is not professional. Which is why monarch dentistry has below 4 star rating.

Dr. Muhsen's expertise & the whole compassionate team @ Monarch on Fennell gave me a smile to be proud of. With no insurance, they helped me out and made me feel like family. There was no 'wait' time for all my appointments. Thank you Dr. Muhsen for your 'chairside' manner explaining everything as you worked your talents on my very challenging mouth & for sharing all my before & after photos with me. Bravo to the whole team, even the freezing needles didn't hurt which has never happened to me before, you have a magic touch!

Please do yourself a huge favour and avoid this dental office. Save your teeth and money by staying away from this office. Dr. Laith Al-Dabbagh and Dr. Rawa treat their profession as a business. Both falsely use up your insurance to the max to maximum their profit. I went there when I was a teenager for a regular checkup with no complaints and both doctors filled 6 of my teeth in one sitting! I was young and didn't know better and they took advantage of that. I also took very good care in cleaning my teeth. My dentist now (who is not a scammer) checks my teeth regularly and has not done a filling since. He tells me I take good care of my teeth and to keep it up. Dr. Laith Al-Dabbagh and Rawa are scammers and it's upsetting as they ruined my teeth for the sake of their pockets and greed. My teeth would last longer had they not touched them.
Dr. Laith Al-Dabbagh also pulled out one of my sibling's wisdom teeth and it was the worst experience she has ever had. It was painful and she developed an infection afterwards. So please save your teeth and money by staying away from this office.
