I live in London and needed to send some flowers to a close friend living in Toronto, following some bad news.

Mary contacted me almost immediately after my booking to confirm that the flowers would be delivered next day.

This was great peace of mind given the geographic distance and the personal touch was appreciated.

The arrangement was also very much appreciated by the recipient.

The Monarch Florist did such an amazing job on my wedding florals. I ordered 2 bouquets: maid of honour and bridal bouquets and boutonnières for my husband, father in law and brother in law. I had an initial consult with Alexandra to choose the types of flowers I wanted and the colours I wanted to include. I also got some additional flowers to decorate my wedding cake.

My overall experience was fantastic! I LOVED all of the flowers for my wedding. They were fresh, vibrant and GORGEOUS! Thank you so much to Alexandra for making it all happen!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I requested a very last minute flower order and despite the order being made on the day of, the arrangement was delivered very quickly and looked beautiful!

Had an amazing valentine arrangement delivered to my front step this past Sunday! The arrangement is still looking beautiful on my mantle. Very pleased with this arrangement.

Count myself lucky to have The Monarch Florist within walking distance of my house. Mary is such a great florist, always has a fabulous selection of beautiful and unique flowers. Having one of her arrangements at home always brightens my day. The most recent arrangements for my birthday and Valentine's Day were absolutely stunning! The pictures don't do them justice. I also use The Monarch Florist for hostess gift, teacher gift and birthday gift arrangements and the recipients raved about them.

Product not as advertised on the website. My husband purchased a valentines bouquet for me. It was half filler greenery and dried out carnations with a big shiny satin bow. The arrangement was neither 'urban' nor 'fresh'. Beware of this florist!

A lovely flower shop in Port Credit! I ordered the “designer’s choice” arrangement online for my good friend’s birthday.one of the most beautiful arrangements and presentation I’ve ever seen!

Monarch confirmed via email that they received my order and confirmed they’d be able to deliver on the day as requested.

Mary saved my sad grocery store purchase from ridicule. In 15 minutes, not only did she beautify my arrangement, she taught me about the flowers she added. It was a delightful experience. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for all of my flower needs!

With Covid19 most places were closed and i was trying to think of which 'classy' florists i knew of were open.while delivery was fast, was not super happy with a mother's day arrangement that was slapped together in a hurry, lots of cheap mums, the leaves not even removed from the stem so when my mom sent me a picture the water was already mucky from one day! I think they were busy and had been pre-making bouquets, nothing about mine was elegant or feminine.however i ordered it over the phone so i couldn't really pick out the best flowers.lesson learned.

Mary created the most BEAUTIFUL flowers for my wedding. People commented that the bridesmaids bouquets looked like a bridal one
. And that my bridal bouquet was unbelievable. She incorporated all of the colours of my wedding perfectly and even added some other pops of colour to really complete my bridal bouquet perfectly. I would 100% recommend Mary to anyone needing any floral design services (and her prices were very reasonable)!

I’ve taken Mary’s class at The Toronto Flower School, and have also ordered arrangements on numerous occasions. Mary is always using up to the minute modern ingredients and techniques, the recipients of her designs are always so impressed! My bridal bouquet from The Monarch Florists was absolutely beautiful. You don't realize how important a beautiful bouquet is until you get your photos back and my bouquet was the finishing touch as it was exactly what I wanted and needed to complete my bridal vision. Mary was great to work with as she was very transparent about the flowers that were available in season as I got married in February. I was also working within a budget and so she was able to create the garden style bouquet I wanted with the color scheme and flowers I was looking for. I highly recommend them and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Monarch Florist is Amazing! I've been dealing with Mary for years, I've never met anyone so wonderful and passionate about their work. From sending flowers to important clients, funerals, my wedding and celebrating special occasions she has always been there for me with supplying such beautiful arrangements.

If there is ever an issue as sometimes flowers can be unpredictable she is always welcoming to talk to her about it. Always putting the client first and having their best interest at heart.

Friendly, Welcoming and Great Sense of Humour! There is a reason why she has been in Port Credit all these years. She is truly the best florist in the GTA and recommend to her to everyone for the floral needs.

Bought a bouquet for valentines day with mixed colored Roses. Wasn't impressed to see bulsh Rose's already on its last leg but the others looked fine. On day 4,3 of the roses had wilted in addition to the 1 that was now dead. Very unimpressed considering I have exclusively purchased my flowers at Monarch for any occasion.

Happy with the look of the arrangement but disappointed with the quality of roses. It was delivered on Sunday and Monday the tips of the roses were already turning brown and by Tuesday they were all dead. I was very disappointed!

I received a bouquet of hydrangeas as a gift ; they were from Monarch Florist. Being a gardener myself, I know that hydrangeas are a very hardly cut flower so I was expecting to enjoy them for at least 5 days. The day after I received them, they started to wilt- by the second day they were completely wilted. Very disappointed.
