I’m a contractor I purchase paint here all the time. The service is spectacular and Trevor in particular is very good with assisting with all aspects of paints and paper. I can call ahead and they get my entire order ready for pickup. I highly recommend this place and will continue to purchase from them.

Helpful - but this whole benjamin moore paint formula change is a racket designed to make you repaint and use more paint since the colors and sheens don’t match the old colors and sheens

Unprofessional staff. Very limited knowledge about products they are selling. They will give you incorrect information to sell more and make more money on you.
I explained that I need to do small interior touch ups and asked what sheen Benjamin Moore sample has. Staff said that sample is not egg-shell sheen so I need to buy a big can. But on the official Benjamin Moore web-site it says that all samples are egg-shell sheen. I needed exactly egg-shell sheen. Instead of buying sample for 7$, staff of the shop misled me and sold me a big can for 53$.
Shame!
