On certain products even the contractor discount was more expensive than other places, some employees can be a bit salty on the phone. On the positive side, they know their stuff. Very informative and helpful. They carry a wide selection of products and tend to cater to the contractors so you're in and out fast. They will premix over the phone so you just, have to pop in to pay and go.

Great place to go for all your painting needs. They are popular with Pro's and very helpful with DIY's. Great customer service and quite knowledgable.

Great Paint Store! They have so much selection for paint, staff who really know their stuff, and free parking to boot! When we were first locked down in March 2020 (COVID19), I needed a lot of paint for my family room/basement bath/garage entry/stairs. I was able to order using email (they even made suggestions regarding better products for my purposes) and they brought it out to my car when I arrived. Customer service is excellent. You'll be glad you chose Monarch - you'll get the right paint every time.

Good selection but the associate was VERY helpful. I've been back twice since. Only problem is I can't Remeber his name and he didn't have a bus card. But I like this place

This is the paint store I drive out of my way to go to. Superior customer service. Knowledgeable on the products and the recommendations are spot on. I'd give these people a 6th star if I could. The only store to fix a paint problem, when all the others I called had no idea how to resurrect 8 year old oil based primer and only wanted to sell me another can. Thank you, thankyou, thank you. Keep doing what you do, they way you do it.

Menards store very high skill they're very friendly it's a very professional store I think they're one of the best store in GTA

Excellent paint store. They carry many product lines and have knowledgeable and friendly staff.

As a pro, I was surprised that they wouldn't accept an order over the phone simply because I'd never done business with them before. It occurred to me as a lack of trust on their part and I understand that they have to have company procedures.
That being said, this is a busy, well stocked store with lots of unique products. I was treated very well when I showed up.

These guys are the best at what they do the staff are friendly and knowledgeable I would recommend them to any home owner or contractor
