Monarch Park Clinic

I booked an appointment with the walk in clinic for a Pap smear. It was a great experience. I originally left a message to book my appointment but they called back the next day and got an appointment in the near term. I was treated well at the clinic, the doctor took the time to introduce himself and explain things before moving ahead. Would happily go back.
Also note that they are now at 840 Coxwell Ave.

Dr J is very good. You can tell he really cares about patients' wellbeing. There's a life labs on the same floor and it's very convenient as well.

If you are looking for a careful and patient doctor, do not choose this place. The doctor's interview was rushed and he was in a hurry to move on to his next patient. I went to the clinic after reading earlier comments about similar situations. I regret not believing what they said. So if you are seeing this comment, I hope you can think about it

They made my partner an appointment at a time that no doctors were in the clinic. So they went in for the time the receptionist booked them in for, waited, and then were told no one could see them due to a booking error. Big waste of time and energy.

Often difficult to get hold of them in the phone and the hours can be a little awkward if you have to work until four. But Dr. Jafrudy has one of the best bedside manners I've ever seen and I've always found the staff very efficient.

Dr. Jafrudy did more for me in a few weeks than my previous family doctor did in years. Although they're usually very busy I've never felt rushed and the staff are always friendly. Also, they always respond to my calls promptly and professionally.

Went in to this clinic and for some of the tests the doctor was running he wasnt even looking at me.he was asking me to stand one one leg to check my balance, having me touch my nose then his finger ect, but was staring at the wall behind me the the whole time instead of paying attention to my tests

Awesome doctor! I've been going to him for the last 8 years and he became my whole family's doctor (my hubby's, my daughters', my mother's and mine). We all love him as he's very caring, always listens to the health concerns at hand and his staff is also really awesome!
