Sean Kim was a superstar. I have been in the service industry for 20 years and have witnessed such a decline in customer service at all levels of retail (average-luxury). Sean was a refreshingly natural yet professional and extremely virtuous sales rep. He did more than he had to and it was all about how well he listened to my dilemma. This is after 5 previous visits where I did not get any decent level of service. Was told a damage product couldn’t be sold and then I saw the same product for sale multiple times. If it hadn’t been for Sean Kim, I was on the verge of giving up on finding what I needed from the store. Also a big thank you to the young lady who helped with the matter (sorry I didn’t get your name). Will not forget this exceptional service from Sean Kim.

The worst products with the most ridiculous prices! Customer service is lovely until you need their help, don’t even go closer to that store! The quality is equally to any $100 coat that you can buy at department store! And the customer service department is even worst don’t batter to call.

I came in looking for some tee shirts and was welcomed right away. Tennille helped me with what I originally came in for and went above and beyond. She was so friendly and gave great advice. I ended up leaving with some gifts and things for myself. She went above and beyond what I had expected and even helped me with all my bags from a previous store. Great customer service at this location, I felt like I was shopping with my friend! Thanks so much for the great experience!

Worst quality for a super high priced $$ brand. Stitching came out twice and they took long to fix. Last time, Moncler at Hold Renfrew didn’t even bother to call.

Both service and quality was very poor!

I bought shirt from Yorkdale location, some how went to return they refused to refund, first there is no return policy is written on cash register, but sales lady bring portable card machine to me in the middle of store didn’t took me to cash register second I asked her can i return she said yes, but didn’t mentioned that only store credit.
Went back to talk to manager he was very hope less keep saying i can’t do anything thing and told me that I am lying about that my associate must have told me about return policy
Gave me phone number asked me to call, assistant manager was acting like no ones very in helped

Honestly shout out to the super friendly sales women in this store. Even though I didn’t buy anything I was still treated with respect and felt valued you guys literally made my day. All luxury retailers should use this business strategy understanding that your products are very expensive and some people are just interested in the history of the brand and learning about a piece that interests them. The staff at moncler are very down to earth and friendly. Thanks for the water!:)

Make sure to ask sales associate about the return policy before making the purchase. No refund allowed. Only store credit. Associates at this location never tell customers this.

Moncler classic designs are the best Not to excited about their new designs. It goes to show that simplicity in design is always better.

Ordered online! Never recieved! Also phone customer service was so poor! Zero professionalism! Lady chose to hang up on me rather than be a problem solver! Will never wear this brand again!

Always a pleasant experience and many helpful salespeople that made you feel valued and welcome. You never felt disrespected no matter what you wore. And I appreciate that. I bought a few pieces here (like the classic black Maya) but the only thing that takes the star down is that, as is the nature of European luxury items in Canada, the prices are like 60-70% pricier than European prices. And it just feels a bit.much.

I got a parka from this store and I had a lovely, pleasant experience with Ashley’ s customer service. I returned my parka for exchange of style and she was very welcoming in second time of experience like first time, Will shop again from this store and her (Ashley).

Dear Trisella (not sure if I spell it correctly) and team yorkdale

Just spoke with Trisella on the phone regards repairing a jacket. Surprisingly poor poor customer service, would not kindly let me finish my sentence, and did not listen what the my concern is, you really need listen first then give solution. I’m not here to babysit, and teach you how to do your job. You are not a answer machine, you don’t have to keep repeating. Three unfortunately in 10 secs, I asked nicely if I can bring it in for you guys to see it at least, hard no you can not bring your jacket in, at least to see? Anything I asked is no. It is not just about selling everyday, after service does matter. Please have more faith and respect in your work, you are representing the entire brand.

Amazing service From Michael the manager from New York that currently working here in Yorkdale! I came to change size for my newly purchased jacket and even though that the 20 days past he will able to do everything for me and i left very happy! Thanks Michael with Moncler Yorkdale will be coming again with my wife to buy more!

Very very bad customer service. Quite disappointing to say the least. Have bought a lot of Moncler items over the years from many of their boutiques including this one. To have such expensive products and not have proper customer service and care is a disservice to the customer.

Just picked up a jacket and toque from this location the experience was very pleasant. When I arrived a lady opened up the door for me, another lady was kind of confused to see me I don't know why but the service another gentleman in the store showed me made up for that awkward situation. He got my stuff, tied a bow on a bag and gave me a water on my departure. All in all a good experience. 5

Went into this store a few days ago, no idea who works there and who are customers. No one attended to me after being inside looking around for 15mins. The only one I know is an employee for sure is the security guard by the front door. Stock is low and choices are few in here.

If you want to shop Moncler, go to the one inside Holt Renfrew. The sales rep there are very helpful and attentive.

I came in to purchase a vest from Moncler, and the sales associate Ashley, went above and beyond what I expected. She stayed in contact with me making sure the sizing and everything was perfect for me. I just want to acknowledge her by saying she really is a great employe and will definitely look out for you there.
