The ladies here are extremely unhelpful you can rephrase your question 5 times and they Just keep repeating the same sentence and telling you know you're not approved which is fine but when I'm trying to understand the reasoning behind not being approved and you just tell me "our system says ur not approved" over and over without explaining why It's extremely frustrating. Makes me feel like maybe they weren't trained properly and they just don't know what to say so they just don't say anything and ignore your question altogether. This is the 1st negative review or review altogether I've ever left for a company it was just a really disappointing experience

Went in one day to cash a rent supplement cheque to pay my rent. The girl working instantly turned her nose at me when she found out I got the cheque from a halfway I was staying at prior to me getting my own place. She didn't believe me when I gave her the address and the writer of cheque. As soon as I proved it to her she told me to leave and that she didn't feel comfortable helping me out. She stood far from the glass as soon as I walked in and said she couldn't serve me and ran to the back. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

It is in moments when you need a break that a loan by friendly staff comes in handy. A friend of mine was in that predicament and was able to get the money he needed right when he needed it and the staff were helpful, kind and efficient.

Always here to help me when needed and they have great customer service.

Amazing customer service. Everyone is welcoming and so helpful especially Jackie I cant thank you enough. Jackie is so pleasant, and I also miss 2 other staff that left the company. I recommend this branch.

Never went into the store because i called the location to get simple information and was given rude answers and attitude.then when i went to check the information on the website and called another location they informed me the information on the website is wrong and needs to be updated. So if customers cant get through on the phone and website is out of date there no real information we can gain other than wasting time going into a store where the employees seem to not care who you are because they get away with terrible behaviour

Worst experience - They deny you a loan, and they do not disclose the reason. People that work here don't care at all about their customers.
This place is only out to steal your information. Beware
