Before I go to Moneymart I read reviews first which branch has the best customer service and also because this is a money matter situation and this location got me. The process of my transaction was smooth, fast and they are friendly especially the one who assisted me. She is "MAE".

I have been coming to this store for a long time as high value customer, and the manager is wonderful there, they always accommodate me in any way they can and treat me very nice. Also Sunali is well informed about everything, very courteous and always has a smile on her face.
Every time I have to send money back home I always go here.

Mae and Sunali, every time i encounter them.they are very pleasant. They both always have a smile on their faces. Mae has helped me tremendously over the years that I’ve been using this money mart location. I’ve lived in this area all my life and Mae is a wonderful addition to that money mart branch. She’s personable, very patient and understanding and yet very very knowledgeable and professional. The other staff members as well. She passes on her leadership skills and it shows. I never have an unpleasant experience.

I''ve have been a customer of this branch for so long, Mae and Diego is so professional dealing with your financial problem. Even though i changed my address i still go with this branch because of them.

Dont waste your time here just go to the one at dufferin and st clair, it's not fair that one employee gets to ruin this location but because of her I decided to go to a further location despite its convenience and being a regular customer. I always feel like she is scrutinizing me in every way and as if she was being condescending towards me. My cheque is legitimate as it should be like always! Yet you refuse to cash my cheque which you yourself know at this point would b my payday.
So with my injured foot I had to traverse through snow only find to out you just needed to scan it twice. Thank you so much for that.
