I had a great experience here! Amanda was super professional and kind and helped me out to exchange cash for my vacation.

On dec 8 around 5: 30-40pm the counter lady become very rude and return a new client with cheque for asking very simple question and says clients has no right to ask question.due to being new client he asked her a simple question (client askes a lot question to be asked and her response was take your chequ and leave the store) i took the new client to the store myself and being regular customer at this location i was very disappointed and will never go back there again.she has also refused to give her name and she does not have a name tag too.

Christine has served me at two locations and she is the best. Even with long lines she always has a smile on her face and is friendly. Great customer service

Austin was amazing! My work cheque wasn’t deposited into my account through direct deposit and I needed the Monday right away, I didn’t want to wait 5 days when depositing it to my own account through my bank. Austin helped me out and made sure I got my cash in a timely manner. Amazing service!

Not all Money Mart are equal. I've used their services enough times now to believe the quality of service you'll receive is directly related to the staff.

After trying the local Money Mart in my neighbourhood (to no avail), I was directed to this location with the information they'd be able to help. I was greeted by Marielle and not only was she able to help, but her professionalism shone through the whole process. Because I've encountered issues with other locations, I was somewhat skeptical that the transaction could be done so quickly and smoothly, but it is true.

Looking at the average score for this location it's clear to me that this is one of the best Money Mart locations.

I have been here multiple times, and as usual, the service is always quick, Crystal was helping me, and she is very helpful and attentive.

The manager is really welcoming and kind I go there regularly to withdraw money and I can guarantee the speed and efficiency of the service

I’ve been going to this location for about five years now and I love it it’s my favourite money mart location where I cash my checks I received my Western Union transfers and what other services I require Amanda is a great customer service rep and always delivers quality service and leaves happy and the new manager seems to be very dedicated To ensure the valued customers Leave with a positive experience thank you so much for helping me out really makes you feel like you’re at home

I was at Money Mart on Thursday at 268 Parliament St yesterday. Moya was a tremendous help to me, I sent money to a family member in Brooklyn in December of last year. Which is far beyond the 3 month time period that the money transfer remains active.

I was given the run around on the phone by various agents. When I called WU (9 times) I was transfered, told I could pickup my money, the issue which prevented me from receiving the money was rectified when it was not at all rectified

I was waiting for a friend down the street to finish the installation of an alarm. I was in a rush to get back to the car cause my phone battery was about to die.

Moya was very diligently working at resolving this from her end while following the protocol that the company has set for her to follow. She was amazing. The people on the phone all appeared to be ignorant to the steps needed to refund expired money except the last man I spoke to.

I thank Moya for her help greatly she was directing the WU staff thorough part of the process while helping others. This took over an hour for WU to get done correctly with me on the phone. Moya's multitasking was impeccable and her knowledge of the steps to refund this money transfer helped those who were delaying it on the WU END. Unfortunately she needed them to do their part before I could get the money back. It was long a long process, my friend finished his installation and I was still on the phone for about another 20 mins. Moya helped to expedite process. She is well trained, knowledgeable. Thank you very kindly Moya.

I am very greatful for them specially during this difficult times of COV they have been more then understanding then I could have ever hope for. I.do not recommend this place I canceled a money transfer they returned the money but they charged me the money for the shipment I think that was a robbery because they charged me for a service that never happened
