I went in for the first time today to get a money order. She couldn't register me so she called their technical support line for help. The line couldn't take calls so she told me there was nothing she could do for me. I left and went somewhere else. Simple as that.

I went there with a problem - issue with my name, middle name has to be added up. She advised me to let the sender call the Customer Service number written on the receipt and that i told my cousin. Unfortunately, i was told thr number wasn't in service. WhatttttH! But she's so helpful that she asked me what was going on before i even asked her. It ended up with not leaving the store empty handed, she made it happen!

This store is the best of all the stores in the City. They are the fastest and kindest group of professionals I have seen in the last 15 years of the 32 years I have been in business. It is remarkable that the service levels can be so different from location to location. If You would like to be treated with respect and also speedily this is the store to go to. The management here is so remarkable that I am going to call head office and ask that whatever they are doing to make their customers so happy, should be added to their Nation Wide Training Manual’s. Every time I’m coming to this store I always get a good customer service. All the people working here are friendly and always help me out. I’ve been doing the service for over 16 yrs. I cashed my cheques here, money transfers. Excellent work

They tried to put my work check on hold which I said no cause my rent was due that day and It wasnt even the first time I cashed a check from that workplace at this same location. The 24/7 cash money up the street cashed it no problem 15 minutes later. Its the incompetent employees who chose to treat you like a criminal don't let them blame head office.

Horrible experience, went to cash a cheque and felt like I was treated like a criminal. The man who served me was hard to hear rude and seemed very impatient. I will never come and use their services again. I suggest you don't as well!

Busy location.more chanes need but many changes over time.good location bus or walking distance to Eglinton Crosstown Station and kennedy subway station and buses.divers customer based.

Place is always clean and they always have at least two tellers. Great location considering the hours.
