I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at the Western Union store today, specifically dealing with an employee identified as VK. When I expressed a preference to skip providing my email to avoid spam, he rudely tossed my passport back at me, stating, 'Then go work elsewhere. ' This incident reflects a consistent pattern of disrespectful behavior at this location. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when seeking services here.

I cannot believe the gracious, affable service, which I have just received at Moneymart Dalhousie, by Princess! Not only was she quick to come and serve me, but she smiles graciously and often during the service. Besides, her voice is also remarkably melodious! I even complimented her on it, saying that it was as pleasing to hear as a female voice of one of those late night radio shows where people call to confess their existential difficulties and happinesses! She even took genuine interests in me both personally and professionally (for I had told her I am night worker), and I also took delight in hearing her tell me of her native background, civil situation in Canada (I wished her good luck to one of her most important, forthcoming tests! She even so carefully listened to the few advice, which I could furnish her on the preparation to the said test, and also thanked me so graciously!), and some of her so exciting future personal plans! It was such a treat, and I invite more and more customers of her to exchange more of these delightful conversations with her, which are both quite inspiring and most amusing in their natures!) On payday loans, Princess simplified me the process by printing once for all the pieces of identification, which I had brought, which other colleagues, who there served me previously, were not so thoughtful as to propose me! Moreover, Princess so intelligibly and patiently explained to me the auto-cure process, which enables a client of theirs in pecuniary difficulties to pass a certain number of failed payments and be able to catch up with them much later on without, however, being penalized by the extended payment mode that is in force. I did not know this so advantageous mode of payment existed, and yet I am by no means a new customer to Money Mart! Neither am I new to the borrowal of loans. I was delighted at learning of this mode, and still happier to learn, still with Princess, of the possibility of contracting a new line of credit whilst having to settle certain amounts on this same line of credit. This procedure is quite similar to that which Pay2Day offers. I think this procedure so thoughtful, really so obliging to customers, especially as the possibility of reloaning with Money Mart remains possible on the same day when this procedure takes place! Even though the computer did not enable us to know how much I was eligible to today, I was not at disappointed, especially as Princess had just so swiftly completed the paying off and reloaning of my payday loan, not to mention she had also taken the trouble to indicate me the number to be dialed in order to discuss the hitch which we had encountered in the said process of calculating how much I was eligible to respecting the line of credit. Apropos, another thing I must add here is that Princess graciously receives compliment on her toilette in good taste, which adds to the grace of her service, I find! I warmly recommend to any Money Mart customer, whether a long or a new customer, to go and experience the entire charms of Princess’ customer service at Moneymart Dalhousie, especially as it is situated in such a captivating portion of downtown Ottawa!

I have been a customer of this location over ten years, the staff has always been great! Pakshi has gone above and beyond to help me recently! I cant thank her and this location enough for the great service!

Service at this money mart was impeccable. I was served quickly by the female employee who's name I do not remember. She was extremely courteous and professional. There were 3 people ahead of me when I was there but they were served fairly quickly. I would definitely use this money mart again.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The younger gentleman answered all of my questions, so politely. Great customer service!

Money Mart Branch # 40 has been very good at resolving any issues and has always been client centric. I would like to give an excellent mention to Bob Crowe who has, over the years been very flexible and has at times gone over and above in providing needed documentation to resolve issues. As well, another employee, Oral Roberts, has given me an opportunity to look at cost-effective alternatives to costly Payday Loans.

DO NOT BUY TITANIUM MASTERCARDS FROM MONEY MART SCAM ALERT! Someone at money mart is giving these card numbers out I got frauded i never used this card online or in person anywhere.only people who knew this card number were money mart employees! BEWARE
