You where so patient, friendly, professional, efficient and helped me with a consistent smile on your face with my transaction sending issue and technical. You helped me with connecting to a customer service representative to cancel the previous transaction and did patience a new transaction. You helped me to verify and helped resolve the problem with us both trouble shooting through the issue together.
We spent about 2 hours to have the issue resolved. In the final attempt the transaction was completed.
