It's an amazing service at this money mart, always a smile on my face from my face from my friend navneet when I leave, lots of love to the staff in the house, hope you having a great day at work navneet big up you self

I was addressed by pooja and she was so nice to me.and helped me to get my things done within few minutes.

Very bad customer service. She treat like angry on me just for denied to cash a cheque after spending 20 minutes to another customer (customer said her if it’s not working then it’s okay but she try again and again just to spend time) and she try to time pass as she know just 20 minutes left. Once it close to 5 she said it’s closing time. If the staff thinking is just work for hours then it’s not good for the business. And money mart is not a grocery store (one customer effect a lot). So need to think about it. Thanks

It was my first time at Moneymart. I didn't know what to expect. I was helped by a lady named Cindy. She was so kind and helpful.

Despite the presence of a lot of customers that evening, she was able to process my request efficiently and calmly, while assisting her colleague with others customer.

I was there on Friday evening when I got an excellent and most warm welcoming customer service from Petermann she does know her stuff and she could explain to me in detail about the loans and service that again for all your help and for putting a smile again on my face

Most horrible and uncooperative staff. My elderly mother forgot her glasses and the lady on the counter didn't even bothered to read out the details to her. Not only unhelpful but she was also making faces when she asked for more assistance.

I was at store on 5th may around 7 pm there were 2 ladies were. I was helped by indian lady and she was not professional at all while helping me Very rude lady never gonna back to this store. As I am ex money mart employee not expecting such rude behaviour of money mart team. Her opr Id for western union is (Mee). Please ladies show some respect and smile thats our job.

Very bad customer service. She put wrong amount into system and forced me to sign on slip. I requested that you entered wrong digits, she said she can’t help me. I refused to sign and ask to cancel transaction. She did not even told me customer service number and leave counter in angry mood and went in back office to call someone that customer is very difficult. Thanks to the other staff member who guide me how to cancel it. Very bad behaviour. Very bad experience.

Happened on April 28 around 7: 30 to 7: 45 went into the store to send some money and the person servicing me was a very rude, ignorant older lady and started arguing with me about my kid not wearing a mask when my kid is 3 and she does not need one, and then stupid lady wouldn't make me onother account as it was a while I haven't used it, she was only in a hurry to close the store and get out of there I f you don't like your job just quit and someone else could work instead of lazy people

The worst customer service. The lady working there on Sep 28th'2020 between 6pm to 9pm was the most rude employee I have ever seen in my life. Reason for me providing the date and time is because she rudely spoke to me and then did not share her name when asked. I dnt know for what reason company hires such employees. There was no option to select "0" rating else I would have given that.

The worst Money Mart western union services ever to pick up cash they will always say that the system is unavailable and can't give out any cash orders but when you want to send money they will happily do it for you. The staff is very rude here there is a serious lack of management here they are always making new rules and say that it's the companies policy that is complete BS. The staff needs to be trained here specialy they way the talk to their customers
