Horrible customer service. They can’t even communicate in simple English. Attitude galore I actually saw the clerk snap on a senior citizen disgusted by the customer service.

Today I went this place western union and I have very very bad experience seriously I have never seen this type of staff before I want to give some suggestion to there owner or manager please teach some lessons to there staff that how to deal with customers and how to talk with people, the staff talk very very rude to me and few days ago my friend visited this place and told me the same but today I also experienced very very bad staff I give them 0 for customer service they need customer dealing classes please don’t visit this place one thing more I saw one customer go back after waiting so long for them and they have 0 service.

Terrible service I called ahead of my visit and was told they were open 24 hours. Once I arrived at the location was left in the lobby for an hour while the employees hide in the back and I watched at least 6 customers leave frustrated. 3 employees ignoring all customers 1

Employees are very very rude, went there yesterday and I had the hardest time accessing services. These females they hire need to be trained properly on how to deal with people and top showing so much discrimination and attitude towards hard working people.

Idk what these employees keep doing inside man. You go to this location wait for 10-15 mins keep calling the employees and nobody shows up. I always end up leaving as is.

Just got approved for a great loan! I want to thank Sukhwinder for her wonderful service and helping me understand how things work.

Worst experience ever. I came here for the first time but naah! Not gonna be back! There customer service is horrible. Wait times, bad attitude of the lady in front for no reason! They shouldn’t give service like this. The Indian girl have unpleasant behaviour! Please don’t visit this branch or they need to teach their employees how to treat their customers! I would have given ZERO rating!

Horrible experience and customer service! I went on Sunday Nov. 13 at around 3am to exchange money that I desperately needed for my mothers birthday. The worker I don’t know her name was giving me attitude for absolutely no reason then asked me for my number then quickly said ”we don’t do exchanges here leave” I understand that the world is crazy right now but that was unacceptable!
I will be contacting the store manager if not the store manager then the franchise manager this can’t go on! I see many reviews that are Similar something needs to change.
I went to another location in Mississauga that was open 24 hr.
Don’t go to this location they don’t care for your money and please Money Mart hire better people that deserve that position.

Very bad customer service specially at this location, two. Ladies just making u fool. They keep your documents even if u don’t want loan. I just asked them for my id and my bank papers back they refused it made excuses and force me to register with them. Really very disappointed. If there is any management please take a look at your employes.

Every time u call in they are always with a line up mean wile i was outside the store calling in after a bunch of tries and the store was completely empty I could see the dust falling and they never do they job right they never go in the account to get instalments and after years they go to collections mean wille u thing that every thing it’s ok and they never know what’s going on

Literally the worst customer service to start off with. Staff members are rude, not knowledgeable at all about services and dealing with customer period. I would suggest not to go to this location. Seriously the worse experience. Honestly speaking this place doesn’t deserve a star.

I really got fed up from them, they always have some excuses for not doing their work and even they do not have cooperation with other money marts. Last week submitted my check for clarification and now when its cleared they are saying they do not have the money now i know why do people prefer cash money because they will give you the cash amount right away. Money mart is bin of garbage so better not to throw your checks here.

Bad costumer service from Maria at this location she is rude and out of line in costumer service doesn’t know her job

I come here frequently to cash my personal and business cheques The staff and management are polite, professional and delightful.have never experienced one issue or problem with this location or any staff. I purposely come to this location not only because they're 24 hours but because of everything I mentioned.see you again soon!

Excellent place to cash your cheques and all of your payday loans. Mahak was amazing to deal with and a pleasure, highly recommended for all of your financial service needs.

I went into the store last week to send money to Jamaica the lady that was serving me was very pleasant and polite and talk to me about a long-term loan that they offered at the time I do not need it but I did let her know that in the future if I needed it I would come back and see her great job I think she was the manager of the store but I'm not sure.
