There was guy name dhaval and he was was having excellent customer service, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, highly recommend this location:)

The assistant manager Dharti went above and beyond and helped me understand how their products work and took her time and made sure i understood the loans and i am happy i took a loan from this location because she was very confident on how she explained to me. Thank you moneymary.

Had a great experience with Dharti. She helped me with all my questions and concerns. And went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. She did an amazing job.

Giving this review a 1 star normally I'm very pleased with this store but this time I was dealing with a problem of them trying to take out another payment even after I already made the payment trying to deal with this matter after a month, and after to talking to nearly everyone in the store and next to no call backs after being promised time after time.
Today I went to another location and they have already made more progress and almost solved my problem in one visit than I have with this store in a month. I know this store can do better maybe they can work on calling people back when promised and try a little harder to solve a problem that doesn't take a whole lot of time.
The person I delt with today didn't understand why this couldn't be delt with sooner

They called my cell number. I returned the call and they say they are collecting although I have never done business with Money Mart and don't live even close to London. The young man I spoke to says the name he has on file is female and refused to remove my phone number from their system. He told me to just block their number. In his words "it's just not worth my time because it's a process".

Now you know about Money Mart's professionalism.

This is the best Money Mart I have ever dealt with in London. I always have problems with other branches to get my Western Union transaction. Plus I had a great customer service from phenomenal person called Amanda.
