This used to be a nice, friendly place up until last week. They must have employed a new person who is unbelievably incompetent and rude. She sent money to a different country which caused a 90 year old person at the receiver's end lots of headache.
Now, when I went to this place she tried to overcharge me saying "the rate was different today" compared to the one the day I made the money transfer. Told her it's not fair because it was her mistake not mine, and it's not about extra 6 Dollars I had to pay now, but just a matter of principle. She did not even apologize to me for her own mistake. Instead she was unbelievably rude to me and discriminated me based on my age. Drew me crazy. Up until now I respected MoneyMart as a company, but now I think they should be more selective in choosing their clerks.

This location never has their interact machine working it's always down every week they really need to do something about it especially because this location is in a busy spot and in the middle of a neighborhood

I came to this branch last week and Em helped me out with my Western Union which some done type of delay on the buyer's end. I came back today one week later and Amy and Marie were also very professional and helped me get my Western Union $$ finally.what a relief.your staff is wonderful.you guys keep up the good work.

Have been coming to 4453 for a while now the customer service as been spectacular all the service are great especially Tyesha i see her more than the other she is amazing her communication skill, politeness, the way she welcome you when you enter the store the smile it all ways welcome especially when you have a long busy day Tyesha is always responsive to whenever question or information I ask she is tangible and that's joyful to me great customer service
