Money Mart

The black lady that works here that im assuming is a manager has the absolute worst customer service in your entire company (im not racist as im black and this is not an exaggeration). If the company runs my name they can see im a loyal customer that has been to multiple locations throughout the GTA well now I have no reason to be loyal.

For one the lady is always in everyone’s business. A few months ago I remember coming in for something I have done multiple times at multiple locations including this one. I was being helped by a regular person that helps me here, and from two computers away the black lady/manager telling the person helping me they shouldn’t be doing what they are doing, which I have done multiple times at multiple locations. It ultimately wasted my time for it to be done anyways.

Another example was yesterday (Thursday) afternoon when I came in for a payday loan. I asked since its the afternoon and I get paid tomorrow (Friday) can I pay it back on my next pay since I would ultimately have to come in again today to cancel the loan and re loan again which is pointless on both ends. Once again someone else was helping me and this lady pops out of nowhere and says no its illegal to put the payday loan to my next pay. I explain that I have been to about 5-6 different money mart locations in my life and that all loan places do this. After some time she said oh this is my last time they can put it to my next pay then writes a note on my file to probably tell other locations to not do it. If this is illegal it should of never of been done at all. The fact they moved the person out the way helping me to write on my file is even more ridiculous. One thing she was right about though is not doing it again cause im not returning.

When people look at us black people negatively and judge us, it’s because of people like the lady that works here. I never seen the lady smile, she don’t even introduce herself to people, nothing positive comes out her mouth, always in peoples business. The only thing the lady does not fail to do is provide the worst customer service.

It is surprising to see these guys have 4.6 stars review. I probably had the worst luck of dealing with the two laziest workers then. They need to train their staff better. They ask for your ID, pull up your information and then goes on to joke and giggle. Deal with the customer and then go about your day joking and messing around at work. I had to tell the guy my phone number three times before he stopped getting distracted and finally got my account. Do better money mart. Thank god I don’t have any loan with these guys. I feel bad for the poor souls that has to deal with these disrespectful, untrained, clowns on a regular basis.

I went in for general enquiry where the staff “KRISTAL“ had a pathetic attitude. She would not answer the questions properly and ignore me on my face since I was just enquiring.

Money mart shouldn’t keep such unfriendly staff and so poor in customer service. She behaved as she owned the bank.

Kristal really did a good job in assisting me. Very informative and well explained for their products.

The girl working was very rude for no reason, felt discriminated against, not a friendly attitude it ruined my day going in there.

I’m so glad that they took an action because of my previous comment and brought good people like Zeyneb to this location.
