Went down today (Sunday at 12: 35pm), everywhere says it's open, even the sign on the door but yet there is noone to be found and it's closed. Waste of time and gas. Even if they are out on lunch, there was no communication saying so. Very unprofessional.

I am somewhat happy with this place. They were able to do what I asked (all using a card) but few weeks later, I wanted to cancel. I was able to cancel but I was given a hefty amount of money all in cash

I don’t know if these people buy reviews, but trust me I see 1 star reviews here often and later I don’t see them. There is definitely something going on! Also, if a store has person like cynthia, it can never have such good reviews. Please be careful, this branch is deceiving.

Doesn’t have any idea how to serve a customer. The guy named Kevin was just standing there waiting for Cynthia to help. Didn’t know what to do. Cynthia didn’t ask for my tax information, asked for my bank statements, invoices, every other information and then at the end telling me I also have to submit T4. If you need my tax info to verify my income, you should’ve asked for it in the beginning, not after 2 hours of waiting! This is extremely unprofessional. Also, I would like to know how can you verify last 3 month’s income from last year’s tax assessment!? I went to a different location, talked to the district manager, said T4 isn’t necessary! This girl completely made this up because she didn’t like me (?)

Furthermore, she did a credit check before telling me what documents are required to proceed with the application! I am sure this breaks some kind of law as it was misleading.
