You lost a customer today, I sent money every single month for many many years and lately the manager is been asking about a loan that I have and I paid through a 3rd party, she keeps bringing it up the last 3 times I came to send money so I told her I'm not coming back, I'm just gonna find a different place to send my money, I have no complaints about the brown girl she is very good!

The Chinese or Filipino staff in this location is extremely rude and he doesn’t help me with western union service today. Staff was rude with other customers as well. How is he getting away behaving like this to clients? I don’t blame the staff but company management for not training or properly putting this entitled employe in his place. Terrible experience.

Edit: customer service is a lot worse, I spoke to multiple different people today about one issue, all told me different answers that conflicted with each other. They lie and will tell you whatever to get what they want. They are robots. Go to cash money, do not use money mart no matter what.
