Best place in town to get a loan or cash a cheque and anything else money related. I have very seldomly had an issue with anything and when I have Grace has been amazing at helping out! Grace has been absolutely amazing to deal with and truly is amazing at what she does. She tries her hardest to help you wherever she can and explains everything very clearly. I won't go anywhere else to get a loan or cash a cheque!

Came in recently to receive a western union transfer, Agent asked me for my Phone # to bring up my account, I have used this location recently in the past without an issue.

I provided my phone number and the agent said she could not locate my account, I explained this phone number is one i use primarily for cash lending places and it may not be within the system so she would need to use the information provided by my ID.

She outright refused to even look my name up within the system at which point i lost my temper and called her a LOSER for not bothering to attempt to do her job and left the store and promptly completed my Western Union transfer at the Cash Money Across the street.

Very rude and Very Unprofessional.

I've never had a more pleasant experience loaning some cash. The lady behind the counter, Grace, was extremely nice and friendly and very helpful. She explained everything throughly and made the entire process a pleasant one.

Lovely most helpful.understanding and patient.really help with your needs. Grace is di friendly and delivers exceptional customer service. I would keep coming back to see her. Put me at ease and helped me out sooooo much!

Very very disappointed in Money Mart. I came in for an instalment loan and was approved for 14k I took 2k and was told that I have 30 days if I would like to take more or the full amount, two weeks later I went back for another 2k and they are telling me that I am not eligible. Why not just tell people the truth than lie. I been a customer over 15 years never missed a payment or Been late you would think money mart would have some kinda loyalty to their customers.
