Money Mart

Terrible service. Went here to exchange US dollars. The took 15 minutes of my time, required a lot of personal info, had a terrible rate and put $4 dollars fee on top.
Try to avoid them if possible.

Cadeau’s customer service wqs on point. She was patient at last minute as I entered the store at 7: 55pm.

The black female staff who was at this location on Sunday March 19 at about 2pm was very cold, callous, rude and unprofessional. She was not forthcoming with answers and was not very client friendly. She should not be in a client facing role. She is the type of individual which gives an establishment a bad name just because of her attitude. I recommend she gets the proper training on customer etiquette or find someone more suitable for the role. This was a very poor experience I do not recommend visiting this location for any western union transaction.
I went to a same money mart franchise just a few blocks down the road and was dealt with appropriately and had my funds within seconds.

Simran is awsome employee.very helpful and friendly.i wish all employees can render same service.

The most adorable and calm staff i have ever seen specially simran she is one of the most amazing person i have ever encountered in the financial institution. I recommend everyone if they are short or back on their bills. Just visit once

I went in the store with my friend who was looking to cash out her cheque. There was just one employee, one black lady. I did not get the name. The cheque was taking time because it needed authorization from external agent which I understand. I approached lady unknowingly that the cheque is still pending authorization. I asked her twice about the reason for long wait. She ignored me twice before even giving me an answer without explanation. I asked twice to get explanation but her look told me that she is not at all interested in explaining anything. I believe that store should take some time to teach the staff better customer service skill. OR loose customers as they already are.

Miss Pawan is very kind with her customers. She helped to cash in my checks. I got one of the best care as a customer from her

The store administrator, Aneesah at these location made my experience wonderful. It was towards the end of the night and the store was closing. Luckily, she let me in. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. Aneesha's customer service was near impeccable. I would return and encourage my friends and family to go there as well. Thank you Money Mart for such a great experience and meeting my needs.
