The lady inside this store is not polite speaking to me as if I was her kid I told her good morning 3 times and she acted as if she didn’t hear me, I was there to send money fill out the paperwork and gave her my drivers license she wanted another additional Id, I didn’t bother to use their service because it was the second time she did that to me in 1 month

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Noel from Money Mart. He was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and explain the process in detail. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was comfortable with every step. I highly recommend Money Mart and Mr. Noel for all of your financial needs.

To the rude asian lady who claims to have been working there for longer than a decade (which may not be the accomplishment you think it is) you need to find a new job or go back to training. Your attitude is abysmal, your customer service skills are atrocious. You think just because you have seniority you can treat people poorly? Going through menopause is quite natural, you don't need to take it out on people just trying to go about their day.

As a local business owner I highly recommend not coming to this location and will likely avoid this place in the future unless someone holds a gun to my head and forces me to withdraw money from that specific store.

Excellent service from the ladies who work here they always got a smile on, even underneath the masks, and help you as quick as possible, which is a problem at most money marts. 5 stars just for the service!

We came twice to pick up money from this place as people has sent us money from aboard and both occasions they said they don't have cash to give. This is a pathetic place and should be called broke mart rather then money mart. Waste of time.

Incredibly rude & insultive staff. I was told by their shift supervisor “What you gonna do about it” when I was inquiring about a strange monetary charge disputed even by the Western union. You don’t have to trust me, just give them a call & speak with Sheila. You will get yelled, feel being called stupid & insulted. Never step a foot where you pay them money to expand & in return get treated like trash. 0 stars

Was there many times before they made mistake 2 times counting the money have to come 3 timesto fix it have wait in line and at the not even sorry very rude people and they accused it was my mistake this not how u treat the customer people please avoid this place there are too many cash points around really u will regret this place

I am more than happy to share my experience with this particular store because they helped me alot when I had a tough time in this pandemic. The staffs at this store provided the best service for myself and my wife.always friendly and efficient.very helpful and kind.we only go to this location because of the great service they are providing. Simply I am totally satisfied with their service. THANK YOU GUYS for working between this pandemic for us.

I would like to say that Samantha's customer service is EXCEPTIONAL out of all who works at the VP and Sheppard location. I've been going there for 2 years and I've never experienced a bad encounter with her. She's always on point and very informative.

I came for a payday loan, Mr. Gautham (I believe he is the Manager) was very professional and helped me choosing the best possible loan.
I am completely satisfied with the customer service and surely will comeback.

Agressive and impolite staff, went there for a western union transfer and the sirilankan girl behind the counter turned her back and walked in the middle of the conversation and started mocking my accent with her coworker.
Not recommended!
