A nice restaurant and bar, good atmosphere, NHL available on big tv screens at the bar and dining area. Super friendly staff, Throfena gave very good and welcoming service. Good selection of beers and non-alcoholic drinks. Plenty of parking available. I recommend to pay this venue a visit.

I usually don't like writing bad reviews, but this one deserves it.
Seemed badly understaffed for All You Can Eat ribs night. It took forever to get the next round of ribs! And on top of that they weren't tender or moist at all!
Someone at my table ordered fish and chips, and the fish came out burned. We sent it back and it came out burned again!
The Kapow shrimp was actually quite good. But you can get the exact same dish at Milestones next door.

The food is hearty and very flavourful! I did find the pulled pork sandwich to be a little chewier than I would have liked, but still pretty good.
Lathija is an awesome bartender! Her and all the rest of the staff are super friendly and attentive! Never a shortage of good vibes at this place. Any mistakes are always swiftly corrected without issue too.
And the atmosphere? I mean come on… it’s a Montana’s. The atmosphere alone is sometimes the reason I come here, just to forget that I live in a big city.

Shannon was amazing. I ordered a medium steak and it came out well done and Shannon quickly rectified the situation and replaced it with a medium steak. She not only replaced the steak but the whole meal.

Fabulous food, Wonderful atmosphere and Janet is amazing at her work and also writing things in reverse!

Shannon took great care of us. Will be back to this location next time I’m in town. Thank you Montana’s

We got the KAPOW! Shrimp, and Beef Nachos, along with some beers of course. The KAPOW! Shrimps were our MUST HAVES, the shrimps were perfectly crispy, sauce was like a spicy-er sweet chili thai. The Beef Nachos were loaded with jalapenos, scallions, peppers, onions, cheese and beef chunks!

This location also has covered patio!

The food and drinks were good.but Janets service is GREAT! She was very attentive and personable. She has great knowledge on the menu and gave us good referrals for some meals and flavours! Would definitely visit again based on Janets service. It was nice to watch her work the floor (from a managers perspective) and her take care of all the tables. You have a great employee.give her a raise

A loyal customer who has always enjoyed their food and have yet to had a complaint except for today. Ordered a portion of sweet potato fries for pickup, only to find the container half empty!

It is something that could be overlooked especially if the restaurant is busy. However, upon contacting the restaurant, the explanation offered was " that this is now the standard portion size and it has been reduced due to the covid pandemic".

As far as explanations go I have yet to hear one that has me this stunned! I was expecting to simply let it pass this time as their food has always been great but not anymore when you realise that customers are not exactly their top priority.

On April 11, I ordered Poutine which was prepared by. Glenn-he stuck around after his shift to greet me-what a great guy! I also met Eric-a Steeler Fan.wow.they both greeted the person I purchased the Poutine for.in her car!
On May 08, I met Janet-who was just. AMAZING-but guess who greeted me as I entered the Take Out Area-Glenn! Needless to say, the food was fresh, cooked to perfection, and I do hope Janet is a proud Grandma after last evening-Eric wasn't there, but should be given full credit for tremendous Associates.as Arnold said-I'll be bach.lol.lol.

Super friendly staff. Was visiting for work and had a hard time finding places to eat. Walked in to Montana's and they were great, just had to wait outside for them to prepare my food.

Not coming back to this location again, as I had a server add a $5 tip to the bill herself.ordered 1 order of Oven-baked Antojitos along with 1 order of Kapow Shrimp but the bill was over 30 bucks somehow when it should’ve been under $30.00 with tax included.lol waste. I think our servers name was Kelly (some older aged female server who sounds cracked out when she speaks), you’ll notice it if you are greeted by her but hopefully she doesn’t serve any of you! This all took place last night, so I’m sure management will know who it is that I’m talking about lol.

Ordered Fall off the bone ribs for a Birthday dinner via uber (first time) Dinner arrived fast - socially distanced (very impressive) The Dinner was TERRIBLE! The Ribs had to pried from the bone, the coleslaw was sour, the Sweet potatoes fries were burnt and dried up - Not a Happy Birthday experience. It appeared the dinner was returned.warmed up and sent out again. This was not the experience we had at the same Montana's before lock down. I will not be ordering again! Rib lovers Beware. ;

One of the better Montana's locations. Food is good and has a great vibe both when busy and not so busy. Service was also good.

Went to this location for the 3rd time and left just as happy as the first 2 times! 4 stars only because my 9 year old was quite sad that there was no cotton candy milkshake available, and thats her go-to item there. But, I had the best beer battered fish ever, and the steak my husband ordered was SO THICK. I am seriously impressed. Will definitely be back.

If I could give a -5 stars I would! Horrible service. The place was practically empty. My family came in and we’re sitting down at table. We were given the menu then the hostess disappeared not even mentioning that our server will be there soon. As we decided our order we were looking around and hollering at a waitress any waiter that passed by. They did not even acknowledge us. Each one starred at us but did not approach us at all to let us know what was going on. Even the manager didn’t even acknowledge us being there even after trying to get his attention. We were waiting for 30 minutes until we decided to leave because of how rude and not accommodating their service was. They were entertaining every customer except us. Acting as if we weren’t even there! I’m never coming to this restaurant ever again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Waitress was rude and she thought she was being funny. Tried putting in 0.00 as tip but gave up since it wouldn’t let me. Food (chicken burger) was reheated and burnt. Waitress came back to check on us when we were already done.place was mostly empty. Never again. I can make same meal at home at yes—-cheaper cost. The meal prices were higher than they were last time I went.

Owner: try fixing your product instead of apologizing to the negative reviews here. No one really cares about “we apologize for your experience”.

One of the best places to get together with friends over a yummy bite or a nicely served cold drink!

I ordered a 7 oz steak and told the waitress I like it done Chicago style (seared on the outside & red on the inside). When I received my order my steak was pink on the inside. I had to go to the hostess to let her know that my steak was done wrong after waiting 20 mins. It was awhile before the waitress came and another half an hour before she brought the second order to the table. My 2nd steak order was again over cooked. Had to speak to the hostess again to ask for the manager. Now I remember why I avoid the restaurant.extremely bad customer service. The maager said my dinner was at no charge. My rating for my experience is a minus 25 (-25).

Food was delicious! Everything was served very hot. Don't forget to have dessert. The mini doughnuts served hot with powdered sugar and caramel dipping sauce were amazing!

I ordered take out the first time. Heather as always was great. Only wish soft drinks were included for the price

Our beef ribs were sent back they were cold closer to the bone. Otherwise an okay environment. Would be a 4 star review if it wasn't for the cold ribs.

Really like the place! It is very nice, staff very friendly, ManMugs are nice, heavy and cold! Recommended!
