I ordered for curb side pickup - 2 chicken tacos and a burrito bowl. First of all I waited 30 minutes past pick up time/after using the app to notify the restaurant of my arrival to get my food. I finally got tired of waiting and had to call them to get my order sent out to me. We never got an apology and the girl on the phone sounded irritated at me that the food had not been taken yet even though it was their fault. Then by the time I got home obviously my food was cold. The food was all out of place like it had been dropped. When we ate it the chicken was like tree bark - hard and dry. It was super chewy like it was either old or they over cooked it. I have ordered from other Montana’s before but this one was disappointing. Completely ruined dinner, none of us ate properly and threw most of it out. Plus we don’t feel well after eating it.

We had an exceptional dining experience thanks to our server, Raman. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. I had an amazing experience dinning in yesterday night, My server kunwar, he was so kind and patient! He was very helpful with guiding us through the menu. He was quick with bringing our food and helping us. Will definitely come again. It was a pleasure!

We had Raman as our server Absolutely fantastic. Food was unbelievable and having Raman as a server just made everything perfect. I m gonna give 11 ️ out of 10 as she treated us.

Just picked up food from the Trinity common Montanas. I must say that the Hostess, Saban was very nice. She was respectful, helpful and listened to me attentively. She was welcoming and greeted me with a smile. Will return to this location for sure.

Excellent service provided by our server Rita, she is very friendly and attentive to detail. The food was good. The atmosphere was very nice overall excellent we will return to Montana’s a Trinity Common.

I visited this location with my family.and what a disappointment! We sat in a booth, and behind us was a pile of dust! It was disgusting! There was only one server (other one was training with her) Our order took awhile to receive (which I don't understand because the resturant wasn't busy). When we finally got our order, it was cold, buns were stale, the side salad barely had any dressing, and hamburger was gross! I don't understand how Montanas is still in business.

Disgusting! Creamy mac and cheese, smell is off too. Seems like they add ranch sauce in Bramptons montanas, unlike the one I love in barrie.

Brought out main before appetizer, requested main to go back to kitchen. After appetizer, both mains came out, the main that was returned to kitchen was hot but the second main was cold

Great ambiance, food is good. One of the dish wasn’t completed as one the item wasn’t available. Waitress was all over the place, very delayed response time in getting things to the table. Overall, ok but not a wow!

Yesterday Afternoon, my Family got together for lunch At this establishment.from entering this place we noticed wierd, rude, and unsettling behavior. Our server was inept and absent often disappearing, we even seen him eating the cotton candy off the children's drinks. Then 2 drunk guys at different times came in to the restaurant and making everyone uncomfortable, the management/servers seemed scared.and barely did anything to fix this as both drunks casually walked in and out.and as the plates stacked up buddy (server) was once again nowhere to be found what seemed like 2years later the bill arrived from the same inept server.the food was ok, service was terrible

Paying over $250 and getting $25 value meal service

Came here for the first time yesterday and my Server Esthe was very attentive and friendly. She recommended the shrimp for an appetizer and the chipotle fire burger for my main which I loved. Amazing service Esthe!

Food was burnt and gross. Didn't look or taste appetizing.
Luckily the server was very attentive in helping resolve the food. The manager too.

Ambience was gooood, customer service and food could have been better! It’s a good one time try

Usually the service is great, this time it was horrible. Everyone received their order except for me. I was told the kitchen made the mistake. I just canceled my order after I was told that. I like the restaurant so I will go back from time to time.

I have always been a fan of the food however I was really disappointed with the service. The girl in the front who I guess was the supervisor/manager was extremely rude. She asked us to wait for 30 mins and we agreed however the way she took us in and the way she talked to us was very degrading. I work in customer service industry as well and this was no way to treat a customer HOWEVER The waitress who helped us was amazinggg she was so kind and helpful and I loved the way she smiled while service even during busy hours.

Food was good, asked for a bloody ceasar, not spicey, had to ask for clamato, it was too spicy.

In the last few months - I had lunch twice. My server (Sosa) was eh…. I requested for a drink & he was saying things like “yeah…… no it’s gross don’t get that one. ” He talk too fast & does a bit much. I’m not your “love. ” Second time I went - ribs were burnt so badddddd. It was like chalk texture. The Courtneypark location in Mississauga is the best location hands down. Food and service is 100x better.

Service was great, very friendly staff. The food was excellent. The drinks were amazing and dessert was delicious.

Some of my favourite items from here are seasonal so it gets me to return often. However I hate when I’m craving something it’s no longer available. Example the Spivey chicken sandwich I love it but it’s gone. So I had the chicken tenders in a medium sauce and it was delicious. My freins had the Mac cheese and we shared the churros!

The food is not great and the brisket sandwich was nothing more than processed meat. The service was fantastic! Big shout out to Anthony who was personable and polite. This was first time we had been back to Montanas in some time and still disappointed in food quality.

It we're talking about the food, these days everybody does ribs and they're always tender and tasty no matter where you are. The french fries were crisp and well seasoned. My wife had the burrito bowl which she quite enjoyed.

Service was pretty good (we had to ask twice for my wife's drink). The server was friendly and courteous.

But going into the restaurant, the handicap doors didn't work. There are numerous buttons to push and not one of them opened the door, which was slightly problematic for me. Accessible doors are really NOT optional these days.

Came here for an early dinner with a friend and her toddler. Our server was very nice. But we should have taken the hint when our greeter was miserable and rolled her eyes at us when taking us in. She literally sighed pulling out the menus. Chalked it up to maybe she's having a bad day. After our food we ordered dessert at which point the greeter (Sara) began circling our table, eyeing us down and loudly talking about how she needs our table for another party, and that she's just waiting for us to leave. She circled our table 5 times. Also complaining to the party waiting that we took too long. I have never in my life felt SO unwelcome, and it felt deliberately biased. Montanas has shown me that it is not a place for me and my friends/family. So upset

We came 15mins before 11pm and they were amazing and accommodating. Sosa was our server, I’m not sure how to spell his name, but he was an amazing server. Very polite, quick and friendly.

We had some incredible food here and their strawberry rhubarb iced tea is to die for.
We did, however, run into a few problems during dinner. These issues caused me to leave a very bad review at first. Immediately, Amit from the management team reached out to me and was very concerned about my experience. He was very professional and polite. His concerns were very much appreciated and we will be returning to give this place another chance.

Had to wait more than 30 minutes just to get a waiter/waitress, and didn’t even get someone to come up to offer us to order drinks.

I went to Montana’s for the first time today with my friend and we had such a lovely experience! I believe our server’s name was Danielle & she made our experience very enjoyable!

Waited to be seated for 10 min while the host chatted with a waitress by the kitchen for 10 minutes, then the host told us the patio is “kind of busy” so we can’t sit there (there were three tables full), then we sat at the bar and the bartender immediately asked what we wanted, we asked for her to give us 2 min.she disappears into the abyss. A waitress comes and asks if we have been helped, we said no and she takes our drink orders. Then the bartender gets in an odd altercation with the waitress serving us because she’s making our drinks. We ordered Antojitos as well, not once were we asked if we wanted refills of our drinks, when the Antojitos came we weren’t given napkins or plates. Then, after numerous times of the bartender ignoring us, she asked the gentleman next to us if everything is ok and then proceeded to ignore us again. Absolute garbage service. Never in my life have I not left a tip until today. I’m not sure if the manager is aware of how awful their staff is.but my god it needs a ton of work.

I ORDERED THE FAMILY BBQ COMBO FOR MOTHERS DAY AND THE MAIN PART OF THE ORDER AND A SIDE DISH IS MISSING! ALL THE SIDE DISHES ARE VERY SMALL PORTIONS, NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MONTANAS AGAIN, HUGE DISAPPOINMENT. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER, SHE SAID I COULD PICK UP THE MISSING ITEMS BUT THE WHOLE POINT OF GETTING THE FOOD DELIVERED BY DOORDASH WAS SO I DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE RETAURANT AND PICK UP THE FOOD, I LIVE FAR AWAY. ALL THE KITCHEN STAFF HAD TO DO IS CHECK OFF ITEMS AS THEY PUT THEM IN THE BAG, DOUBLE CHECK, ACT LIKE THEY CARE. I'M WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM DOORDASH ABOUT A REFUND. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible customer service unsalted food and when we asked the manager why it wasn't seasoned we were told that they don't season their food because some customers don't like their food seasoned. Server had to be asked to bring cutlery, no water or plates were provided. The service was so pathetic

A man like Sosa is a genuine waiter who serves every customer with respect and care. I really appreciate the way he took time with not only our order but all of the others in the restaurant. Thank you to the staff and Sosa!

Went for a family birthday dinner, we had chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables. They gave the birthday girl a free cookie with ice cream on it. Our meal was delicious and service was great. Will definitely be back again.

5 Stars for my first visit at this location. However, most of this shout out goes to the server of our table named Chelsea. Other than the good food, Chelsea served our orders neither too early or late which was fitting for the informal meeting that we had during our dining. She was also very excellent in dealing with our requests considering she was also training someone new. Keep up the good work!

Took my dad to lunch here he didn't like the ribs said it was cold and the corn bread which he had before and was the reason we went was not the same I have fish and chips it was ok nothing special probably won't eat here again

Underwhelming visit but after a long day of softball games, the group needed something convenient for everyone.

Service was initially full of miscommunication, mainly just getting different information from different employees. Overall, not too friendly but attempted to be, just because we were a big group that ordered quite a bit of food.

It was half-priced wings so we ordered the dry Cajun rub. It barely had any flavour. Also shared a Mac & Cheese which didn’t wow us. The highlight would probably be the garlic pull apart bread.

This Montana’s is not the location I would go out of my way for.

Food was good, Our waiter Sosa was amazing! He welcomed my friends and myself, checked up on us a few times, attentive to our needs and had a great conversation with him. He recommended drinks to us which drink were amazing! We were very pleased. Montana is very lucky to have him as a waiter.

I may not change your mind about the restaurant but hopefully I will convince you not to go to this location until a new manager is there. Every mistake you can think of was made from the time we stepped in the place. There were 1 set of family ahead of us and another set of family behind us waiting to be serve. We were told a 10 minute wait and we would then get a text message. We stayed outside because nowhere to seat inside My daughter went in to asked how much more and they said an additional 15 min.more and the manager told them to say that. So then the family after us asked they said 5 minutes more, then the hostess came outside and told them there seats are waiting. My Wife abruptly says where is our table, silence all around. The family after told the hostess that we were after us and they are leaving. We would had left but we were going to the movies and needed to eat fast.
Now they sat us down and 2 other families after us walk in and we did not get served but they did. Did the manager apologize, no, did he come at our table to make sure we were ok, no! Server was doong the manger's duty and tried her best but the order sent out was wrong because they forgot our order and the server knowing it gave complimentary stuff for the mistake in the kitchen. Did the manager come by and apologize, no! It was pathetic! It was the worst service my family has ever had in Montana's and we have been to a lot of locations. I can tell you the 2 best locations are Courtney Park and Oakville location. I just made it in time for the movie. Please think twice before going there!

Great Service provided by Manpreet. Me and my husband with a friend visited and enjoyed our dinner tonight. Manpreet was our server. We really appreciate the service we received tonight. Also the team who checked us in were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

We were waiting almost for an hour for our order 2 waitresses had taken the order.
I had to call the manager to find out what Going on with.our drinks and food.
Horrible place.sitting at an empty table for an hour and than brings us watered-down beer.waiting for hours to get served over an hour for drinks.very disappointed

Food is good, but they should really add more chicken options. I really loved when they had the penne, but now that it’s gone, me and my family are either just ordering appetizers or going to Turtle Jacks/Kelsey’s.

The food that I ordered through skip the dishes was very dissapointing. The portion of the fries and the coleslaw looked as though somebody has tampered with it and our drinks were missing. Skip the Dishes only reimbursed us for the fries and drinks.
