To be fair to her, Stephanie was the best service I've ever had at a Montana's. She gave us just the appropriate amount of attention and involvement to make sure we had a wonderful time. She did it flawlessly. Overall, the restaurant was excellent. Excellent customer service is essential!

It was a pleasant beginning I received a delectable dark beer, chicken salad, and an amazing apple pie dessert. The tiny chicken size was the only drawback; other than that, everything was excellent!

Came here to pick up a take out order. Was told on arrival they "just got the order now" and it would be an additional 30 minutes on top of the existing lead time. Heather was rude and confrontational, told me to take it up with someone else. Very unprofessional, she should be dealt with.

This was our first time at Montana's and we loved Stephanie's service, she was so charismatic, knowledgeable and very sweet. Thanks for your service!

Nicole v was great, it was very nice to talk to her, she give me some suggestions on what to get, great place.

If it wasn't for the sweet young lady that was our server, I would've given 1 star. I don't blame her for the breakdown of systems at this restaurant. We ordered two steaks, one medium and one medium well, and both came out completely raw in the middle and like charcoal on the outside. Trying to cook them too fast is my guess, but no need to.the place wasn't busy. We had them put back on the grill, and it was even worse charcoal from there. The young lady apologized and said she spoke to her manager about it and we got a $6 discount (on a $100 tab). The manager didn't even bother to stop by our table. I don't recommend this restaurant as much as we appreciate and enjoyed our server.

UPDATE: I guess their way to try to "make things right" is to have you fill out a form (which I did) and they gave me a $30 credit to use, which I DIDN'T. I just threw it in the trash. Even if I did want to let them attempt to ruin two more steaks for us, $30 would barely cover drinks and an appetizer. I'm not going to throw good money after bad at this place. I would rather just not go back at all.

Absolutely satisfied and pleased with the service received from Montana's Restaurant on Aerowood Dr. Robert the Manager was excellent with his customer service skills, he saved the day for us. We tried to submit an order through the app but for some reason we couldn't. At first we were told the order we wanted could not be called in, only online, we explained the situation and felt heard and happily assisted by Robert. Excellent customer service skills. Absolutely satisfied. Thank you Robert.

I came in with my family and we got amazing service with Nicole Vanessa. She was super attentive, friendly and helpful. When it came to asking questions about the menu she was familiar with everything and her recommendations were great! We are satisfied with the service we got and the food. We will be coming again!

Went to Montanas with my boyfriend and had Emily as a server! She was amazing; efficient and always knew what we needed before even having to ask! She gave us her opinion and let us know on any specials that we’re happening in the resteraunt! The food was also amazing; came out hot and tasted delicious! Will be returning again:)

Them ribs were so good. Kudos to Nicky V! She was fabulous. Made sure my buddies and I had a great time. Hope to come back soon

Nicole Vanessa is a wonderful server and is always quick to problem solves any issues that may come her way. She is attentive to her guests, and she goes above and beyond to make them feel welcome and comfortable.

This was my first time at montanas and loved it! Our waitress made sure there was no confusion with the other waitress as the same name as her and to call out Nicole V. If we needed anything from her. She accommodated us well and suggested the ribs for dinner. Did not disappoint. The vibe for the evening was spectacular and had a few laughs with nicole. Overall good experience.

Came here for dinner, ordered the Ribs trio and chicken fajitas. Highly recommended, and if you like Long Island iced teas, you must try theirs - you won’t be disappointed. Our server for the evening, Grant, was amazing. Service friendly and prompt. Will be back again!

I visited this location over the weekend as I was staying at a near by hotel. I was in town to purchase a wedding dress.
We had a horrible experience. When we arrived it took a long time for the waiter to take our order, it took a long time to receive the food. When we did the food was cold and a meal was missing. When we complained a “manager” said he would make things right but did not take one second to ask what anyone ordered, or how he could make things right. He took our food and brought out new plates with items we didn’t even order. Steak was under cooked. When we complained this is not what we had ordered the manager became belligerent and aggressive. We accused us of saying somethings which were completely untrue and kicked us out of the establishment. It was appalling. We are deeply offended. I’ve written a review on the montanas website as well as trip advisor. I wish I had read the reviews before visiting.

Waited an hour for food that was cold when it arrived. Then waited another 5-10 minutes for steaming hot utensils. The women's bathroom only had one useable stall. Others wouldn’t lock or had no toilet paper. The part of the table that wasn’t covered in paper was sticky and dirty. The “manager” told us it was because it was busy and 10 minutes later seated a group of 28ish people who didn’t have a reservation. He took $50 off each bill (meals for 4) and when handing over the debit machine had actually NOT taken the money off.

Sixto was our server, very friendly and efficient. This is one of the few Montana's that has survived. I've seen the other ones I visited shut down or converted. Accessible on the south bound Dixie from the 401 overpass. Going north on Dixie you will need to make a left from Aerowood Drive.

This Montana’s location has fast become my favorite place for lunch. With a delicious menu with fast service, I’ve never left wanting for more. Isha is truly a great bartender and hostess at this location. Always smiling and making sure that the guests, like myself, are looked after and tended to graciously. I must commend her on her excellent service and positive attitude. Look forward to revisiting this Montana’s.

Last week I visit over there, their food and customer services was extremely good and excellent.

This was our first time at this particular Location and we were disappointed with the level of service and food. I love their Mac and cheese but it was terrible at this location. I’ve had it before and it’s exactly as shown on the menu but the one served here was bland and not at all what I expected. My husband had the beef on the bone which wasn’t the best either.

Only one employee working. I felt sorry for her.she didn't give water until we asked. It seemed like we had to ask for everything.

Excellent food and service and the place very nice, the ribs are a delight and there are good options for children

Great service staff. Our childrens' volleyball team was playing close by but no spectators were allowed. The restaurant let us stream the boys on our laptop and enjoy dinner while we watched.

Terrible quality food, first of all all the plates arrived very cold, and flavour was really bad.

They also ran out of a lot of their plates.

Terribly disappointed, and the prices are very high for the quality.

Excellent experience at this Montana’s this evening. My wife and I each had the Seasonal Steak Special and absolutely every element was great. The steak was perfectly to order (medium rare), tender and flavourful. The onion rings were crispy and not even a little greasy. The potatoes were creamy and cheesy. The coleslaw was refreshing. The dessert donuts and English toffee dipping sauce were perfect - served warm, not too sweet. Service was attentive, but not cloying. It was the best restaurant experience I’ve had in years!

We had an excellent dining experience recently at Montana's. They complied with all Covid regulations which put me at ease instantly. Isha, our server was exemplary! She was friendly, let us take our time to peruse the menu and had great drink recommendations. The food was absolutely mouth watering. The steaks were cooked to perfection and despite being completely satisfied with our meal, we lingered longer and ordered a few appetizers and more drinks. I highly recommend this location. We'll be back!

Food is always amazing, but u guys need some dress codes. Host was wearing crocs from dollar store sorry but work on your front staff little! Otherwise everything is

Nice place, large, open and airy feel. Wooden tavern might be good description + heated patio. Tried the veggie burger.has a multitude of flavors and am quite impressed.

Had some AYCE ribs here - despite them being a little dry, they were good. Great choices of sauce - wings and sandwiches are exceptional too.

Had supper there and was very impressed! Service was spot on, food arrived quickly and was very tasty.
Recommended!

I'm writing this three-star review to share my okay experience at Montana's. The reason why I'm only giving it three stars is because of disorganized this restaurant was in terms of customer service. The food was only okay and our new waiter had a hard time with our order which resulted in several mistakes. We did express our concern which will hopefully help this restaurant improve their experience for customers!

Clean environment, clean bathrooms, good food, free wifi. Friendly staff, today seems like a slow day here but the staff always have lots to do. However they do get to you as soon as possible. Today there was not many staff to serve but they did the best they could. Always remember to use your phone and put on the cam to log in to Montanas confirmation QR code to make sure your informed about any covid updates that may occur during your visit.

The food was great my second time going in 2 weeks ordered the same, veggie burger, wow amazing. Service was great both times, two different waitresses and both did a great job and both were very friendly. I would recommend this place to all that is reading this. Enjoy!

Ordered pork back ribs - standard with fries and coleslaw through Uber eats. Speedy delivery and good portion. Ribs were very dry and definitely below usual standard. Possibly a new chef or end of day remnants, either way not good. Coleslaw was literally just chopped up cabbage with no sauce at all, I think they just forgot to dress it. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because I hope this is simply a post COVID ramp up while staff remember how to properly cook and prepare food.

Absolutely Brilliant, food was incredible, Shawnee one of our servers was out of this world! I wish all of our dining out experiences were this great! Thank you for everything, we will be back to this location just for the incredible service!

Always had a pleasant experience here. The staff was always polite and prompt when you first walk in the door. (At least whenever I went in. Always double checked my order to make sure they heard what I said. A relaxed atmosphere and I am always willing to go back again and again.

Our servers where great (Shawnee & Liba sp?). Appetizers were good - to be expected. My meal was a little undersatisfying (steak and backed potatoe). Baked potato was fine but steak was more medium than medium rare (true steak lovers will appreciate the disappointment) and well done around the edges - flavour saved the day for that one!
All and all, will continue to visit Montana's despite this experience and look forward to continued great service like the ones received by the staff/servers at this location.

Think the servers name was jeante. Probably the worst service I've had in years. There were only 3 tables including ours and our dinner ended up being over 2 hours because she would dissappear for sometimes upwards of 20 minutes before returning. It took over 15 minutes just to get the cheque. I can safely tell you I won't be returning to this location.

Food was delicious but the service was substandard. Had to ask several times for anything we needed instead of the server asking us if we needed anything.

I really liked the place. I came to order for the first time. I forgot credit card and Raffi and Ali paid rest of the tax amount. You guys saved my ride back and through. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service.

Great meal! The brisket burger was full of flavor, and the brisket was nice and tender. The burger party was cooked just right, and the dressing on the burger was even enough to be enjoyable with every bite.

Food is not very good and service is ok.
Ambience is good. Its ok to visit once or twice but not more. Have very few vegetarian options

Very family friendly. Accommodating and friendly staff made dining there a pleasure. Typical chain restaurant fare, though the ribs were well marinated and cooked. All in all an enjoyable visit to this location.

Quick service and good food. Waitress was good and the kids had a great time. Very kid friendly restaurant.

I've been here twice, they are always slow and half of the menu is not available, don't bother and give your money away with this place

We were there today for lunch, celebrating a colleagues birthday & the whole experience was AWESOME. The food was good & service was perfect. I had the ' Chicken tacos ', fries & a lemonade, which was very filling & delicious. My colleagues had other items like pulled pork s/w, etc.
But nobody had any complaints & we had a wonderful time.

Buffalo cauliflower bites are sensational. Diet Pepsi was fresh and delicious. Service was friendly.

The food was great, hot and fresh. I reccomend the kapow wings. Our server name was Vid and he was really kind.

Horrible. Other than when we asked to speak with the manager, who did his best to try and correct things for the most useless server on the planet. It was to date the worst I have ever experienced. Can't comment on the food because the serve didn't bring me my order. On the flip side Kelseys almost right beside was great. Avoid this place.

Just had their Honkin' Beef Rib, how do you manage to burn meat that is already smoked. Very disappointed, this place used to be great.

Stake and spear ribs were cold and dry. Not very hot and not juicy. Not worth the price you pay. The honey goazed wings are good.

BEST PUBLIC BATHROOM EVER.

Most places you go in and it either stinks of urine, feces or way too much cleaner to cover the first two smells.

BUT

When I went to use the restroom here at Montanas and 401 and Dixie.
I almost didnt want to leave the bathroom. It smelled of BBQ.its like they vented the kitchen right into the bathroom.
It was clean too.didnt really notice. Was too busy being shocked by the nice smell. Lmao.
Go in for a whiff. I swear you will love it.

I have come here a few times and always had a good experience. It was my son's birthday on Sunday and he requested to eat here. It was quiet when we went, and our was server was okay. We ordered two appetizers which were delicious, and I ordered a steak for my main. My steak was a little overcooked but it was good. I find your experience depends on the server you have. My server barely checked in on us, and when she did it was almost as if we were a burden, she was always trying to run off to do something else and barely even listened. The place does really good barbecue, and there is something for everyone

Make sure to order the daily special drinks, definitely worth the value. Ribs and steak tastes delicious too.

Really mi place to grab a beer with your friends. They have some vegetarian options which was great for me! Food is delicious! Can't wait to go back. Waiters are pretty nice and patient. Loved that they give you crayons to draw or play games with your friends while waiting for you food!

Just okay. The bbq platter was bland and all one colour. The steak with chimichurri was really good.

Not enough servers/ very very late service/ need more servers on the patio//. One person can’t run the whole patio on a Saturday night.
