Tonight while at Montana’s, I was by myself, ordered some shrimp and two beers. My daughter called me, so I was on the phone, for a bit. While I was on the phone the waitress handed me over the bill and debit machine and said I could pay. I wanted to order more food and a couple of beer; however, this waitress was unprofessional. This was a first!

Had a great time with my wife. Julia did a really good job making us comfortable. Great vibe

Good on a non busy night. If you're looking to get steak, go to the keg or a steak house, but I wouldn't buy the steak here. The cheese dip was on point.

Nice to have lunch choices on the menu. Servings where good and a nice variety.

Overall, I was happy with my time here. I asked Lauren for food recommendations and ended up choosing from the ones she provided. It tasted great. Lauren was very tidy, sufficient, helpful and did not hesitate at all if I needed something. She was very friendly which made the experience even better. Lauren put a smile on my face.

Good ribs on an All you can eat Wednesday. Service was good. Returned recently and was served by Paige, excellent service.steaks were perfect, button mushrooms, sweet potato fries all was great.

My gf and I decided to stop by Montanas on argentia for the first time in years. I’m glad we did! We were served by Lauren. She was at our table within a couple minutes of us sitting, which was quite impressive in comparison to many other restaurants we’ve visited. Super friendly and attentive service! We decided to get the rib and mexi wing combo to share as we didn’t have huge appetites. The portion sizes are worth the cost. Over all very happy that we decided to stop by this location. As it’s close to home, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Lauren for your amazing and attentive service!

Had a wonderful dinner experience at Montana's because of Kim's top-notch service and the tasty meal. This restaurant is highly recommended!

If you like Montana's then I guess it's fine. Typical large portions but the food wasn't as well done as I thought. Ribs were good, but steak was so so.

First time come here. Very nice decor inside the restaurant. Both appetizers are extremely good. Must try the garlic and cheese pull bread. Taste amazing. The main courses are nice, but the steak is very chewy at the end.

This is a great place to casually meet up with friends. Good food. Good service. They don't rush you out the door which is nice.

Ordered a few items - wings and tacos. Food was decent. Reason for 3 stars is due to the automatic tip. I understand if it’s a party of 8+ but for a party of 2? No mention of it beforehand either. Customers should be notified before as spending another $20 may be a big deal for some. Based on my bill, 16% was taken! Montana’s is a franchise and isn’t a local restaurant that closed down during covid. Times are tough for both customers and businesses and be grateful you’re getting business and don’t rob people 16%. Tbh service was worth about 10% so how is that fair?

At least the beer was good, too bad the server seemed to be pushing us out an hour before closing. The beer, that was all that was good. I had the striploin and the knife that came with the plate wouldn't cut through the thing. There was more gristle than meat, definitely cut off the end of the strip. The mashed potatoes tasted like the inside of a refrigerator. My onion ring was a breaded onion skin.

Just wish I could have got enough beer to make me forget the food.

Had dinner in here, the service has been impeccable the food was tasty and portions were big. We were taken care of by Julia

Went to this Montana’s location for lunch with family. Vibe was good, food was good too. Service could have been better.

I filled in the review. Then was reminded of how disappointed we were. So I downgrade review to 2 stars.

First of all, not the first time. Arriving at the Argentina location was welcomed and was seated quickly. Had three appetizers, antojitos, fried pickles, and spinach dip. No complaints it was good food. The prices were fare for what we had, only problem were some places were covered with dust. Enjoyed my time there.

Me and my friends had Julia as our server and she had great energy and was very nice.
She was very genuine and professional, me and my friends had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back.

Came to Argentina Rd location with my sisters after having a great sisters weekend for lunch. Seated quickly and served Nadia was great. I normally love Montana’s but this time very disappointed. 3 pops received almost 10 mins later. Ordered Antojitos, appy, a southwest wrap, a burger l, and pulled pork meal. 20 mins and still no food or appetizer. Food came and still no appt. The kitchen forgot to make it. My burger had a regular bun but we asked for a glute free bun for my sister’s pulled pork sandwich they swapped it and I got the gluten free bun and she had the regular bun. The southwest wrap was all breading with little chicken. They offered to remake everything but it was such a long wait we said no. And still no antojitos appy! We got the appy after we finished the meal. The gluten free bun charge was removed and we got 3 cookies free for our trouble and long wait. The worst part was they weren’t even busy, we were 1 of 4 lunch tables.

Service was fine, but the food was lacking lustre. We got an appetizer of garlic bread which was doused in sour cream. Ordered the fajita specials which was lacking vegetables and
flavour in the meat. We also got 2 burgers which did not taste
Fresh and were covered in sauce. The lettuce was
Wilted. The mojito was sour. Overall disappointing: (

Bad experience.
The washroom was dirty, toilet seat was broken almost fell in.
We got 2 steaks 1 was over cooked tough and dry the other one was too raw.bad soggy onion rings.drinks were ok which is a shocker.

Service and food was horrrrrible. Went there twice and experienced the same service twice. If I start writing it will be a book on how bad both experiences were. I thought the first time was a bad day but after my second experience I know that place just isn't for me. I was very disappointed. I went there November 19th and yesterday April 8th. Server was bad and food wasn't even what and how we ordered. The server only came by twice. To take the order n I had to call him for the bill on both occasions I had the same waiter too horrible service. I will continue to go to Courtney Park location.it's been the best.

Overall great as usual but they didn't have lettuce leaf as per mentioned in menu. And the burger was dry compared to what I normally have.

Holy, where do they get their vege? This is not edible. I even commented with their waitress and she agreed. How horrible they serve. Can you serve this in your own house?

We were meeting up with extended family at Montana's.it was a 30th birthday, plus an engagement, plus a 5th wedding anniversary that we were celebrating.
Laurie & Lisa did an Awesome job of attending to our table.
They came back to get dishes removed quickly & get whatever refills we needed quickly.
And the food was Soooo delicious! Chicken, ribs, etc.

It was Soooo wonderful to be back in a restaurant to eat in person & to have wonderfully attentive service to boot.

Too bad we don't live in Mississauga to go there all the time

My family just had the *best* take-out meal from this location! It’s a reliable favourite but tonight they especially knocked it out of the park. Good portions, and all perfectly cooked. I also appreciate the curb side pickup! Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience here at this Montana's location. I came in with some friends and my wife and we were happily greeted and had a good laugh with the host Emily. I was hesitant to come back as previously the host was very rushed and rude the last time I was here however I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by such a welcoming and amazing host. Food service was great as well, I was served by Nick and the experience was fantastic. He was very diligent in making sure our table was doing alright and was very quick to get our orders and food as soon as possible, very attentive. Coffee was very strong however other than that I would say I had the best experience I've had in years. Well done to the two employee's that made our experience memorable!

Visited Montana’s Argentia in December for my Dad’s birthday with my whole family.

Our experience was horrible, every single order was brought out wrong, and the customer service was and still is terrible.

I contacted Montana’s customer service numerous times and I just keep getting the Run around.

A general manager “ Greg” contacted me once and left a message saying he’d call me back the following day and I’ve never heard back.

I called him back and left a message and received no response.

Do not spend your money here, Cleary Montana’s does not value its customers.

Montans last night with my girlfriend ordered fish and chips I ordered Strip loin Stake well-done but it wasn't well-done I complained about it and they brought me a nother Stake not the same Stake that I ordered different one more thicker then the first one well-done only think is that the Stake was cooked but wasn't the same Cut that I ordered

Always our family’s go to spot when we are near the 401/Winston Churchill area for dinner. Great staff and amazing food.

After a trip to this Montana’s location I was just left with disappointment. If the service was not as good as it was the rating would be a 0!

Where do I start?
The hostess had to be called by a customer to be informed that we were waiting to be seated when there only was one other table dining. They could not use the excuse of being too busy.
Then, even though the service was friendly and considerate, the food was just awful.

They served a frozen pizza one can buy at a convenience store for their kids meal.
Their burger was from the freezer section, that we are all too familiar with because we have it at home, though that was the best thing we ordered.
The spinach dip was disappointing. Never asked for baked pitas.

And then the main show, the pulled pork sandwich. You would think that a BBQ restaurant would know how to make pulled pork. In this case you would be wrong. It was dry with no sauce whatsoever served in what resembled a clumped ball under a coleslaw that was barely dressed.

Wow.
This visit destroyed our faith in Montana’s and I doubt we will go back after this experience.

Ordered from this location using Uber eats app. Awful experience: didn't have all items in stock despite the order was accepted. Secondly weren't able to deliver 90 min later still showing order in process. One of the worst experience ever. If I could would have done zero stars. Stay away from this place if ordering with Uber eats!

After the last ribfest for the year I was left craving more. Sadly the best thing I can say about these ribs is that the sauce (chipotle honey) was delicious. They suffered from what alot of amateur rib cookers will experience which is that meaty part at the top becomes dry and even a little hard. I ended picking alot of that part off. The fatty parts were good otherwise. The garlic mash potatoes ended up in the garbage. Even the gravy couldn't save them. The baked beans were fine. About what I would expect out of a can.

Food was excellent! Fresh and piping hot. We had the ribs and wings combo was delicious.

Great waitress and staff can't complain.would definitely go again.

Ordered Rib special, ce to the table cold. Sent it back, and replacement was also cold. No manager came to see us, attempts to speak with them have been unsuccessful after 2 weeks.

Wow the beef rib was huge, went with the barbecue source but will ask for simple steak seasoning next time.

I just want to share something very bad, I was eating my salad and then surprise, a fly in my salad, I just rejected everything was in my plate and they just gave me a free French fries. So people be sure what are you eating over there.

Ordered take out, was called by the manager. Told part of my order wasn't available and they offered a substitute. I asked the manager if I could refund the missing item and she said I would have to deal with it online since I paid through the website. To make it easy I agreed to the substitute even though it's not what I really wanted. The manager told me the substitution was of the same value. Once arriving home, I realized the substitution was smaller than what I had ordered. After checking the price of the substitution, I found the manager lied as the substitution was quite a bit cheaper. I called and spoke with the manager and wasn't offered any solution until I said I would take the matter up with head office. She then said she could refund the difference to my credit card if I trusted her. All she would need is my information and credit card number. Trust her? She bold face lied about the price being the same, apparently lied about having to go back to the website for a refund as she was now offering to do it in store. Which she had said couldn't be done. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND HONEST SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM MONTANA'S MEADOWVALE!

Great place to have a casual, meeting with a client after business hours. Staff was respectful and pleasant.

Aright went to the Argentia location. Didnt have to wait. Went with the family. Loved that they had a carrier sling for my baby. Order came on a good time. Waitress was great. Food was amazing. I got the fried chicken and mash. Kids meal was a cheese pizza, too thick tho. Aaa steak for hubby. Steak is 7/10. Overall great to get back on the patio. Washrooms are clean and smells good.

We met with friends at this place for dinner.we heard about this restaurant from quite a few people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely nice and we had a great feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

Food was really good but the app to place pick up orders really stinks.
I wanted to place an order around noon today to pick up for supper and the app would not accept my gift card. I tried 3 times and it told me the same thing, not valid card.
I called the order in and told them that I would pick it up at 4: 30pm.
I went to pick it on time and they had no record of the order and I had to wait in the car for it because of lockdown. My gift card worked fine.
Not impressed! I will order from the other restaurants on the card in the future as I got a lot of gift cards for X-mas.

I ordered a veggie burger with sweet potato fries on december 11,2020.the burger was good but i took a bite out of a fry and i got the most awful bitter taste in my mouth, im concerned about what I just ate, it literally tasted like a cleaning solution was poured onto the fries. I finished eating about 30min ago and I still have this awful bitter cleaning solution taste lingering on my tongue. I never post reviews, but this is unsafe and I am hoping nothing is going to be wrong with me after eating this food.please do better, dont cross contaminate, this is so unacceptable especially if you are trying to keep your business amidst a pandemic.take a look at what your kitchen staff is doing.the 1 star goes to the burger that was fine to eat.

We ordered to deliver two apple butter rack ribs combo and they were cold, one of them was spicy and they missed the french fries for one of the combos. We ordered and paid for two extra cornbreads and they didn’t deliver them. So disappointed with the food and the service today.

We ordered the seasonal steak special for 2 and it was excellent. Steak was great. Great deal. We plan on making it our weekly stay in date night.

Well I certainly have seen my fair share of Montanas BBQ, and I can easily say that this is BY FAR the best one. From bar staff to hostess to the ease of being seated, to clean tables, ultra fast service and staff that actually ENJOYS the job they are doing, this Montanas provides a food and entertainment experience that is rarely felt in HoReCa industry. The manager Andrew is well a team player that made sure that the right people were hired and they perform well above and beyond. FOOD = 10 STARS, SERVICE = 10 stars, OVERALL = EPIC JOURNEY for Food and setting. Thanx Brittany and Lisa and Julia.

Waited a long time for service. They had to run to the liquor store on a Friday night at 5: 30 because they were out of spiced rum. They didn't ask if we had a scene card and when we mentioned it, she said there was nothing she could do

Sent my steak back twice before it was almost cooked correctly! Some of the starters came at the same time as the meals!

Good atmosphere, great service and food. Price point is bang on. Our meal was late to the table due to a busy kitchen and without complaining, the manager and waitress recognized this and came to apologize. A great example of good management and attention to detail. Keep up the good work!

Great service and food. I have been to few different Montana's locations and the chefs here seem to be the best. The same food just tastes better and is cooked better.

Food wasn't hot. Child's grilled cheese was cold. We made reservations for 12: 00pm noon
Nothing was ready and they didn't any recall for 12 people at 12: 00pm noon. Took so long to get our order.

We like going to Montana's with our son. Always like the food and the fact we can draw on the tables. Staff is always friendly and good family atmosphere. We visit often.

I have to say, I always enjoy the food there, the kapow shrimp is my favorite along with the ribs.
Nick our server, went way and beyond to make our visit fantastic. I’m quite disabled and he was amazing, even opening the back door closer to my car. I had several visits there this year including my 60th birthday party, but tonight was just amazing thanks to our wonderful server Nick. Going to be coming more often.

The food was tasty but unfortunately the service was not good. The hostess didn't seem inviting, the waiter took a while to get our drinks and he actually forgot about them. Their gestures didn't seem genuine and felt forced. It was not busy, it was a Sunday night.

Best ribs I have ever tried compared to other restaurants, the place was clean the staff was friendly, the food is great, one of my favorite restaurants.

Food was great.service not bad, but we asked them to give dessert and sing Happy Birthday to our son.desert with candle was provided but singing did not happen.disappointing.

The Food was not only TERRIBLE the pulled pork had gone bad (God knows how old it was) it was all reheated food including the so call fall of the bone ribs, no wonder the place is dead empty All the time. Do not waste your money and risk getting sick as we did.

Poor service from being given grief about picking a table in a dead restaurant, to having to wait too long for placing an order, then having food brought and not having side dishes or regular dishes to use (we ordered a platter for all). Bathrooms a disaster, lazy staff.

Great service and friendly staff. This was my parties second (should have been first) choice. But after NOT getting any service at the Buffalo Wild Wing across the street we were happy to get such friendly service right away.
