I had a great experience staying over there.our flight was early so they gave us packed breakfast even before the regular breakfast timings.loved their gesture!

Rooms were of decent size. Good for a quick layover. Facilities were ok, vending machine was out to water bottles and had to buy them from the restaurant, pretty expensive $3.39 each.vending machine was $3. Had free breakfast. Honestly, I would give it a hard pass. It's only bread, cereals and fruits.this is not breakfast.this was really a letdown.either serve a good breakfast or DO NOT offer.

Check-in smooth, great customer service. Location was pretty accessible.

It was an overall great experience. Loved my room, the staff were great, shout-out to Collette, the beautiful Jamaican lady as well as the front desk staff. They were all accommodating and pleasant

The restaurant in this hotel is exceptional. The food is so good. It’s so tasty and cooked to perfection. What a gem of a place. The Brampton community is very fortunate to have such a welcoming place to eat. It’s not only for the hotel guest but also open to the public. This restaurant is superb with a fantastic menu and the service is fast with such a friendly staff. Our waitress was the funniest, friendliest and so professional. Highly recommend stopping by. I had a hamburger dinner and the burger was homemade (not process meat). My husband got the fish and chip and they were cooked perfectly.

Very wonderful place to stay, Manas was very helpful at the frontl and his coworker too. Nice courteous staff and restaurant food is delicious. The room was clean every day and the smell was invigorating.

I stayed overnight in the Jacuzzi suite definitely worth the price, it was clean. The staff are friendly and the restaurant inside was amazing.

I've got clean room with comfy bed. Hotel is located 15 minuts by car from the airport but far from the downtown of Toronto (approx. 1 hour by car) Very friendly and helpful personnel.

The pictures online are a trick. There is 4 floors and one tiny elevator that was broken down.
I could not sleep at night because the curtains didn't close and there were bright industrial lights shining into the room from across the street.
The "free breakfast was croissants and coffee that tasted like poison.
The washroom sink was slow to drain so the sink would overflow to wash my face. The toilet flush was so weak.

It’s so funny how many bad complaints there are on the manager there seeing as he is actually ridiculous and I have no idea how he even got hired. This is literally the worst hotel chain I have ever been to this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I left my rings their ring my mother gave me, and when I went to pick them up they were refusing to give them to me. Never mind when I complained about them charging $10 for complementary toothbrushes I was going in the elevator and the manager jumped in and ripped the elevator door open like he was about to fight me I’m 5 foot three I’m a little girl just ridiculous.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Room cleaning service is excellent.
The service at the reception and in the restaurant is also great.

En général tout était très bien. J’ai aucune plainte sur quoique ce soit. Ma chambre #314 était très propre. Les lits confortables aucune trace de poussière et les toilettes très propres. Le personnel est accueillant. Les femmes du service d’entretien au chambre sont à l’écoute de nos besoins aussi. Le déjeuner est quand même bien sans plus. Cependant si vous espérer avoir du bacon, pommes de terre etc, ce n est pas là.

Nous étions 5 familles et les 5 on part très satisfait de cet hôtel.

Booked the King Jacuzzi suite specifically for the jacuzzi. The drain didn't work, so could never actually fill it. The jets also didn't work. Paid extra for the main feature of the room and it wasn't functional in the slightest.

Worst ever hotel to stay in. Very unprofessional behaviour of housekeeping staff named ginn. When asked to change my bedsheet after two days since it had stains she shouts saying why didn’t you change it yesterday. No respect for the guest. Very Very poor breakfast no change at all throughout the stay. Staff not at all friendly leaving few on the reception. Housekeeping staff fighting with gueSt and states that you make a mess in the room you have to clean it i mean if i am supposed to do all the job why should i pay you. Will never recommend this hotel to anybody very very poor service and highly unprofessional people might regret staying here.

The room itself was great. The bed was very comfy and it was spacious. We arrived at 1: 30AM and there was someone there to help us, they even let us have a late check out.

The “free breakfast” is definitely not worth your time waiting in line to grab a yogurt that EXPIRED 2 days ago and a bagel that’s slowly turning into a rock.

Also, I found this bug in the room. Not necessarily worried about it but just thought I’d point it out.

Overall not the worst experience, Just order breakfast in!

This hotel is good for short stays.
The location isn't bad as it's near the airport and very convenient for those looking to get in and out when needed. The room is decent and the service is good. My cons are the scent in the room that I and my fiance stayed in was on the unpleasant side it was a scent that you only smell if you walk in but once you're in you forget it's there, so it's not unbearable but it's definitely not pleasant then you have the continental breakfast sigh it's a letdown. After experiencing IHG continental buffet breakfast I've been spoiled and except every hotel I stay at to be on the same level, sadly this hotel falls on the short end. The continental breakfast is filled with mostly bread items a few fruits, cereal, yogurt, and boiled egg. Other than the boiled egg theirs noting of protein or meat. This is a letdown for anyone expecting a basic of cook eggs and sausages. You can get these but it's at a cost instead. It was also kinda always when we were eating I think it may be the hotel policy but the lady in the dining area was just staring at everyone so it kinda felt like you were being monitored and watched. The last thing is the pillows in the room are all the same and are on the hard side so not very good for persons that like soft pillow. Other then that the staff was great with every interaction and I had no issues during my 7 days stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone that just wants a decent place to stay.

It was really bad my room was dirty someone's old dirty underwear was left in the washroom. The front dest wouldnt allow family to come visit me and I had to wait 3 hours for fresh towels. This is by far the worst service I have gotten from a hotel.

My sisters and I rented the party room in February to celebrate our mom’s 90th birthday. We had the pleasure of dealing with Veronica and what a blessing she was. She took such care of us from beginning to end. She did everything possible to make planning the party and having the room arranged just how we wanted it a success. Although we changed our minds a few times she was so patient and always had a smile on her face. The food was great and the bartending service was also amazing. We would definitely do other events here.

The Brampton Monte Carlo location is an extremely poor representation of the Monte Carlo suites Company as a whole.
As a regular and loyal customer to the Monte Carlo chain I have no choice but to express my disgust with the Brampton staff. Upon arrival I was barely greeted, forced to show a copy of my reservation/confirmation number as well as provide ID. They also did not ask for a vehicle description or license plate like other locations which gives the paying customer some piece of mind that their vehicle is safe.
I reserved a rather expensive suite well in advance only to be put in the closest room to the lobby during a deadly COVID crisis. (Room 123) upon getting to the room I found the bare minimum of nearly every supplied item. Which is actually somewhat understandable considering the attitude of the staff at this particular location. I was given one single plastic cup for a $170 room and a couples reservation. The second tub in the room had no consumables and had a ring of hair. Besides that and the worst wall paper installation I’ve ever witnessed the room was clean, well coordinated and a nice place to relax.
I immediately went to the front counter after settling in and asked to purchase the wineglass set that was for sale in the display cabinet for $30 since there was a plastic cup shortage.
I was told I need to “wait until tomorrow to speak to a manager”. I went across the street and purchased a pair of glasses at Walmart instead.

All of these things were irrelevant and somewhat minuscule until the morning at check out time when I seemed to understand the “bigger picture”
When I went to check out the manager insisted that I was smoking in the room. I was shocked and confused as to what was going on. After realizing it was not some kind of joke. I explained to the manager that his accusation is ridiculous, false and quite embarrassing considering the amount of people in the lobby trying to check out. He then went to my room which is nearly visible from the lobby and came back insisting he had pictures and evidence that I was smoking in the room. At this point I was speechless and extremely confused whether he was being truthful at all. He then changed his tone and essentially began advising me “just go & not do it again”. I have/had no idea what that was about besides a ploy/scam to obtain a deposit or cleaning fee of some kind. I’m very glad I didn’t fall for his trick.

After some very quick skimming of reviews it sounds like this exact manager has tried this particular trick before on others. I will not be returning to the Brampton suites as the other Monte Carlo locations are well worth the drive & there’s far more respectful choices to stay at in that immediate area of Brampton east.

(On the plus side, I learned the parking lot is a public place with zero security and free wifi!)

I have to have people come into my apartment and do some work and we couldn't find a motel and when I did find one it was this one Monte Carlo inn is one of the most impressive hotels I've ever stayed at fridge microwave two televisions in my room pull out couch king size bed for $114 you will not find that anywhere I don't want to go home guaranteed excellent experience front desk staff outstanding the appearance of the hotel itself is just incredible and it make you feel so welcome along with the fact that I have a service animal and they treated her the same way thank you very muchyou very much

My wife and I stayed at the Monte Carlo inn Brampton, on Saturday March 28th. We checked in around 5 pm, shortly before 9 pm while laying in bed we noticed small yellow and orange bugs crawling on the pillows. We immediately called front desk and left. In fear of carrying these bugs home to our families and pets. We where refused a full refund and had to find another room in another hotel. Losing our time and money, this was my worse hotel experience and I would not recommend anyone spend a night at the Monte Carlo inn Brampton.

As I had booked the hotel and went into
my room I seen a bunch of ants crawling on the bathroom floor. The bedding has hair on it.
